I had an emergency situation last year 2023 around October I believe. They worked me right in and got me taken care of! With me in another location. They were friendly, reasonably priced, and kept me informed on everything! One of the best repair shops I've dealt with. I highly recommend!

Friendly small town warmth that welcomes everyone with a knowledgeable base system and are very helpful in electrical and mechanical engineering aspects of their system of operations. So in lan man's terms. Take it once it's gonna run, and it only took once and my vehicle 10 years younger!

Had an emergency alternator repair for daughter who was headed to college..Macs got right on it & fixed that problem plus a few other little issues she had.. They did an awesome job!

Brought my truck in to get the AC serviced as it was blowing hot air. They did the dye test, but couldn't find the leak so they put freon in and told me that later on if it started to get warm to bring it in so then they could find the leak. Service was great, and so were the employees.

I had a warranty with carvana I have a 2014 Chrysler 300. The brakes were bad so I took it to Max. I took my car like three or four times and they didn't fix the brakes not one time my brakes are still squealing. I don't recommend anybody going there. If you can't fix breaks you don't need to be working on no car

Great place for any type of auto repair! Honest and straight-forward estimates and well done repairs. I have some elderly vehicles and Mac's keeps them running their best. Your car not working right is stressful. This was the most stress-free process I could have ever asked for! If you're like me and you have a new car and no idea why your check engine light is on, go to Mac's! I was going to call a few auto care businesses in town, but after talking to the incredibly professional and knowledgeable receptionist here, Connie, I knew I didn't need to call a second business. They know how to treat their customers, sometimes it may take them a little bit longer than you think to get the job done but I'm going to tell you once the job is done you will have your car back in perfect running order and they are people that you can trust they will not lie to you and tell you that you need this or that just to get your business they will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car and it's up to you to be patient with them which I suggest you do because a car or something you don't want to pull around that's your transportation so be patient and trust and believe that they will get the job done with accuracy and professionalism

Called and talked to a man about getting my front end aligned, it was around 2:00 on a Friday, he told me to come in at 3:30. I arrived at 3:25 and went inside and informed the lady behind the counter about my previous conversation and my 3:30 appointment. She then informed me it s first come, first serve and there was one on the rack and another waiting. She said I could hang around for a bit and they might could get to it. If that s the case, then why was I told a certain time to be there?

These guys go out of their way for the customer. My old Grand Cherokee had a failing drive shaft. They got online and researched the best fix...which was to rebuild the driveshaft instead of replace it. They saved me hundreds by doing this. Most shops would have just ordered a complete new driveshaft which was $$$ for a full time 4WD Jeep. The parts to rebuild it instead was much less. They also have a body shop in the back. After being pleased with the Jeep repair, we took my wife's wrecked Toyota RAV4 to them. The repair was done properly, all new parts were used, and the paint matched perfectly. I'll be back the next time one of my vehicles breaks...or is wrecked. They do stay pretty busy but its because the word is out that they do good work at reasonable prices. I'd rather have mine fixed right instead of quick!

Fantastic place. I'm a disabled vet on a budget. John allowed me to purchase and bring in Iridium NGK spark plugs which they installed. My dealership quoted me $650 and I could NOT dictate or bring in spark plugs I preferred. Mac's got my new spark plugs in and an oil change done for $350, almost half off what the dealer wanted. I drove to Kansas City & back from Jackson right after they were installed. My full tank gas range used to be 270 miles. Leaving Jackson with the new spark plugs in & filling up in Dyersburg with Shell V-Power NiTRO+ Premium Gas; my range increased to 330 miles, a 50 mile difference!!!! Every time I filled up, it registered a 330 mile range. I calculate after 6 1/2 more fill ups, the savings in gas will have paid for the spark plugs and their installation! Thanks Mac's!

Worst service ever, they break everything, leave out most of ur screws and lie ontop of everything! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BEWARE!!!! U WILL REGRET IT!!!!
