Best car repair shop around!We have a military bank and our insurance is through USAA, this is the only shop in a 5 hour radius of us that will accept our insurance!!They had our car fixed from a horrible accident in just short of 3 months!We appreciate you all, huge shoutout to JD!!! Highly do not recommend these guys .my completion date has changed 4 times. They tell me it will be done by a certain time and date and nothing happens. Rather fix it myself in the same amount of time they ve had my car

This location/business "service king has changed names the new name is Crash champions. The same people are working there, my family has done a lot of business with this location, recently I was visiting in Illinois and I saw a service king collision center up there, they do good work with our vehicles.

Service King did an extremely great job repairing my car. They also did a phenomenal job communicating with me throughout the whole process. It looks like it came straight off the showroom floor. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. 10/10 stars. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you Service King for the great service. The front desk customer service was great. But when I went to pick up my car. I pointed out a few discrepancies with the repair. I was told they could get it sent back to the insurance but he would not be involved with any fraudulent insurance claims. I was really confused. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will never use another auto body repair shop. This is a five star place. They are very down to earth and update you every couple of days with progress reports via text. The work preformed was perfect. They also cleaned my truck before I picked it up. No body shop has ever done that. Hope I never need a body shop again lol but if I do I will most definitely use these cats!!!!! Thanks again

I had a good experience, my truck was ready a day ahead of my scheduled pickup, I was extremely happy about my repairs, it was just a little sanding dust on my dashboard, in which I easily wiped out with a armor all wipe, but I hope I don't need them again, if so, I would use their services againServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Used to like going here for repairs but this last time I got burnt. Charged my insurance for a headlight bracket and they never even replaced it causing my fender to keep popping out. Told me in July they had a bracket and new headlight ordered and it has been on back order, and I get told the back order story every time I call. I just don't see that being the case at all seriously 9 months lol doubt that. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Service King is very professional and incredibly quick! I've unfortunately had issues requiring body work to my car, three times over the years and I love this place. Great value, they have a partnership with Enterprise which makes the rental car thing really easy. I'm always extremely pleased with their work and it comes with lifetime guarantee. Steve and Jenny are the definition of customer service!!!! They were so nice so understanding especially the reason my truck had to be repaired . They kept me in contact every step of the way I ve been using this place for years even when it was auto body America they did one heck of a job my wife is very pleased the work Is flawless!!!!! It looks better than when we took it there !!! I was the general manager of RNR I sold and helped u guys find wheels and I love the service 3 vehicles damaged all 3 were taken care of I will highly recommend this place I wish Google allowed 100 starsServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The customer service was great, however the quality of the work wasn t the best. After my car being in the shop for over a month , which I understand isn t their fault because of shipping and availability of parts issues, I go to pick up my car and the paint didn t match, bumper hadn t been repaired and the hood still had a dent. Granted they did provide me with a rental and a promise my car would be fixed the next day, the point is how did professionals miss this in the first place? It makes me wonder what else they may have missed. I ve used Service King in the past at another location and have never had any problems from them, so I m not saying all Service King s quality isn t up to par. This has just been an aggravating endeavor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible inexperienced and dangerous. Repairs effected were actually worse than before they got the car and I ended up paying out of pocket for a real shop to fix their mess. Rear wheels were visibly cambered, from across the street, 30+ degrees of camber, rear wheels also were tied to the right, so rear bumper was on right side of lane while front drivers wheel was on left line of lane. Their incompetence put my whole family in danger and they NEVER just owned it. Kept trying to pass the buck instead of fixing it. Gave them a chance to fix it and they didn t do that either. They cost me having the car returned to its pre pot hole condition for my insurance and deductible. Get independent assessments and fix it yourself or somewhere that s HONEST.

Everyone i encountered was polite and courteous. The process went so smoothly and efficiently and I was in and out. I'll update after I receive my vehicle after repairs but I trust my car is in good hands!
