I had an incredible experience at Perkins Motor in Jackson, TN! They truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. When I came across the ZR2 online, I decided to give it a test drive because I was a bit hesitant about purchasing my first truck. The staff at Perkins Motor made me feel completely at ease and never pressured me into making a decision. It didn't take long for me to realize that the ZR2 was the perfect fit for me. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were met and that the price was within my budget. The entire team at Perkins Motor was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout the entire process. I have already recommended Perkins Motor to several people who have admired my new truck, and I will continue to send others their way. Thank you, Perkins Motor, for an outstanding experience!

Sean was great to work with on the purchase of our new to us suburban! He made the process simple and hassle free. We ended up having an unforeseen mechanical issue and Sean went above and beyond to take care of the details and make sure we understood the warranty process. This is our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Sean and we can t recommend him enough!

Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He and the rest of the staff at the Jackson office were absolutely awesome. No pressure, allowed us to test drive several vehicles to ensure that our daughter got the car that was just right for her. Every question and concern that we had was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve ever had! They have a great selection and we will definitely see Perkins Motor Plex first for our next purchase. I highly recommend them for anyone shopping for a vehicle.

This was my son''s first time purchasing a car, so needless to say, we had to have some guidance and assistance getting approval. I cannot tell you how kind, patient, and helpful Jacob, our salesman, was. This was a no pressure sale, and the fact that the car was transferred from another location for free was great, but the story gets even better. When we noticed some flaws that were unforseen, the dealership was more than willing to have these issues fixed....and even delivered the car to our home saving us a trip back to the dealership. If you are looking for a low pressure sale, fair market prices without the haggle, and just a good overall experience, go to Perkins Motor Plex. All of the staff were great, but if you want an EXTRAORDINARY experience, ask for Jacob!

Perkins Motorplex and more specifically, Stephen Diamond, made the vehicle buying experience exactly how it should be. I was in the middle of a PCS from overseas back to the U.S. and had worked with him over the phone to secure a truck. It was a seamless process altogether, and handled with 100 percent professionalism. 10/10 recommend!

I can t say enough great things about the guys at PMP of Jackson. I was trying to find the right vehicle for my wife and between work schedules and kids, it was hard looking other than on the internet. More so, we found Stephen Diamond at Perkins of Jackson and he made this search the easiest buying process I ve ever had. I spent 5 minutes driving the car at the dealership and had to go as I had other obligations to attend. Needless to say we found the car we were after and without hesitation, he delivered the vehicle with paperwork in hand after hours to ensure that our busy schedule was able to be tended to. Thank you Stephen and thank you Perkins Motorplex of Jackson. I look forward to doing business again in the future.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience i have ever had. We walked in at 5 and we were walking out at 6 having bought a 2020 Ford Expedition. Stephen was the sales guy we worked with and he was amazing. There is no pressure with this dealership. Natalie is AMAZING!!! She takes care of all the paperwork and is wonderful. I am a little prejudice because she is one of our best friends. I will definitely buy again from Perkins in Jackson, TN. Thanks Stephen and Natalie!!!!!

This was by far the easiest and hassle free experience of buying a vehicle ever. I found what I wanted online and the sales person contacted me right away. The credit application was simply and straight forward. The vehicle was even better looking in person. The whole staff was so friendly.

I should preface this by saying I've never posted a review in my life, but my experience with Perkins was too good not to share...over the past week, I worked with Stephen and Sean from the Jackson dealership. Both were phenomenal to work with. Not pushy at all, and give the vibe that they genuinely want to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. I was given a fair price for my trade and the new vehicle. They fought between banks to get me the best interest rate available, and made two separate trips to my house because of a paperwork error. These guys will go above and beyond for you. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had, and will only buy from them in the future!!!! Thanks again guys!

We had a great experience at Perkins Motor Plex in Jackson. We found a car online that we were interested in for our 16 year old daughter. Sean went above and beyond for us. He sent us a detailed video, worked to get a stain out of the seat, and addressed all of our concerns. I would suggest calling Sean with any of your car needs!

Perkins was my last stop on a whirlwind week of truck shopping but should have been my first. Jacob couldn't help enough. Found the truck in Paducah, figured the price out. Had the salesman in Paducah send me a 6 min video of the truck. JT finished the process up the following morning. When a driver wasn't available in Jackson, they sent someone to KY to bring the truck back. JT was extremely helpful and gave me regular updates. Truck was as advertised and wrapped up the purchase this afternoon. In a world of headaches at dealerships, Perkins is a no-nonsense relief. Their salesman make salary only and are happy to help you find the right vehicle. Big shout out to Jacob and JT for getting a great deal done and quick. Perkins should be your first stop when looking for a car hands down!

Seriously, it couldn t have been easier or more positive, and those are not always two words you associate with buying a car. Sean made the entire process effortless and joyful. I was looking for an SUV in the Jackson Area and reached out to the Perkins Team. Stephen was open and honest about the value of my trade and allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted. Stephen was able to secure exceptional financing for the vehicle that I wanted, and helped me get an extended warranty that was over-and-above what I thought was possible.Working with Natalie on the paperwork and she discovered that there was a discrepancy between the warranty that I was offered versus what was being provided, and she was able to work with the warranty provider and secure the offered warranty, even though it is not typically offered on a vehicle with higher mileage.The way that I was handled by the team has made me a Perkins Customer for life!

After purchasing a vehicle fir only 3 months it needed engine work at the dealership which was supposed to be covered by the warranty...long story short we ended up paying over 7000.00 to get it repaired...NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!...Sir I thank you for your prompt response however somethings need to be cleared. The warranty company made it seem as if I took my vehicle to some shop trying to scam them when in fact I had to take it to the dealership because the other previous places I tried said they couldn't do anything and that it would have to go to the dealership and after waiting for about 2 weeks of of no communication from anyone I decided to call the dealership and the warranty company to see what was going on..only to find out that the warranty people refused to pay saying the amount was ridiculously expensive and I should find someone else to do the job..well the issue there was I don't know anyone and they didn't suggest anyone either and we already paid to 300.00 to get our car shipped to Memphis.I just couldn't keep sending my car from place to place just for them to tell me to take it back to the dealership..not to mention we were going to rent but the warranty only pays a one time max payment of 250.00 and we've been without a car since December 19th...So while you may have a nice crew..that warranty is a ripoff.

I just got my new ride! They were honestly the easiest dealership to work with! They were beyond helpful! Natalie was awesome and answered all my questions! Shawn was quick to get my car from a different lot here to Jackson! Jt was awesome as well! I can t speak anymore highly of the group of individuals there! I didn t feel pressured to purchase or anything I was in and out with my new car! Hands down will buy from them again!

Stephen at Perkins Motor Plex in Jackson, TN was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! I contacted multiple dearships inquiring about cars they had and Stephen was the only person that responded. We communicated throughout the day and he even did a video tour of the car for me!! He was very pleasant and honest and had my new car delivered to me in Pulaski, TN the next day!! That was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had!! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Also, both delivery drivers were so so sweet and even helped entertain our young daughter while my husband and I looked over my BEAUTIFUL new car!! Wonderful place and people!!

Scam artists and liars! Do not buy a vehicle from this group of clowns! Read to the end. I have all the documents. This was not an as-is vehicle. On 3/4/23, I purchased a low mileage (48,767) 2018 Infiniti from PMP. I assumed that I was safe since it had the balance of a factory warranty until 5/2024 or 70k. This vehicle began smoking on start up, burning 2+ quarts of oil between oil changes and knocking. Finally decided to take it to Infiniti of Memphis and pay for a diagnostic out of pocket. WHAT A SHOCK! Turns out this vehicle needs a new engine and on 2/17/23, just 2 weeks before I purchased it, it was noted in the internal Infiniti docs that the Infiniti of Cool Springs also knew this vehicle needed a new engine when PMP had it there for service because they are the ones that excluded it from an engine warranty. And none of it was reported to Carfax although PMP is quick to use them. Another feel good scam! But then Tim Perkins and his band of thieves covered it all up or at the very least ignored that information and sold me the vehicle anyway. So after providing PMP these damaging docs they decided on 12/22/23 to tow my vehicle and put in a used engine. 6 weeks later and without a loaner vehicle the team of service misfits at PMP supposedly installed a 2019 engine/block into my 2018 vehicle. The problem with that as you might imagine is that many of the brackets don t completely line up making the engine compartment look as though Helen Keller completed the work. This is the best part, PMP will not warranty the work they just completed although if I want to spend $2,000 on an extended warranty they will be more than willing to sell it to me. I m just expected to take this pieced together vehicle back. Truly not what I purchased. Look no further you have found the KINGS of used vehicles and they can t wait to screw you too. Don t say you weren t warned!

I dealt with Stephen Diamond today at Perkins MotorPlex in Jackson, TN. I found the hunting truck I have been looking for (for weeks) this morning on their website. The truck was in Paducah, KY. I told him what vehicle I had to trade in and what my "out the door" price point was over the phone. The truck was delivered to Jackson, TN from Paducah, KY in a matter of hours. Got the deal done $2,000 below my price point within 45 minutes of me arriving at the dealership. 100% great experience for a vehicle trade/buy. Stephen will be my first phone call the next time I need a used vehicle. Top Notch Service!
