Quick lane? More like no lane. Was in need of a oil change and tire rotation while traveling , all of which I can do in 30 minutes by myself if I were at home , and I was told it would take an hr and a half just to get in. No thanks. Change your name that is false advertising. I ll go to the dealer if I wanna wait all day

As a purchase perk, Lincoln pays Quick Lane to offer free wash and vacuum for their Lincoln customers. I was told I had too much dog hair for them to vacuum. I had dog hair on the floor in the backseat. When I got in the car, I realized they didn t vacuum the floor in the front at all. I went back in and had the man come out and showed him the front floors- he said well, he vacuumed your mat. Wonder how much Lincoln is paying for this service that they don t actually do? I also had the pleasure of having to listen to a sales meeting ( door wide open- and it took 2 solid hours for an oil change and wash/vac that wasn t done) where the sales manager basically told the sales guy people are sheep and will buy whatever car they are looking at as long as the salesperson does his job and overwhelms them with the sales pitch. Wow. Great job Circle Ford .

Moved away and been having the local Ford dealer doing our maintenance. Well hasn't been a great experience so I called Golden for an oil change. No problem sir bring it in. Well guess who's got our business again even it's a 22 mile drive.

Jeremy is great. He's the salesman you pray you can come in contact with when you're looking for your vehicle. He's professional, respectful, HONEST and he really listens. I enjoyed my whole experience with him. Thank you

I went in there because my ac was blowing hot air I said I need to get a freon charge and let me know if that's all it needed they charged up my ac and said yep that's all it was well 4 months later I'm blowing hot air again so I went to the Chevy dealer they said it's your ac compressor they installed me a new one been good ever since but didn't need to waist my time if they had done it right when I came in for service.Service: Air conditioning

It has been a couple weeks since i have purchased my first vehicle. I must say this business has outstanding and kind employees they make sure you are left satisfied. Rachel is the one of the best car salesman i have ever meet.

I bought my car from Golden Circle Ford and have been through the Quick Lane center several times to have it serviced..Every visit to the center has been an excellent experience; from buying the car to having it serviced. Staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions that may be presented to them. They are always eager to help. When it comes time for me to buy a new car, I will be buying it from GCF and using Quick Lane to service it. Thank you guys for putting up with me.

Great service but DO NOT USE FordPass to make appt, because they indicated that their system doesn't sync with it, therefore, I had no appt shown, so they would try and "fit me in".

The quality of service has changed here . Paid a 100 plus for their synthetic works oil on our 2021 F-250. They didn't even bother properly inflating the tires. Yes theirs a huge difference between the front and back pressures . Rotating them and not checking them on a F-250. Leaves the front tires dangerously over inflated. Check Check and double check after your service .Service: Oil change

One word. Rude. I've been multiple times and never have been treated so horrible. I left and went to Old Hickory Car Care they had the best customer service got me in and out in 20 minutes it would have taken an hour or longer at Quick Lane. Honestly glad the bald guy was rude it led me to a better place.

I called to make an appointment and was told they don t do that (which sounded ridiculous because most working people can t just sit around waiting on their vehicle all day) and to just come when they open at 7:30am and they could get my oil change done quickly. It s now 9:45am and I am still sitting here. I was the third person here and the 4th and 5th are already gone... yet here I sit. Nothing wrong with my vehicle, just a normal oil change and tire rotation. So don t come expecting anything quick . At least I got an oil change, but I could have done it myself in an hour for a heck of a lot less money.

These guys do awesome work and very quickly at that.Matt had me in and out the door before I could get off the phone with my mom. And mr. Pritchett went above and beyond trying to get me in to get my permanent fix done for my Flex plat on my Ford Transit. We have four of these vehicles and expedite Freight all around the country.I'll personally will from now on make it a point to get down to Jackson for the service on my vehicle as well as get my other three drivers routed through here for their service as well

For a woman trying to take care of her vehicle what's not to love. They are very helpful and explain the process of service they are doing. Never feel intimidated or forced into getting something done that the car don't need or my budget is not ready for. Thank you!

SO Awesome! The guy there Dustin Cupples was able to squeeze in BOTH of my vehicles and I didn't even have an appointment! Amazing service! Would recomend to anyone.

Well I had I thought a slow leak in my tire my console showed me I was low so mom said stop here theyll check it n fill it up. There compressor died so the one man checked all 4 tires n filled them from the pay quarters for air there for me. I tipped him for his help of course. I Went 5 miles to moms home and came out of her house to go home n my one tire was all the way flat.... triple A came thankfully and filled the tire up guy said it looked like someone let the air out not put any in. So between all of us we figured something got stuck n let all the air out. The triple A guy said all my tires were down 10lbs except the flat of course an alls been ok since. I'm just glad I didnt have a hole (no spare)
