I would not recommend Victory Honda for any major maintenance work done on your car. Let me just point out the customer service is great! I took my vehicle in 3 times since September 2023. I initially requested to replace my valve cover gasket seal. Two months later I start experiencing a slow oil leak and returned to get it checked out. They supposedly replace the defected seal. Things were okay until the beginning of this year, my vehicle was started back leaking which I sensed it had to be something else going on. I returned to Victory Honda to get it checked out again and was informed my VVT solenoid need to be replaced. In addition, to recommend a valve adjustment. The price and diagnostic did not sit well with me, therefore, got a second option.After taking my vehicle to another mechanic, I discovered Victory Honda damaged my valve cover which was cracked in two different places from the spark plug tube seals and stripped several valve cover bolts. Definitely, not satisfied with having to get this repaired especially when it could have been avoided. Moisture in the engine is a very bad thing. Victory Honda mechanic should be honest rather than just having a guaranteed customer.

Great service, friendly low key sales, no pressure and no hovering. Loved my salesman Jameson, he was there for me before, during and after the sale. The parts department took care of all the accessories added and turned my vehicle around in short order.

They were very easy to work, if you are in the market for a new Honda I definitely recommend them. Tyler did a great job and everyone I worked with were also awesome.

I am eager to post this review because I need to express how incredibly amazing my experience was here. I m a single mom. My kids and I were driving back to Nashville from Tulsa when my car started losing its power steering over and over. It was 4am and we had been on the road for seven hours, overnight at this point and were exhausted and anxious. This car is how I get to work, get the kids to school, etc. We waited around in the car because there were no open hotel rooms and then got to Victory Honda at 7:15am. The service department didn t open until 8, but I think Terry could see the weight of what my kids and I have been through that night and he let us in. He was SO kind and welcoming. I told him the issue with my car and he said they don t open until 8, but led us to the waiting area and showed us the water, coffee, snacks, and even some crayons and puzzles for the kids. This situation was so unexpected, of course, so we even had our little old dog with us because she always makes the trips to and from Oklahoma with us. They let me bring her inside on a leash and my little family waited together while they looked at my car.It was probably 1.5 - 2 hours that we waited, total. With two kids and a dog after seven hours of driving overnight, you d think it would be disastrous, but because of the warm, welcoming staff, we actually enjoyed the time we were there. Even my 14 year old son noticed and commented on how kindly they treated us.The situation we found ourselves in was so tough, but the staff at Victory Honda, especially Terry, made it more than bearable for us. I am forever grateful to them.On top of all of that, they fixed up my car Nd my kids and I made it safely to our home in Nashville.They have a customer for life, now.Thank you all SO VERY MUCH for your kind service today.

The people here were great every step of the way. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I understand thats their jobs but they made me feel comfortable. I got a great deal on a vehicle that I have been searching 2 years for. They got me a price that fit my budget even in this market. Thank you for ending my search for a family vehicle and making it affordable enough to keep my other vehicle! Would give more stars if I could special thanks to Laura for working with me and being patient!

I recently visited VH Service Center for a repair and I can t give them enough credit for how kind - honest - and professional they were. By simply educating me they saved me a huge headache. Very pleased with the entire experience I am a 1st time Honda customer and I have had some terrible car buying experiences before so I was determined to do the entire deal over the phone and online! Victory Honda of Jackson is about an hour and a half away from my house and although I would have gladly driven to pick the car up they had it brought to my front door! Talk about service! Easiest experience I ve ever had buying a car And I love it! Oh in case you re wondering I worked with Bradley and Erin! They re awesome and, so were the delivery guys! 10/10 would recommend!

I have never bought a car from them, but I had to get genuine honda transmission fluid. They had it available for me to purchase, and at a reasonable price. Definitely going back if I need another genuine fluid or part

This is my second purchase in three months and I came back because I had a good experience the first time. The salesman came in on his day off to help me look at a car I was interested in and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. We are happy with both of our Victory Honda vehicles.

Traveling from Texas to North Carolina after Christmas at the end of the year my 2017 Honda started to have engine issues. Called Victory Honda while nursing vehicle on I-40 and they said that they would take care of me. Although they had a full service schedule the technician stayed late to work on my vehicle. The 2017 Ridgeline now runs like new, Thank You Victory Honda.

We had the BEST experience at Victory Honda in Jackson. Julian Esselink (ours salesman) and Bradley Yarbro (finance manager) made the entire process so very smooth. They were personable, helpful and they promised they would make this the easiest car buying experience we had ever had and they DELIVERED. Literally delivered my new honda passport to us out of town when we had something come up. No questions asked, just took care of us.We were so pleased with them and their service, I cannot recommend them enough! I am loving my new Passport and so glad we decided to move forward with this trade in/ purchase, it was a wonderful, seamless experience!

Extremely courteous employees. They tried to get me to use a BMG product on my fuel system every 15,000 miles. That is ridiculous. Sounds like a scam.

They didn t waste my time making me sit around while they pretended to look at numbers. My salesman was professional and efficient. No stalling or foot dragging. Probably will buy another car in the next few weeks and will go back to them.

I would like to thank the team at Victory Honda for helping me get a 23 year upgrade to my vehicle. Joshua Mumsford did a fantastic job explaining the features of the Honda Civic 2023 despite being new to the company. Jason Brown gave him full support and helper explained things to me that Joshua was still learning. Lastly Bradley Yarbro worked with me to in the finance department to ensure I wasn't in a bind and could still be in the ride I really wanted. They are amazing and would recommend all of them to anyone.

Back in May, we purchased our 4th vehicle and had great service until this one. Took 5 mos. to receive our second key and several trips made to Jackson to finally receive it. If I had just been referred to service dept. on my first visit, then none of extra trips would have been necessary. Very disappointed with this experience.
