Matt and the guys at JC Audio really hooked me up. They listened to what I was wanting in a system for my bike and recommended a system that would accomplish what I wanted. They did not try and push me into a bigger sale, they simply wanted me to be happy with what I was getting. They even helped me to think ahead of what I might need in the future and made preparations for it on this install. Now I can hear my music with clarity and so can others. Very courteous and professional, I highly recommend JC Audio!

I spoke with Matt at JC Audio asking about upgrading the system in my 2021 Ford Explorer. I ve always loved Rockford Fosgate, but Matt suggested a Hertz Audio system. He let me hear the component speakers that he recommended for the front doors and the coaxial 2 ways for the rear doors and the audio clarity was amazing. I decided to trust his recommendation and had them install Hertz 6" Component 2 ways, Hertz Cento 6.5" Coaxial s, Hertz Mille Power 5 Ch Amplifier, and they built a custom box to house the Hertz Mille Pro Shallow 10" 2 OHM sub.I was blown away with how good everything sounds when I picked my Explorer up! Matt did an amazing job making sure I got what I was looking for.

Matt and his team went above and beyond installing my new audio system in my truck! When I thought there was an issue he asked me to bring it back and showed me that in fact there wasn t a problem and how to stop it from happening free of charge! Very experienced and knowledgeable group of guys. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any car audio or accessories!

Edit!Color me surprised when Matt called me today. After 1 year of having my head unit installed, just to see if I was still enjoying it and to see if I had any questions or issues. That's pretty awesome! Told Matt I'll be back to have my other vehicle worked on by them as it needs a new head unit now. A+ business and customer service for sure.Matt was great! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. LOVE that he gave me several different price options and items to choose from, rather than try to sell me the most expensive package. Put my deposit down today, cannot wait for my install!Update. Look at that beauty! And they fixed the hack job the other Audio place did. Extra USB, properly placed mic. Sounds EPIC! Will be back for sure.

Matt and his team did a great job with a new stereo and speakers in my truck. Went in one day told me come back 2 days later everything was hooked up. Went from no sound to replacing all my door speakers to sounding great in 2 hours at a reasonable price. I Highly suggest them. Thank you guys!

I called and spoke so these guys about an after-market radio install that I wantes. They informed me ,My Nissian Armada is one of the few vehicles out there where there is no options for an aftermarket stereo. There is no wiring harness or Dash kits sold for this vehicle.However they provided above and beyond support. Even reflected and sympathized with me, over my issue with stock Nissian radio playedout. He offered alternative options. This call happened at the very end of the business day on a Friday afternoon.I did not do business with them today but they've earned my respect and support for the future. Keep up the good work JC Audio.

My car install was a quick and professional looking. It looked like my radio and setup came direct from the factory and they were able to maintain all my steering wheel settings and USB ports. They also do follow-up checks to see how everything is going. I highly recommend.

The guys at are great and very knowledgeable regarding car electronics. They installed a new remote system on my truck. They fixed my rear view camera and diagnosed the problem where others I thought were just guessing. They diagnosed the problem with my hyper flashing turn signal and headlight out also. I m glad to choose J C Audio over the dealer. Prices are fair and most likely lower cost than dealer and honest work with electrical accredited noted on website. They help me with 3 issues I wanted fixed and upgraded on my Chevy Silverado. I will be back with more upgrades in the future. Super impressive store and shop.

JC Audio is by far lightyears ahead of their competitors. I have worked in retail my entire life and the customer service and the expertise that you receive from start to finish with JC Audio is unmatched not only in our area but worldwide. They truly care if you are satisfied before you leave their store. I can t say enough good things about Jeff and Matt. If you need anything for your vehicle you need to check them out. I m positive they do a-lot more than I even know about but I can tell you my experience was absolutely perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again Jeff and Matt for taking care of my vehicles and doing more than you had to do just to ensure my satisfaction.

Knowing Jeff, since we were teenagers, he has always been a service-minded person. Some 35 years later, this mindset has not changed. Recently, I purchased a remote start for my wife for Christmas that JC Audio sold me and installed. Couldn't have chosen a better company or people to work with! I'd recommend Jackson Car Audio for all your needs!

Could I install/upgrade my own car radio? Sure I could.But these guys can do it and make it look good and sound in a FRACTION of the time that it would take me.No wobbly interface like I had done it in a shop with my buddy. No having to sift thru paperwork or online to figure out how to connect stuff, how to set it up and use it. After it was put in they even set the time and program local stations on it for you. And they will connect your phone via BT while you watch and learn how to use the new radio/bt/cd/aux Kenwood.Unless you're a car audio installer by nature, it is well worth the time and money to let a professional handle that job.Very good communicators with their clients as I sat in the waiting room and could hear Matt talking with customers.Jeff will even answer a message on Easter morning lol.Can't say enough good about this place.

Install of new radio into my Jeep. Matt was great to work with, helped me find just the right radio, set up the install to my convenience, and were efficient even with that. Plan to go back for more toys to add on.

This team has taken care of me for over twenty years. Every encounter has been professional, informative, and quality of work, exceptional. I have had radio installs, radar detectors, truck bed cover, just to name a few of my purchase and installation.I once asked them to stretch their thought process and help me get more bass with my stock radio system. They came through by adding a couple of pieces of equipment that i don t understand and can t adequately describe, but it was absolutely what i wanted.J. C.
