Just wanted to share what I consider a rare experience.� �I took my car into Lynn auto for a tune-up and an oil change.� �I had called ahead and gotten a price on both as well as asking them to replace the cigarette�little�if not too expensive.� �I don't smoke but do use the lighter outlet to power the tire pump.1- My appoint was at 9am and lo and�behold, they took me at 9am.2- A bit later the desk lady said we have you all ready and so I get out my trusty credit card for another hit, lol.� When the charge sheet showed a price for a very reasonable oil change and $2.00 for a fuse, which fixed the lighter. The reason I belabor all this is: It could have gone this way. He ask for an oil change, let's jut do it.� �Lighter replaced, let's just do it. Instead of they were honest and accepted money only for exactly what�was required. I used to travel quite a bit, and had many accusation�to take my car in and can tell you sadly many times work was done out of state which upon having it checked later was told it was not necessary. I hope folks reading this will pass it on and save others unnecessary�money and stress. An HONEST auto repair business is Lynn auto and I give them 5 stars on all accounts.

Whoot whoot when I tell you the best..definitely five stars no hestitation..they are fast and friendly and will immediately call and tell u what's going on with your car and how much it will cost..from this day forward will definitely get my money..job well done to tha mechanics that worked on my car that got me in and out ...you guys are Awesome!!!!!!!!

Well Daniel Lynn and the crew at Lynns Auto Repair have done it again. I trusted them with my baby and they did not let me down. Went above and beyond to do some mechanical repairs to my old square body and I could not be happier. This is the only shop in town I would trust to take care of my truck. They have now worked on three of my aging fleet of vehicles and done great every time.

Lynn's have always been honest with my auto care and pricing. My family and I have been going to Lynn's for over 20 years. Lynn's hands down is top notch in Jackson Tn.

Was traveling from Nashville to Louisiana when I hit the new construction on I40 and blew out my upper ball joint on my truck. I called about 6 shops and no one was avaliable to get my truck in and out within a day. Lynns was recommended by another shop in the area and they were a life saver!!!! They stayed to 530 when my truck finally arrived on a flat bed. They were able to unload it into their shop because I had expensive equipment in the bed of the truck and lock it up for the night. They called me at 8am the next morning to discuss the damages and repair cost and had my truck done and back on the road before noon! This place was a life saver. The people up front were great! Jeremy is also a great guy and took great care of me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used these guys since 1996. They were superb under the leadership of Daniel. Now that I have had an opportunity to experience working with the leadership of Jeremy, I can say that Daniel did us a solid by transferring ownership to Jeremy & his Wife. I hate to see Daniel retire, but it's a blessing to be able to. Jeremy, if the Lord says the same, I will be with you for many years to come. GOD Bless!Service: Engine repair

If you are expecting the same professional and honest service you got from Daniel Lynn you will be disappointed. This shop has changed ownership and the service has suffered as a result. We took our 2012 Honda Fit to Jeremy and he supposedly diagnosed a check engine light for us (it has been serviced there under my wife's name, Lauren Lancaster, as well as our Dodge truck). Jeremy told us we needed a tune-up, but also said that the light was probably not a real problem, so we made an appointment for a tune up, ac repair, and brakes. When we took the car for the appointment, I asked them to double check the check engine light problem because it had came back on. Jeremy told us we didn't need the tune up or the brakes (I wonder about the safety aspect of that advice!) And fixed the air conditioning. Well, he obviously didn't try hard enough to find the problem because within a few days the engine blew a sparkplug entirely out of the block and it cost me $3000 to have it fixed. I didn't and still don't trust Jeremy to work on my car anymore, so we took it the dealership. All this was under my wife, Lauren Lancaster's name, in case you want to check your records, Jeremy. In short, I don't trust this shop anymore to work on my car. I wouldn't even trust them for an oil change.

Wonderful and trustworthy! Not looking forward to finding mechanics we can trust in a new city, but thankful we found Lynn when we did.They are very thorough and honest about what needs doing and when. Lowest prices in town without being cheap in the work they do.Their inspection covers everything and they even list what order to do things so you can be working through repairs as you have the finances available.Call in advance to set up a time to bring the car in. They are popular in town and always have cars they are working on. Wait times are usually minimal, but definitely have busy seasons when they can't fit you in til a week later.Definitely choose Lynn for your next auto repair!

I have trusted Lynn Auto for 20+ years for repair work and regular maintenance on the litany of makes/models I've owned over the years (Mazda, Saab, BMW, Acura, Toyota, Kia, Volvo), and I've only received top-notch service. Are they going to be the cheapest price for a given service? Probably not (though they might). But are they going to recommend something you don't need and try to squeeze you? Definitely not. I'll gladly pay a small premium to honest people who do good work and rest easy knowing I can trust what I'm told.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Bad business, took my car there to be diagnosed, they charged me for 1.5 hours of labor 250.00 and didn't do anything. Left my transmission pan off I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This is the best in Jackson. For years, Lynn has done my family and I very well. Every time there has been anything a little off with my vehicle, they have been able to narrow it down and get me fixed up. Would recommend to anyone.

They called every step of the way while repairing our impala. I knew everything they did before it happened. Car runs great and it was hundreds cheaper than we even thought it would cost. Great customer service, very professional mechanics. Hope we never need to put our car in the shop again, but if we do it's going to lynns auto repair. No question.

Lynn Auto has been my auto repair go-to for the last 15 years. Owners are honest people that treat you with respect and always do great work. I've never gotten that "slimed" feeling like I have at other shops, including dealerships. I recommend them without hesitation.

Honest and fast service. You can comfortably take your most prized car here. I have been taking my vehicles here for 20 years since my first car. I wouldn't take my service anywhere else as they have proven themselves many times. They have a new waiting area that is welcoming as you walk in. I recommend Lynn Auto for all of your automobile needs.

The women in the office, the mechanic ( I think the owner)were some of the nicest, honest, and kindest people I've met here in Jackson. I thought I needed more done than I did yet they only did what was needed to fix the problem. Wonderful business people. I have now found dependable mechanic to work on my car.Thank you Lynn's Auto Repair

We've been going here for 7+ years, even after moving out of Jackson, we still come back! Always trust what they say and feel treated well. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I'd highly recommend.

I am very impressed with Daniel Lynn. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and solved my truck issue. Explained my issue with clarity and logic. Great people skills. First time here as I just moved back to Jackson. I will be back when I need car repairs. Thank you Daniel.

Fantastic customer service.I kept hearing a metal popping noise near the driver side wheel each time I turned right. I brought it in. They inspected the bottom of the car and everything checked out. Lo and behold they found the culprit to be a can of seltzer water under the driver side seat .They didn't even charge me.I'm been driving with that noise for a month, thinking the vehicle could fall apart. Thankfully, Lynn Auto was able to help me.

Lynn s auto repair is a phenomenal place. They did more than just fix my car they offered me lowest prices, fast fixes, and spectacular customer service. They re more than a auto-repair shop. They re somebody who cares if it s done right. They re a business I trust and a business I can call for any fix. Highly recommend!

Lynn Auto is a great place to get vehicle repairs done right the first time. Daniel and his team are dedicated to straightforward responses to customer questions. Lynn Auto has been my repair shop of choice for many years now. I know what it is like to be scared of the "Big Expense" scare, but the team was there to help me understand what could be done later and what had to be done now. I have a H2 hummer my air suspension failed me and I was not going to deal with air bags anymore they converted my H2 to spring amazing ride now and a good job they did, I m very happy with their work best price that I was able to find and will be back. The mechanics are willing to listen and are positive, not rude and grumpy like a lot of other places I ve been.

not super rude but you can tell she had a attitude told me they HAVE to diagnose the problem and it would be $110 but i knew the problem but said they should do it she sounded like she was irritated because i said what was the issue bc it doesn t take $110 to plug a code reader in and look up the code absolutely not takes maybe a minute to do the 3 codes.

We took our car to be diagnosed, it was reading crankshaft position sensor. They replaced the valve cover gasket and the solenoid. After a few days the same code came back. So we were charged for work that didn't need to be done. Please don't waste your time or money taking your car to this place. If it was possible I would not even give them one star.

Daniel Lynn is a man of integrity, well trained and up to date with the latest knowledge of how to maintain your vehicle. His workmen are also proficient and well trained in the latest automobile repair. I call him Dr. Lynn because he diagnoses like a medical doctor and prescribes treatment for your particular problem. Unlike a medical doctor he backs up his remedy with a warranty you can count on. I heartily recommend Lynn Auto Repair for your own vehicles.
