In life there s always a reason,a very good reason you stick with and trade with certain people. Kermit Ratliff is the perfect example. For over 15 years of his car details and window tint,he and his staff at B-Rads tint shack in Jeff city have always pulled through for us. Not only does he keep promises but he backs his work with a full guarantee and it s back usually same or the next day. Jeff City is well represented by this fine family and Bussiness. Thanks again kermit. You done a fine job on my little daily driver. We truly appreciate you my friend. FIVE STARS !!!!!

Took my vehicle there yesterday & been there several times before with great service; detail was to consist of inside/outside, engine bayand wax, I had to wait until today, needless to say was not happy, still had bug scum.on hood, the floor mats wasn't cleaned, back window still have finger prints, and was told the engine was cleaned, it wasn't , have pictures of engine bay and sent to the manager and still waiting on a return phone. Very unsatisfied....Thank you....

We had an appointment on Saturday morning at 8am. Waited till 8:45 no one showed. They didn't get finished with it till Monday afternoon was a little disappointed in the fact when you call after hours they have no ideal your calling. But in the end the two girls that finished up on the truck did an awesome job. They both earned a 20 spot and would definitely bring my vehicle back.

Dropped my car off at 9 am. Never received a call, so at 4pm I called to check on my car. I was informed they didn t do anything to may car. The guy that was supposed to tint my windows was busy Doing other things. Well what was the point of me making an appointment 2 weeks In advance? Such a waste of my time! Do not recommend to anyone that actually wants stuff done to their car. Not professional!Service: Window tinting

Got my windows tinted on my 2019 camry today as always B-rad's did a great job. This isn't our first car done with him and we will continue to be bringing cars his way. 10 out of 10.

Took my 23 Silverado. Wrinkles and trash in the door glass, and wavy cut lines. I called and he said he would make it right, but would be 2 weeks. Went back on that 2 week mark and he couldn t get to it that day, asked me to come back .I took it somewhere else. The second place I took it had me fill out a LLumar warranty card, wasn t asked to do that at B-Rads.Service: Sun control window tinting

Kermit is very conscientious about his work. I did have a problem at first however after bringing it to his attention he went over and above the call of duty to cure. This is a commendable attitude that I have found to be rare. The measure is how the problems are handled when they occur and he did very well. Thank you Kermit and please follow up about my ceramic treatment.

Very fast and friendly service at a really great price, tint and wash looks really great. Took a little under 3 hours to have the old faded tint removed and new tint put on, all the water spots on the window when I purchased it acid washed off and a tint strip added to the front window. He delivered my car back to me when finished. Would recommend to any one for tinting and detailing. I live close but would be worth a drive to get here for professional service.

DO NOT TINT your car here!! Horrible job. Tint was damaged, there were bubbles in alot of places, and it was cut short. Because of this, tint started peeling a few days later. I called to fix it and they didn't call me back. They probably would have left it the same anyways. It seems like they don't know what they're doing. Very disappointed.Service: Window tinting

Kermit did my tiny on 2 vehicles and it has been 5yrs on 1 and 4 yrs on other and no issues. Mike does my detailing and it is awesome. They are both very professional and try their best to work with you on your schedule.

The only reason I am able to give two stars is for B-rads willingness to provide a requested appointment time (two weeks from initial call). As for the quality of work, the tint on one window was undersized allowing for an 1/8" gap along the bottom and two more were delaminating within two days. When returned for repair which I must say was offered by the staff willingly, the quality of work was still poor at best. The undersized tint was not addressed and one window was delaminating at time of pick up. I will not bother with returning again for repair. I can not nor will I ever recommend their service to anyone. If looking for tint service search out a more experienced quality operation.ds.n't waste your money at B-rads.Service: Window tinting

Excellent service!Friendly, quick, and more than willing to provide general knowledge on window tint if you have questions.In response to previous google post reviews.Yes, two weeks is probably the wait you will have.These guys are slammed busy everyday with mutiple customers scheduled in a single hour slot.Two weeks wait... It's well worth it.So wait because this is a service job not a drive thru fast food business you impatient patrons.Anyways,I am extremely thankful. For citizens that drive out in night with zero tint whatsoever come to B-rads...Significantly improve your vision and block out the over excessively halogen bulbs from on coming traffic.Especially!!! If you work grave yard hours. This is vital ladies and gentlemen.B-rads more than likely probably saved my life with the tint job I recieved.Service: Window tinting

Just want everybody to know that . I took my car to B-RADS and had tint on my widows and they did an excellent job. They r very nice people and very reasonable price . So go visit them. They do a little bit of everything and take pride in what they do. Thank u B-RADS

I ve had all of my vehicles tinted and detailed at B-Rads and haft to say the quality of work is amazing Kermit and his family run a great business and the quality of work is ten stars I only gave them 5 cause I couldn t give them anymore. Try them out today trust me you won t be disappointed.

Took my brand new Dodge Bighorn to B-Rads in Jefferson City. Wanted to beef up the look , i had windows tinted, decals on body of truck, window visors installed, fender flares and running boards put on. Completely changed the look of my truck, This is the 4th vehicle ive taken there never been disappointed. Thanks and great job guys.
