Wonderful experience with this shop, Ed and the mechanics. We were having brake issues on vacation while pulling our travel trailer. They saw us right away. They were super helpful, friendly, and diligent in providing a solution to our problem at a very fair price. Thanks again Ed and gang for getting us back on the road and home to South Florida. We made it home safe :) We would highly recommend this shop to anyone traveling through Jamestown and having car troubles.

We go to Pacana's for all our automotive needs of our four vehicles. Edge and his crew are always friendly, provide great service, and the work is affordably priced. Issues are well explained in layman's terms, and I've never felt pressured. Just had a set of tires, rotors, and brake pads replaced, and will return in the Spring to replace tires for another vehicle. Highly recommend.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Incredible honesty and amazing service! The folks at this shop are great! Got 2 new quality tires at a very reasonable price. Also was told ( by another mechanic) that I needed to replace 3 of my tire pressure sensors. Pacana tire evaluated and said it was only one that was bad! These guys went above and beyond, and even checked and filled the air pressure in the spare tire! At first I went to a mechanic for an alignment who told me I needed new ball joints, after I personally checked them, and decided I wanted a second opinion. Called Pacana, got an appointment the same day, they checked my vehicle and told me nothing was wrong with the ball joints. They could ve lied to me and I would ve believed them, but they didn t and were honest. Great people Highly recommended!!!

Had them put new tires on my car got a good price and comes with tire rotation and an alignment.New owner treated us nicely .Highly recommend going here.

The guys are easy to deal with and likeable (Edge and Cam), communication could be better, but prices have been reasonable compared to most shops. I'll definitely hit em up for some of my future needs .

I have had several new tire installations done, Ed has bent over backwards to make sure the job is done right with my recent purchases. Though he still needs a bench out front to sit on . Thanks for the great service, highly recommended, will continue taking my vehicles to him.

Rolled in from Cincinnati with a bad misfire. We were very stressed about it and had no idea if we were going to make it back home. We took it to Pacana and they were amazing! Had us fixed in no time and were very professional and reassuring. If we ever have an issue while down here, and we are down here a lot, that s where we ll take it for sure!!! Thanks

Best place in town to get tires done, Free alignment with purchase of tires, and a lifetime alignment for the life of your vehicle for $150. These folks are outstanding.

We had a smoke and ash filled car that was covered in mold detailed, we couldn't have done it any better.Smoke smell gone and the vehicle is actually white and not moss green.

I was refused a scheduled appointment for a simple transmission fluid change because I had a therapy dog in the backseat!. I once had a truck repaired at Auto solutions and the repair was over 2 hours and the mechanic went out of his way to get extra water for my dog!!. now the owner responds in kind with suggestions, and explanations.you should have done that when I was at his place of business instead of being so rude!.

Staff is friendly and they are knowledgeable and get work done in a timely manner. To get 4 tires swapped out at say, Walmart, would have taken at least 5 times as long.

When I called to get tires they were very helpful. When I called to tell them I was on my way to pick up the vehicle after work (near closing time) they were rude and hung up on me.

Super friendly and so quick! I had a problem with my car so I dropped it off at Pacana and within an hour and a half they had already taken care of everything. Definitely recommend!

Passing through Jamestown at 6:00 am with a blown tire. Owner was there two hours before opening and went out of his way to get us back on the road. We can t thank you enough!

I went there today for an oil change. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They had me in and out under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place for your auto care.
