I absolutely love this shop! As someone who has been to a lot of different places over the years, I truly feel these guys are the best. They are friendly, transparent, honest, and efficient. All the things you want in a car service shop. I am so thankful my car ended up in their hands.

Quick oil change & lube. Reasonable price. Staff always courteous & professional. I highly recommend KB's. I have used them for all sorts of work. We went here on recommendation from others. We have a vehicle that needed work and uses a lot of miles and have been here multiple times and was willing to give them a chance, but sad to say that we won t be recommending them after spending thousands of dollars with them and a lot of our time. We spent a lot of money for tires that were supposedly very good quality and they only lasted a few months and are now needing to be replaced. We also had an air leak in one of the tires and took it to them to be fixed, only to have to come back not once but twice and find out that it hadn t been patched properly and leaked again. We ended up taking it to Mast tires and they fixed it right away. We also spent a lot of money to fix an oil leak that not only didn t get fixed they damaged something else and we had to take it to them to get it fixed. The vehicle still leaks oil. I am sorry, but if someone pays a lot of money to someone to do a service and they don t actually fix the issue and still charge alot of money for it that is dishonest. I am sure that some of their technicians are very good, but I certainly wouldn t trust this place again or give them my business.

10/10 recommend. They're busy but that's because they're the best in town! Friendly and helpful service. Quality work and attention to detail. Very reasonable prices and commitment to the customer. Not one to write reviews, but felt obligated to with the five star care and service this shop gave me. I was really in a bind with my truck needing servicing fairly quickly due to landing my first big landscaping job. They went above and beyond my expectations, and had me ready to go quickly. My son's car broke down in Jackson Tennessee on his way to Arizona where we live. I called Kevin and he didn't hesitate to help. I had no idea what was wrong. He took care of everything from dealing with warranty people to getting it fixed fast. He kept me in the loop the entire time. Super fast and friendly. Highly recommend!!!Service: Transmission

I have used KB s Auto several times, and they are wonderful. Their communication has been great. Their facilities are extremely nice and clean. Their rates are better than other shops. They are honest, courteous and very professional. Recently visited KB for an electrical issue I've been having. I informed them that it most likely could have been from a accident i had last year. Was told they couldn't find what was wrong after a diagnostic and said the car would have to malfunction again for them to fix anything. When i went to pick up the car it malfunctioned immediately so i showed them. After 4 hours they called me and told me they found the issue and fixed it. They did not call and tell me they found the issue and give an estimate before fixing it. Because they already fixed it without informing me, i was not able to allow my insurance company to look at it since it was in fact related to my accident from last year. Resulting in me having to pay out of pocket. KB charged me $100/hr, the technician that spent 4 maybe 5 hours at max in total claimed he spent 8 hours. Then after tax and an extra 3% charge they do for using your debit card. I had to pay $1000 out of pocket for something that my insurance could have paid in full, if Kb actually spent 2 minutes to call me before having the terrible idea of fixing it without letting me know anything. Will no longer be using KB due to their terrible business practices.Service: Electrical repair

I took my 99 Silverado in for a quote on a broken part of the water pump area. Had a quote from another shop to compare it to. Kevin was very nice and explained better what my problem really was and what he thought should be done. I came to find out that the other shop gave me a cheap estimate but it would have been an even cheaper job done. My truck had 118000 miles and he asked if I had ever had it serviced. I said no, it runs fine. He told me it should have been serviced a lot sooner. My wife said you mean you have never given it a tune up!? No, it was running fine to me. He gave me a quote on both items and we got both done. The truck was ready sooner than they expected, good thing, total bill was lower than the quote, great thing, and now my wife and I are not scared to drive to the farm in Arkansas. Kevin fixed more than he knew he did and the truck does run much better. Thanks a lot KB.Will not be the last thing I do there either. My Mazda needs some care. Always professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Shop kept impeccably clean. They ve taken great care of my 99 infinity QX40. I only wish they had more mechanics so my Q could get in to be serviced more quickly.

I had just gotten back my KIA Optima (replaced engine recall) and the dealership in Memphis gave me a list of other things wrong with it that they could fix. Told them I d have someone local look at it.Took it to KB s because of their stellar reputation. They only found one minor issue and said everything else looked good. I was out the door for $60 instead of the hundreds the dealership was planning on charging.I will continue to use KB s for my family s car maintenance needs. I believe they re the best around.

Had some issues with my car and no one wanted to just check it without charging me $500-600. Called here and asked for a tuneup quote. He said $385 which was cheaper than others. But he told me he will look at it and if that's what I need then that's the price. Nice facility. Clean even tho they was renovating due to tornado. Dropped the car off and went for breakfast and shopping. He called me and told me the issues which wasn't a tuneup, cracked spark plug, air conditioner/heater needed fixing and something else The total was under $250. Very honest people. This was my first mechanic since I left NYC and I will keep coming to him. Thank you! Car runs great now!

If you ve experienced your vehicle stopping in the middle of the road without notice 2 hours from home, then you know the panic and anxiety my incident caused. KB, alleviated all of my anxiety! My vehicle was fixed in less than 48 hours, communicated effectively, empathized with me in what would ve been one of my worst experiences to start the year and they were affordable! I've known the Bankstons for about 3 years professionally before having to have my car worked on. They diagnosed my vehicle's problem accurately and fixed it the same day (and I had left it for them unannounced). They were very reasonable on their charges. Well they were the only shop out of about 10 to do the work, after about 10 other places I had called, I had just to Trenton a few months ago from Detroit. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and fast. Oh by the way my oil light used to steady come on not anymore, Thanks a lot , my SUV drives better like when I first bought it. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic work. They always check on me after having work done. Wouldnt take my truck anywhere else. If you have car trouble. Take it to them. I set up an appointment to have Lights on my Vintage Truck changed to Halogen Lights and to fix a Leak in my Cooling System. BTW my Head Lights were not working when I brought it in.It didn t take Long and they called to say my truck was ready for pickup.All I can say is K&B does an excellent service by doing what is needed in a Quick, satisfactorily, professional, and Friendly Manner. Had a bad cv axle on our old Nissan Rogue and after they got it on rack, found out both were bad. Worked with me on replacing both at a very reasonable rate and done in a fast time. Very professional and super nice and courteous. I never call anyone else for a quote cause I know KB's won't be beat. The team at KB s Auto Service Center are wonderful folks. They have a clean and comfortable lobby, the staff is friendly and communicative and Tucker is the best greeter in the business. I went in for an oil change without an appointment, and despite having four others in front of me, I waited less than an hour. And the price...less than most quick change places and certainly less than the dealership. There s no better place in Jackson to take your vehicle for service than KB s Auto Service Center.Service: Oil change
