McKay and Damion were so helpful to me in my emergency! I had no idea what was happening with a loud squeaking noise and they gave me information to an inexpensive towing company and recommendations for my possible issue. My phone was dying and they even allowed me to charge my phone up some while I waited for the towing company. I felt very valued and cared for!!

My husband and I spent all day at the lake yesterday. On our way home, our vehicle began to overheat. We stopped at the first auto parts place we came to. They were no help, but the vehicle had cooled down, so we headed to the next one. We pulled into advanced hot and tired after a long day popped the hood and began trying to figure out what was going on. A young man (Ballinger) who works there came out and helped us figure it out. We bought the part, and he helped us fix it and get back on the road, right there in the parking lot.

Called and spoke with a young lady to see if they had a Motorcraft distributor cap and rotor in stock; was told no but she could have it at 11 am. I asked her 3 times if it would be there at 11 and she responded " yes ". I had to call her back because she didn't even ask me what engine was in the car before she ordered them. She mumbled something about the parts fitting different engines. Obviously a 4 cylinder cap won't fit a V8. I decided to take a chance she might get it right and drove 35 min to this location. When I arrived I was told the parts wouldn't be there until 1 pm. All the woman at the counter said was " it must have been a mistake " ; no apologies whatsoever. Seems as if the young lady that took my order doesn't really have a grasp on parts or delivery times. Although I am well aware that losing my business will not affect Advance auto parts but I won't be doing any future business with them. Called Oriellys auto parts and ordered the parts, was asked what engine was in the car and told they would have parts by 1:05 pm. They were delivered on time and were the correct parts.

I was impressed with the knowledge of the fellow working the counter when I went in to purchase routine maintenance items. The only thing disappointing was that the item I wanted that their website indicated was in stock actually was not in stocks. The guy working was able to recommend an alternative and was even able to explain the difference. I'll go back to this particular location because I have found that the Morristown location lacks in friendliness and knowledge.

I was a customer advance Auto in Jefferson City I went there to buy Lucas oil treatment for my car there were three men working that day elder man into younger man when was standing asleep the other was helping me out to buy my keep in mind I'm on and he's got me on a wild-goose chase around the store finally I wanted up with a quart of oil they never offered to help me put it in my car they were very rude I have never been treated so badly in my life

Extremely impressed by this location and lincoln the young man who helped us. He was very polite, honest and friendly. He was ready to help us as soon as we got there and had a battery installed and a code check done in less than 20 minutes. We are new residents of this area and have found so far that the local employees are absolutely the best. Thank you for a great welcoming to the area and thank you lincoln for your great attitude and work ethic.

Great service and the employees were very friendly. Spoke with wayne and he was super nice and we had a great time getting to talk to him. Its always good to be able to just have a normal conversation about life and such.

Brooke is the most incompetent and rude person they have ever hired. Was told to take my business elsewhere when it asked to speak to someone who could help me. Was told they don't carry idler air control valves. She hung up on me. What a nasty female.

6/5/19 GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU! Mr. Dean was the gentleman that assisted me with a new battery purchase and installation. Throughout my time at Advance Auto Parts Mr. Dean was very thorough and focused starting with the initial battery test, to giving options and explanations of the best battery, and finally installing my new battery (all done through moments of heavy rain). Thank You! I appreciate Mr. Dean s knowledge, great service, and respectful conversation and perspective throughout my time at Advance Auto Parts. I believe and know customers can many times be unappreciative and sometimes down right rude and disrespectful to good service men and women who Do Great Work inspite of and in the face of difficult people and/or circumstances. The staff is always super helpful, they listen to your problem and help you find the right solution. Their speedperk program is awesome too, I basically get an extra $5 off everytime I buy an oil change...that's already on sale. 5 out of 5 for service, 5 out of 5 for part availability.

I was at Advance Auto on February 20th on a Sunday to have a tail light put in my 2005 Jeep. It was really hard to get to and it has been there so long it was hard to get out. But the young man who helped me I can't say enough how great this kid was. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty. With workers like him that's the only place I'll start going to!

I was sold parts that were incomplete also parts that required more work to complete the job!!! Also person that took my order, seemed like he was being put out, my inquires seemed to bother him I had other business to take care of but decided to go to another Auto parts, where I may feel more comfortable!!!

The staff at this particular store is way above average. Knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and they know how to treat customers. If you need it, they can get it.

I've had lots of problems with them, it seems they can get nothing right. Last time I shopped there I had to make 4 different trips to get the right kind of brakes. And I was dealing with the manager. He needs some computer course's.
