I had the best experience today at the Jackson TN location today. I had a flat tire on the interstate and just pulled into the Goodyear without an appointment. The manager was incredibly pleasant and helpful as well as the technician who replaced the tire. Is was the best service I've received at any business this year.

Can't say enough good things about this business. My family broke down stranded here in Tennessee and good year wejt above and beyond for us. They treated us like family. Place of business is welcoming and our truck came out as if it was brand new. The manager is on point and amazing costumer service. Thank you again

Kevin& Jamie took great care of me came in last minute like an hour before they closed and they took care of me. No problems. They was awesome. We ll be coming back from now on to get my oil changes

I drive a 2012 Prius C hatchback. The tires on it were wearing out and frankly I was fearful of driving long distances and wet roads on them. With bad weather predicted in the upcoming weeks, I decided to make the purchase of new tires NOW.So on Wednesday afternoon, I called Goodyear and spoke with Jamie. I secured the size data from the current tires, provided it to him and he placed the order. 24 hours later, I was the proud owner of a new set of Goodyear all weather Assurance tires. Bring on the rain, snow and sleet!Jamie Bing is the Store Manager as it turns out. He knows his merchandise and has the skill to put the customer's mind at ease with the right Goodyear product. Very personable. Total time in and out......55 minutes. Cost? Not as bad as I expected!As long as I live in Jackson, I am a Goodyear customer.

We got a flat on US40. We had Bob Parkers tow service tow us to this Goodyear Store on Highland. The manager fit us in between other vehicles. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. They got us back on the road with our two big labs within about an hour. Thanks for the superb customer service. We appreciate and highly recommend you!

We were on the way back home from Tennessee to go to florida. Along the way we had a problem with our water pump leaking antifreeze. We went to Goodyear and they got us back on the road in a couple hours when anywhere else would ve had it done the next day. They really put themselves in our shoes and gave us the best care we could ask for. If yall ever have a problem we recommend taking it to this Goodyear.

Definitely will not use these con artists again. They will tear up your vehicle while overcharging you.Last time I'm using a Goodyear store & I've been using them for 40 years!

Firstly, everyone had excellent customer service especially Denise. She was clear and knowledgeable about the service being performed on my car! I needed an alternator and wheel bearing on my SUV, and Tim and his team got me squared away within 24hrs! It was the most pleasant experience I've had at any auto service! I'll definitely be returning for all my service needs!!

My wife gets off work and while driving notices the front right tire is losing air. She stops and notices a gash in the tire. She slowly drives it to this place and is told by the staff that they can't help and they are closing early because it is slow. My wife was sent away with a bad tire still on the car with no regard to her well being. We will never do business with them again and I advise others to steer clear of them also. Go to a place that will take care of your family. She found help at Texas Tire.

We literally blew a tire on I-40. Did Google search and found these guys. They didn t have the tire we needed but they did help us find another dealer that carried the tire we needed. So in my book they are a 5 star service. Thanks guys you were a blessing.

My husband and I were traveling with our grandson when we had an issue with our brake line. We called and spoke with Tim Davis and he was more than willing to help us. We drove over to the shop and they were all super friendly and extremely helpful. They turned what could have been a catastrophic event in to a bearable one. I can not give them enough starts to cover what they did and how they treated us. 25+ stars for them!!

Tim Davis has amazing customer service! We were driving from Memphis to Nashville and I noticed my tire was losing air fast. I found this place and I was so grateful. He had our tire fixed in less than 30 minutes and we were on the road again! They were honest, friendly, and trustworthy! Will definitely do business again with him and highly recommend this branch.

Went in with car troubles. After a total of 4 visits receiving new ignition coils, new spark plugs, a new battery, and a fuel system cleaning, my car still isn t running. Over $1000 down the drain. This sucks!

I could not have had a better experience here! I noticed my tire was losing air and pulled in here to see if they could fix it. Everyone was so kind and they got me in in a timely manner. They fixed my tire and didn t charge me a penny! Will definitely be giving these guys my business going forward 10/10 recommend!

My car broke down while traveling home across 7 states. I was panicking until Timothy Davis said he could fit me in and get me back on the road. It took less than 2 hours, I was so relieved I could have hugged Timothy! Amazing customer service!

Got another oil change. It had been about 5,000 mi since they did it last I got the "Best" which is synthetic oil. Sign up for promo emails and get discounts ($20 off this time). I can't say enough good stuff about this place. I got tires there a couple yrs ago and still get free tire rotation. They always do a good job! Tim, Rick, and now Denise at the front desk are very friendly and not only provide excellent service but also lively conversations.

My wife and daughters started a trip from Memphis to Richmond, VA. About 40 minutes into the trip our tire warning light came on in our Subaru. We immediately googled Goodyear and the closest one was in Jackson. I pulled in to Jackson Goodyear and was greeted by Rick and Tim. I asked if there was a possibility of taking a walk in. Absolutely said Rick. He checked the schedule and confirmed that they could see. On review, Rick should me the problem along with mechanic Frankie. There were two tires with nails and a third with a plug that might have issues. I was so relieved that the Goodyear professionals could show me the problem, provide a solution, and complete everything in an hour from hello to thank you . Stellar service and communication with a client.My family watched a cooking show in the waiting area. Rick and Tim provided more detail to me on Goodyear s warranty and policies.Frankie pulled the car around, I paid for three tires, and expressed my gratitude to the Goodyear for their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for a client.Great job to Goodyear for selecting these individuals to represent your company and the highest standards of service. We are very grateful for this positive experience with Goodyear. Thank you Rick, Tim, and Frankie.

Made an appointment and ordered tires online. When I got to the store for my appointment, Tim Davis said there was a mix up and no one ever said who the tires were for so they put it on another car. He apologized, ordered the tires on the spot, and set me up with another appointment. The day of the alternate appointment, Tim was there again and got me set up. All four tires were installed in less than an hour! This guy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks Tim!

Wish I could have gave them a zero star like they deserve. Carries my truck to get new tires mounted and balanced and a frontend Alignment. They called me and said that they could not do the frontend Alignment due to me having bad tie rods and ball joints, that they would need to fix that first and was told that it would cost $1477. I told them that I would just come get my truck. I carried to get second opinion and was told nothing was wrong with none of the stuff they talked about.I will never go back there and will tell ever one the same. SCAMMERS

Found a screw in tire and was out of town. They helped us fix the tire and got us back on the road fairly quickly. Luckily they were open on the 4th, but getting ready to close.

We were passing through Jackson TN, while returning from a camping trip. Our truck began to overheat and I discovered that a hose fitting had broken. It was very hot that day and we had our seven year old grandson with us. I called the Jackson Goodyear Store and Larry, the manager, quickly came with one of his techs to help us. They brought the needed parts and antifreeze and made the needed repairs on the spot.
