The staff is always first class there and they offer top notch products with even better service. I do a lot of business with them and will continue to do so for many years to come. They are one of the lifelines for my construction company.

I bought tires where I live in Corsicana Texas last September and in 1 year I've ended up having to replace them because they were dry rotted. That's where this store came in and saved the day. We were returning home from Columbia TN and could NOT find a place that could get us in for anywhere from 2-4 hours. We found 1 place that wanted to sell a whole set but would sell us 1 tire for 260.00. We drove from Columbia to Jackson and again Walmart had a back log of over 3 hours and a nice older man suggested Gateway right up the road. When we pulled up they were busy but we were greeted by a young man who was very kind, respectful and so helpful. After he looked at my tires he was concerned about us driving another 500 miles home on them but was happy to help us find a single tire for the worst looking 1. Once they had my tires off and looked at them closer the Mgr told me again they were kind of scary looking and asked if he could price me the rest of the tires. I said sure! So he ended up getting me in a pair for less than the amount the other place priced for a single tire! Both the young man and the manager were incredibly helpful, kind and respectful! Highly recommended this place!

Took my truck in for alignment they wouldn't do one because I installed my own tie rods. Only done toe job. I guess they didn't like the fact that they didn't do it so they can charge me hundreds of dollars. Truck still pulling to the left. They have new faces there and they don't seem too friendly. They should have kept the previous employees there they were more friendly and professional everyone is new there I won't go there again. The mechanic who done the work was rude

Waiting for a whole week for alignment, mechanics are so lazy all they do is walk around the shop with out doing nothing the wrost mechanics ever 2 hours for a brake job and when it was my turn I was told that my car need new tie rods I took my car somewhere else .. the alignment was done perfectly and my car runs great gateway tire need to replace all those lazy and racist mechanics..the lady s in front desk were very nice tho . No complaints with them ..

Kind, delightful, friendly atmosphere. I took my car in to get the tire repaired. They weren t able to help me because I needed a new tire. They gave me a price and I told them I had one at home and I would bring it back Monday to have it put on. They apologized several times that they couldn t help me today but since the tire needed replaced, they just wanted me to be safe. THAT, friends, is customer service. Not to mention, their lobby was clean, everyone was so friendly, and they had originally told me it would be an hour and they got me in within 15 min. I have found my new tire place.

My front tire felt "shaky", a previous incident with the front tire on the interstate had me feeling anxious. I was about to take a 2.5 hour drive on the interstate to visit family with my baby. The manager Robert was so kind, I explained the details of what happened before & the work done to correct it at another location. Robert and the tech did a complete check of not only the previous work but absolutely everything on the front end of my vehicle, then drove it. I thanked them for their time and work. Robert told me there was nothing more important than keeping your little one safe and if I ever felt like something was wrong to bring the car in immediately, always better to play it safe. These are great people, they are kind and they do great work. Bring your vehicles here!

Business is slow, technician for oil change couldn't service my vehicle at 2pm was told to come back tomorrow at 7:30 first come first served, Walmart took care of me...oil change and air filter done, less than 1 hour. Sorry gateway "first come, first served

I somehow accidentally left a 3 star review. This gateway was excellent as is the one I deal with in Columbia. Do all my stuff, tires, oil changes etc. at Gateway. Here and there.

Traveling through from Nashville to Dallas I noticed I had a worn tire. I looked at the ratings of Jackson area tire stores on Google, and found Gateway. Even though they were short staffed by more than 50% of their technicians, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended, and super friendly and genuinely good people.

Nice local business.Staff and mechanics here won't trick you into "deals" or suggest unnecessary service. I was there to check on my tires. The staff told me there was a fee to do the check. The wait was about 15-20min, which is fine. There was also a test drive. The mechanic explained what was going on and recommendations. We couldn't do it at that time, so we refused the offer. Staff then told us there was no charge. That's very nice of them. I will definitely comeback.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! The manager and staff always go above and beyond for their customers. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to do business with. This is the only place I will take my car too..I am one satisfied customer!

My first time getting an oil change here. They told me it would be approximately an hour and a half wait which is understandable with it being on Saturday. Also, it saved me around $40 since the dealership wanted to charge me $85 for an oil change. Thanks for the great service and hope my experience on my next visit is just as positive.

I have a great relationship with the people who work here. After coming for 5 years, we have mechanics that feel like friends and people at the desk who know us. They don't charge for flat repairs which is a huge blessing and they are always fast, honest, and affordable.I've never had any problems with them or any concerns that I was being cheated or tricked into trying to make unnecessary repairs (and trust me, I am paranoid about being taken advantage of because of being a woman and not being as knowledgeable about car needs!)They are great and it's always nice to come by and see such friendly faces (and be remembered!)

For an oil change I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes, I asked them to reset the tire sensors but the oil change itself too way to long. I could have done it in 30 minutes at the house if it was my truck but it was my work truck. The service people are slow and don't care for your time. Would I recommend you bring your vehicle here? Absolutely not.

We were surprised with a slow leak in a tire only to discover we had a nail in our tire. We were traveling through TN about 20 miles from Jackson. I checked for a tire place with good reviews and found Gateway. Thank goodness we made it! It was a nice shop with a friendly, hard-working staff. They got us back on the road and I can highly recommend them!

We've been going here for almost 8 years and we've never had a problem. They've watched our family grow up and they've been extremely kind and shown much hospitality to us. 10/10

I got in the moment they opened their shop. The job was as simple as it can be: oil change. They took 3 hours just to do that. They always say first come first serve, but the people who came after me got done before me. I m not trying to be a Karen, but I just don t get it. The people at the table are super nonchalant and inactive. Definitely not welcoming. I get that it s still early in the morning, but seriously?

So I tried several different places in Jackson before I tried Gateway. You might think that Wallyworld might be the obvious choice! Well you would be wrong. Wallyworld was actually pleased when I walked away at 9:00 AM because they had no technicians!Enter Gateway tire!FriendlyCourteousTimelyAffordableProfessional

We arrived with a screw in our front tire 15 mins before closing time. They cheerfully repaired it within about 10 minutes. Even at this late hour. We are from out of state, but they gave us the "hometown" treatment. We highly recommend this business. In addition they gave us directions to a great barbecue buffet! Thanks Gateway!

Thanks to John Puckett and his staff I was able to enjoy my Labor Day holiday vacation. While traveling my belts broke and had to be replaced. The staff went beyond the call of duty to locate the belts and repair my vehicle. I am forever grateful and will always remember the excellent service I received!

My sister had her vehicle worked on for service work. She left her contact information. When she returned to pick up her vehicle they were closed with her vehicle locked up on the inside. It was a Saturday so she did not have means for transportation all weekend. She tried calling but no one answered. This was very unprofessional, in addition she has been a customer for a season and once the management changed hands the service has went downhill. My sister ans I both would never recommend going to Gateway for anything. I m sorry but they are a joke now.

We were traveling from out of town and awoke to a low tire in the hotel parking lot. Saw Gateway as we drove out looking for help on a cold and rainy day. We were ushered into a bay quickly. I had to ask the tech to look for the reason that the tire was low, but once I did, he was quick to find the problem, ask if I wanted it repaired, and fix the tire. The staff inside were so very courteous. It would have been easy for a less ethical establishment to charge us heavily for a repair, or even try to convince us that the tire was irreparable. Instead, they fixed the tire quickly and sent us on our way. The staff was friendly, professional, and did the right thing...fast! We were back on the road quickly. Thanks for being an outstanding business!

I was driving across the country and had low tire pressure because of inclement weather. The team was so nice and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! If I was a Jackson local, I would use them for all my tire needs.

I can t say enough great things about Gateway!!! We were traveling from Dallas to Murfreesboro with our 3 children for Christmas and a hose blew on our radiator. We called the only place that was open and Robert told us to bring it in and he would squeeze us in immediately. As soon as we pulled up Charles came to check our vehicle out. He knew exactly what the issue was and their team went to work. Tanner and Robert called NUMEROUS places to find the part that was needed and finally found one! Tanner and Charles fixed our car very quickly and got us back on the road! Gateway has amazing customer service, which is truly hard to find. They were fast, knowledgeable, and honest! They went above and beyond for us! We were in and out within a little over an hour and were extremely fair on the pricing! Robert, Charles, and Tanner have no idea how much we truly appreciate them and their work!

I've been coming here , periodically, for about 10 years . I've gotten tires , had repairs , and AC service , all more than once. I drive past several similar places , closer to home , because I've had outstanding service here . Reccomend by a friend, years ago , who had a problem resolved quickly and competently here. I can't say that any of a number of places are not capable of doing the work, but I can say these guys do it right , for a good price , in a reasonable time. If you're looking for a place that offers that, here it is.

I had a screw in my tire. Got there at 15 min to closing time. Super nice guy said no problem, we will fix it. Came back and gave me my keys. I said how much, he said no charge! This is service like it used to be. Service like it should be. Service that is rare. I will be back.
