I have a 2012 Dodge Charger that started having issues with shifting up and shifting down. I took it to three different locations and all three told me a different story about the transmission and said a needed a new one with a cost of over $8000.00. Being a single woman and not knowing a thing about vehicles and decided to talk to my neighbor about it and see what my options might be. He suggested I take it to Jim Clement and see what his thoughts were. My neighbor said he was the best and I could trust him the be truthful with me. I drove it in today 2/16/2024. Mr. Jim was most helpful and explained in detail what was going on. I didn t need a new or rebuilt transmission all I needed was a factory reset! What a relief it was to hear this news. I was in and out in 30 minutes and price was fair! Drives like a dream! So thankful I was recommended to Mr. Jim! Hope this review helps others to reach out to Jim Clement Automatic Transmission before dropping a lot of money on a transmission they don t need! Forever grateful!

2016 GMC Sierra Denali 8L90 Rebuild. Mr. Clements team done an amazing job rebuilding my trans. He told me upfront the cost of the rebuild and time frame it would take. He and his crew are great at what they do! So far I have been driving almost two months before posting this review. The truck has never been so good since I owned it. My trans shifts flawlessly now! Mr. Jim was so very helpful to my friend and I. We are from out of town and had some car problems on the side of the highway LUCKILY right down from his shop. Another man I had called got the scoop on what happened to us with our vehicle and wasnt able to help us out so gave us Mr.Jims number for his help. He immediately walked us threw what we had going on and said we would make it to his shop. So we immediately went straight there. We pull up and he helps us in every way possible! It was the very end of the day and he helped a couple strangers from out of state passing threw! What an awesome man and I am thankful for the kindness! Thanks Jim!

Very excellent service from Mr. Clemet and his crew! I trusted them with my restored 87 GMC 4x4 Squarebody to rebuild its sickly transmission. They discovered that some knucklehead had put in an 82' trans years ago and Clemet was able to source me the correct trans and beef it up some for towing and now it shifts better than it ever has in almost 20 years of ownership!! Jim is VERY amazing.... I was on an out-of town trip and my u-joint went out while drive down the highway ( I had just left Jackson, TN). He was there in no time to pick me, my son and my car up and he even went the extra-mile to make sure there was a repair shop open in town for me to go too!!!!Thank you so much Jim for your caring attitude and help in a very stressful situation.Enjoy dinner!!!!

Beware! He uses old used transmission parts and charges you double what the new parts cost when rebuilding your transmission. I got my transmission rebuilt there in December 2016. Example: $500 dollars charged on my invoice labeled Solenoid is on my bill which a quick google search shows that's double the price of a brand new solenoid pack for my transmission. Now it's a little over a year later and the solenoid is going bad. Beware! Beware!

They rebuilt my transmission in my 2017 Gmc yukon great job no issues. they also do towing for our business I highly recommend them .

Honesty, Modesty,Integrity ...I was having trouble with my Dodge truck. I called Clements and I explained the problem to Jim. He told me to bring the truck to the shop. I went right away. He drove it. and told me it was electrical problem and not the transmission. Than he pop the hood and showed me the potential problem. He told me to insulate the wiring. I came home and did that. Now, no problems with the truck. Thank You Jim Clement. And be sure I will be bringing my transmission troubles to you and recommend all my friends and family to you also. I am so glad I found a real human being.

They tow a car $175.00 plus $35.00 a day storage fee. And if you need it jumped off , $10.00 extra. And you cannot drive your car/or truck back onto their yard to boost it. They will allow you to bring a start box. $$$$$place.
