Took a long time to finally get on the phone with them, but when I finally got on a text chat things progressed.Make sure to take all of your potential purchases to a certified mechanic for a presale inspection. I write this stuck at the Memphis airport after my purchased truck blew a transmission driving home. It's on me for not questioning them more. **Just make sure you ask all the questions that I didn't**, as I'm told from wreckers and mechanics that this couldn't be sudden or random. I asked about issues and they didn't disclose them to me.

Came to look at cars, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Cidalia M�ndez helped us with all the information we needed and assisted us greatly. She helped us with all the paperwork and process to be able to leave the lot with our new car today!! Definitely recommend y all to check them out to purchase a vehicle.

Update Jamie has been a very big help. She s showed concern and understanding about my situation. She has done everything to help me in my situation. With new management I can see everything turning around for the Jackson location.LONG REVIEW BUT READ The guy I had gotten me approved & set up my appointment wasn t the guy I met (even though I had already become comfortable with him) I was given a list of cars in my price range to look at before my appointment (I was set on the Sonic). When I showed up for my appointment to test drive the Sonic, I was asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift (the pictures showed that it was an automatic) While walking the lot for other cars in my price range I proceeded to ask if I was still eligible for the managers choice special I was told that the guy that had gotten me approved had come from a different car lot and they sometimes us different wording (it says managers choice special on select cars, on the website) Picked a car and test drove it, the engine light was on but I pointed it out to my seller and he insured me that it was the gas tank but they got the light cleared before I left the lot (11/15/23).The next day the light came back on and I called to notify my seller, he gave me the number to the service dept, I called, no answer and I left a vm (11/16/23)Didn t receive a call back so I called again that following day. Got ahold to someone and was set up for an appointment for that following Wednesday (11/17/23)In between time of my appointment my car started stuttering to the point I had to pull over and shut it off then cut it back on.Day before my appointment I took my car to autozone to have my light checked. Was told it was my ignition switch and a misfire. Got the paper from AutoZone and called back up to the service dept to let them know. Was told to bring the paper with me to my appointment (11/21/23)Day of my appointment I was told that it was the spark plugs & coils that would need to be replaced and I wouldn t be charged because they were under warranty BUT the misfire was because of the fuel injector and gasket which would be a $800 fix because it s not covered under warranty (11/22/23)Saturday my car wouldn t start AT ALL. I called into the service dept and let someone know. He apologized for my inconvenience and said he would check with someone Monday to see if they could have it towed to their shop for free. (11/25/23)My stepdad came down Sunday to give me a boost off and when he lifted my hood to put the plugs on he noticed that the wire to my battery was loose (it had been loose since the day I purchased the car) he tightened it up and my car started and the light went off (11/26/23)Monday I received a call back from the service dept. I told him I got it started then he proceeded to ask me had I been driving it since my appointment because he didn t know if someone told me but driving it while it has that misfire could make it worse . I proceeded to tell him well yes I had been driving it cause I had to get back home and I door dash to get extra money. I was then told to drive it as minimum as possible (11/27/23)(but this is my only means of transportation getting back and forth to work so what am I to do now when it s time to make a payment?)

Chris Burress was our salesman. He was very patient through the car buying process. He was honest and up front on how our down payment would be used, what it would cover and etc. We got a pretty impressive interest rate considering we financed in house. Several others made sure to ask if we had been helped, and one even made sure to tell us congratulations. They do need better detailing on the vehicles. I will update as our experience progresses.

These cars are terrible! The owner Jamie and his team promotes a racist environment. Interest rates are extremely high. Do yourself justice and don t waste your time.

I was definitely nervous about getting a car with a lower down payment than most but Mrs. Cidalia helped my husband and me get the car I originally wanted before I ever got there. She and Chris both worked as a team as Chris began the process throughout the day and then when I got there Cidalia took us to the finish line. Very friendly atmosphere to finish it all off!!!

After searching and searching from dealerships all around, I finally got in contact with Ms.Cidalia and let me tell you she made the buy process so easy and painless along with giving me a great down payment plus a even better payment rate I recommend them to any and everyone that s in the market for a vehicle!

They do not communicate very well and over charge customers on their cars I won t recommend no one to them I will never go back to them I was over charged way to much the price of the car I got I could of went and a brand new car make sure yall check the total amount before signing any paperwork also make sure to buy the gap insurance also or you will be screwed big time I also got told I could get in anything with 500 down that was a lie and I got in a car wreck and it wasn t my fault got told two days ago I could come up there and get in another vehicle with nothing down and that was a lie

If you are looking for a great customer service this is the place. As soon as I filled out my application 5 minutes later I received a call from Cidalia. I was approved to buy my vehicle in an hour. Very happy with my choice can't wait to come again.

This is by far the worst place possible. They put us in a car that immediately needed a belt, a car that can t be fully insured because it s on the national theft list. No way they didn t know this. They sell me their collateral insurance to cover the vehicle only for $200 a month. As soon as I can get out from under this vehicle, I will!!! My niece had a terrible experience with the place also.

There managers are a joke there service techs don t know how to fix anything I have had my car in there 3 times for the transmission first time they changed fluids charged me $400 next time I bought it up 2 months later for the same problem they did a tune up on it $711 for that time now 2 months later and I have the same problem and they don t want to do anything to fix it just want me to bring it to them again because they fixed it so we ll last time. They are rude hateful people who only care about money and not the people they that buy from them. They charge $10,000-$12,000 over price for vehicles that are not road safe and when you call them about the problems they get mouthy acting like it s your fault. Seems to me the place has nothing but lying over charging crooks working there and the mechanic should not be working on even lawn mowers. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I ll be sure to spread the word that these people are rip-offs. They don t want to help you but when that payment is due they are calling the day it s due at 9am wanting there money but when you call to talk to someone you get the same runaround everytime. We don t have a manager here ,we can t help you ,you need to bring the car to us with a $100 fee just to look at the car they are horrible people if you like your hard earned money don t go here these people will put you and your family in a vehicle that is not safe to be on the road and you will put more money into the vehicle than what the car is even worth. 2015 Nissan 130K $23,000 have not had the vehicle a full year and have already put nearly $2,000 just in parts and another $1000 for tires because they said these tires are fine no problem yeah if you like riding on dry rotting tires sure. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE OR RISK YOUR FAMILIES LIFE by buying one of there vehicles

We came into today thinking getting a car would be a tiring and enduring process, but it took David no longer than one hour to get us approved and into a vehicle.I would recommend anyone come see them up here at Prime Auto and from my experience, ask for David Hooper. He is strongly recommended. Tho he was our salesman, everyone in the store was nice and friendly. I will definitely be back

These ppl play in my face and my time I got denied cause I was a few day before 6 months These ppl waited until I sent in all my information and run my credit for them to tell me I'm not eligible sad but if they not gonna work with me for being a few days shy I feel like they played in my face like they can help me but was really wasting my time
