So thankful for Luke! We were on a roadtrip and stopped in Jackson for a second when the truck started idling/shaking and wouldn t accelerate. They drove out to meet us, got us diagnosed, went and picked up parts and got us fixed up so quick. Truck feels 10x better than before. Highly recommend!

Priser Customs & Repair will go above and beyond to help you with your auto repair needs. We are from Minnesota and were traveling through Jackson,TN and our car needed emergancy brake repair. We found Prisor Customs & Repair on Google. The shop owner/mechanic came to our hotel in the evening to diagnose the problem. The very next morning he opened his shop an hour early to fix our brakes, and got us back on the road. The repair charges were very reasonable. We give him 5 plus 5 stars, and highly recomend him for all your repair needs.Service: Brakes

He replaced a cv axle and wheel bearing in my car. He also installed a cabin filter I had purchased as just being nice. His work ethic and knowledge are unsurpassed. He did a great job for me and was very conscientious and timely. I will definitely use him every time. He is a young man with integrity and is very reasonable in his pricing.

If I could give over 5 stars I would!!! Beyond excellent service! Honest, trustworthy, get the job done correctly and get the job done in a great time frame. Respectful ! Explain and show you the problems and more!!! Best mechanic I have came in contact with! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!!! Save you lots of money by being honest!!!!!! They came out and fixed broken terminals on our car. We knew we could trust them with how they talked us through the process - which didn t take them that long at all. Luke is amazing. I called this morning with an issue and had my answers in no time and was charged a very ungodly reasonable price. He also quoted a friend some very amazing prices as well. So, you have car trouble, hit him up. His good honest people.

My car broke down in Jackson. Although I had to wait for them to finish another job, they came to me as soon as they were able and had my car fixed and back on the road within 30 minutes of arriving. Great people . Immediately scanned my car as soon as i pulled up and got to work . Didn t hesitate to find the issue and have it fixed the next day . he came while we were sleep had it fixed before we even noticed . very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Sent an invoice with everything he fixed! definitely will be returning as a customer !!!!

Luke also made several repairs to my truck and serviced it. My truck has been down for almost 3 years. He is very his assistant is his wife. Very nice couple. I highly recommend. I wish I had known about this business long ago. Luke is a busy man. Lucky for me, he was able to come to my home and do a diagnostic test on my vehicle. His God given skills, honesty, and kindness are rare among mechanics. I recommend him.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! We are from out of state and were traveling on a road trip across the country. We were pulling our SUV behind our motorhome and we noticed that our SUV was overheating. It was around 6 PM when we reached out to Luke. He let us know that he was finishing up a current job and that would be to us as soon as he was done there. He promptly came our way around 715 PM. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was (turns out our belt tensioner had snapped off, and the engine was not being cool off). We traveled together to the local auto parts store to get the part needed. Luke efficiently and expertly changed out the part. Even knowing that we were from out of town, he charged us a more than fair price for the work completed. We were back on the road before 9 PM. Priser Customs is one of the best mechanics. He was very hands on told me exactly what I need and got the job done right and at a reasonable time. He did a complete motor swap for me and gave me a very reasonable price. He also told me that he never leaves a job until he is satisfied with his work and he meant that. My vehicle is still running really good and even weeks after doing the job he still contacted me to make sure everything was performing properly. Fair prices, quick service, and they know what they're doing. The owner is great and will explain what he's doing and why, and checks multiple stores to find the best and most reasonably priced parts for whatever you need. If I have any other repairs needed for my vehicle, I'll be returning.

About a month ago I was driving my wife and kids across the country from Pennsylvania and our truck kept running into problems. We made it as far as Jackson Tennessee where we met Luke. He worked with great attentiveness to help us continue on our way. Even though our truck kept giving us one problem after another Luke kept doing everything he could and was very understanding of our situation. His prices were more than reasonable, his labor was priceless. His helper was also very devoted to his craft.May God bless Luke and his familyIC XC

I took my Subaru to Luke for a bad wheel bearing I had been driving on for nearly 2 months. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the parts; he talked me through everything he was doing and worked quickly. If only all mechanics could be like him!!! I was in such a rut on a holiday weekend nonetheless, when I contacted this guy. He fit me in last minute, came to my location, gave me an HONEST estimate, offered me options, provided more services than I actually needed and was an absolute delight. Lucas gave me an experience that exceeded all expectations and I will never go to any other mechanic. In fact, since he s mobile I won t have to go anywhere. I will only do business with Priser customs & repair for all of my auto needs and maintenance for all of my vehicles. It was a pleasure doing business with such an experienced professional and genuine person.

Update, unbelievable service and for a Sunday. In the Parking Lot of Pilot right off highway 40 the car was fixed. New wheel bearing and fixed the bolt for the control arm. We travel thru this area a lot and when we are in Tennessee Priser Customs and Repair will be the shop we call. I cannot thank them enough for quickly fixing our truck and getting my wife back on the road safely.My wife was driving on interstate 40 heading back to Texas when it appears a wheel bearing went. It is a Sunday morning. No one is open except for Priser Customs. Called, he was working another job in another town but took the call, said he would be back as soon as possible and was mobil, do not move the vehicle. Will add an update. So far 10 out of 5 stars.Update to above review, my mechanic took a look at the vehicle when my wife got home and said the job done on the bearing was done perfectly. So my review still stands at 10 out of 5 stars it was a great job on a Sunday.

While in the midst of traveling, my car happened to break down in Tennessee. After some mishaps, I was able to located Priser Customs and Luke came to where I was and helped me with all of my car troubles! He installed a new alternator for me, along with some other things the car needed to get back on the road. Definitely a live saver! Highly recommended the Customer service was great and he didn t charge me a whole month s rent to work on my car, which was even more awesome. If I m ever in Tennessee again, I definitely would contact him first for all car services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. He's is freaking good at his job. I will recommend him to everyone I know. And will be going back to him next month to have the job done. He knows what he is doing. And he is not going to screw you at all on prices or the work.
