Well, my battery went dead at kroger and I called and the lady that answered was rude as can be. She then said it would be 45min. After 45 min I called back and she's still rude and she says it will be another 45 mins. I said should I call someone else, because I'm not waiting another 45mins. She said no, he's almost done then he will be right there. 10 mins later he was there. She was so very rude. You need better customer service!! Never calling them again. Oh, and $100 for a literally 5 second jump. He wasn't with me but 2 mins total. Rediculous.....

Took a tire there and got a $10 Valve stem replacement done. No complaints. It's not a flashy place but the work is top notch in my opinion.

During the snow, they were charging 125. 130 if paying with a card. I needed their service so I went on and got it knowing I would be fully reimbursed by my insurance. I just thought that was too high and with them knowing the situation, they were getting over. Would not have seemed their services if I weren t in dire need. Had I not been in such a need, I most DEFINITELY would have not gone with them!!

These guys had me in and out in about 20mins. Replaced 4 tires on my truck , very professional staff, friendly and fair on prices. Anytime i need a tow or tire replaced ill forsure call these fellas first. Thanks everyone at Genes Wrecker !

Gene's has been around for many years, and they have always been ready to help and even go that extra bit if needed. (J-town roads are the worst, but thank goodness they are working on them.) 4:45 dwn town had flat, called Gene's, (closes at 5) " we will wait if you can get here. Ever been in 5 o'clock dwn town traffic in j-town(my pet name for Jackson, born/raised) and needing to go 15miles north. Yea desperation set in but called half way to let them know still on the way. Yes 2mins till 5pm and yes they were there and repaired the tire. I have purchased 6 tires in 3 years since I returned to j-town. Thank you Gene's for always being there when needed.

My husband broke down in Jackson, TN (we are from Texas). Tow truck driver was extremely friendly and very helpful and so was the owner. Middle of a storm and I called to have a tire changed. Had to have them to me. Took less than 30 min and the guy who came was GREAT. I was STRESSED and he made me feel better BECOME of his GREAT attitude. If I'm ever in Jackson again and need a tow or tires I will be back.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

I love their tires. Even though they are used tires. Their prices are very good plus they install them. The installation is included. Plus they have my size not like the other used tires businesses.

Yesterday(Friday) my cousins were in an accident when a car hit them in the rear on the bypass. The car was towed to Gene's. Today my cousin realized her key to their only car left was missing. She thinks it fell from her purse in the accident. Gene's refused to allow access to their vehicle until Monday.

We were treated so well by the staff, everyone is so nice and hardworking!! I called and got a used tire for less than $40 in a day!
