I went in for an alignment on my truck and it didn't line up but he did everything he could to solve the problem. Finally figured out the alignment equipment needed calibrating. He gave me my money back as I live 75 miles from there. I will definitely go back

Called up there this morning but didn't make it far the lady that answered the phone was rude had an attitude very disturbed I'll take my business elsewhere

I hit a construction pothole and immediately had a blow out on two tires. Long story short, Matt made sure to get me taken care of in about ten minutes. He has won my business! Thanks for the great service! Ohhh!!! I forgot to add the other best part... The price! I did a comparison before the wrecker arrived and Hub City was 50 % CHEAPER than a local nationally branded retailer!!! Hub City did not solicit this review and I have no affirmation with them whatsoever. My 50 phone calls was my only interaction, my husband dealt with in person.

Shane at Hub City went way out of his way today to help my family get a tire replaced on my sons car while I was out of town! I can t thank him and his team enough for customer service that was outside of anything I ever could have expected! They are the best!

They tried to charge me $20 for an oil disposal fee because they noticed I was paying with a work credit card. Very shady. They also lied to me about the wait time, I guess to try to scare me off. They told me 'we wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple of hours." I told them I was fine waiting, and it was done in 40 minutes.

This is the only place I trust with my car a work with you it doesn't take them a long time to do and if it does in emergency situations that we even drop you off at home and pick you up when your car is done

Had problems finding someone to perform a front end alignment on my Ram 3500 dually, either places could not do it because of the duals or it was first come basis and when I got their they were booked up. Hub city not only did dually's but also did appointments!

Friendly and helpful service. Quick and correct repairs extremely fair pricing. If I don't do my work myself they are the only ones in town I use.

It is no surprise that these guys have a 5 star rating. I went in to get a wheel alignment after getting 4 new tires put on somewhere else. They checked the alignment and it didnt need to be adjusted. (I always get a front end alignement after new tires). They didnt even charge me for checking it. Honesty and integrity is a rare commodity these days. Most places would have "adjusted" it and charged me for the alignment. The point is: Hub City Tire proved to me that its place you can trust. I will be back and I will send anyone I know there.

If you need tires I would highly recommend getting them at Hub City Tire. I have a 1986 Chevy K10 4x4 and could not keep my tires from wearing out. Talked with the salesman and told him about it. I wanted the same tires I had on it before and he priced them and ordered them at a lot better price than I found them anywhere including Wal-Mart. Nicky Thompson BAJA CLAWS . I called MT before this and told them about the wearing of the tires and the rep I talked with told me it was air pressure or shocks or front end not being aligned correctly. I checked air pressure on a regular basis so that wasn't a issue. The front end was rebuilt to factory specs and that wasn't an issue. New shocks so no issue there. So I told salesman at Hub City to line it up. Went back when they called me to come and get it. They told me it was put out of line but it was good now. I am so glad I went with these folks. This chevy truck drives better than ever and it is like new. I will never go anywhere else to get tires or front end work done. I even sent my Daughter the next day to get her front end lined up. And see was amazed at how her car was driving now and made her feel happy. It was $59.00 and worth lots more to me. Folks you owe it to your self to have this done at Hub City Tire Co. $59.00 and a set of tires on your ride can buy you happiness at this tire place!!! Thanks to the whole STAFF for making me and my chevy happy again. One more thing I am also getting a little better gas mileage also and the tires are wearing very little if any at all and it even rolls better going down the road straight as an arrow even while stopping real fast. Go to Hub City Tire and get your HAPPY put on!!!

I had a brand new tire that had been hit in the side. They put a tube in it and balanced it. A bit a wait but good service.
