Dropped my car off early, and they didn't pull my car in until an hour after my appointment time, and it still wasn't finished for another hour and a half.

I bypass my local Walmart store & go an hour out of my way to bring my business to this particular location! Charlie & his team ARE OUTSTANDING! They greet everyone w a genuine smile no matter the day or hour! In today's world that means something! AND they do the job right, and in a timely fashion. Business done right here folks! Kudos!

Wanna wait for hours to get ONE tire change. Here s the place. Why have an appointment when you won t even get seen at the appointment time.

Got here at 7AM, 3rd customer. It's been 2 hours and they still haven't put on the 2 tires I supplied. It's been on the jack over an hour. This is the absolute slowest place I've ever been. They have no organization or work order system. The guys just wander around poping a hood or turning a wrench here and there. In fact one of them just walked by carrying his morning energy drink after being gone a half hour.....maybe he's got it figured out.

Bought tires, best prices but real slow..extremely slow-like 5 hours, finally decide to get someone to take me home and go back next day to get my vehicle.

Everyone in the automotive department of South Jackson Walmart, are a bunch of shade tree mechanics. One of the mechanics went out to get in my car to move it for an oil change and instead of unlocking the door, he set off my security system which led to the computer locking up for anti theft. It cost me $600 to put a new computer in my vehicle and reprogram the key. When I went to go consult a manager they told me, " I'll get back to you in THREE DAYS!" May God help everybody that works there. I do not recommend this Walmart to anybody. If I could give zero stars I would.

It took way too long to get my tires. Then I was charged a lot more than the quote I was given prior to buying them. Wont buy here again.

I get here at 4:30 pm to get an oil change. I get told they had to cut service off at a certain time. Even though they close at 6pm that s not right

Affordable but you may have to wait a minute, best to do some shopping or go do something with a friend due to the wait.
