I had very good experience with car-Mart I went in with what I had and they worked with me I was going through a rough week without vehicle and they made sure I drove home with something nice customer service was great I appreciate everyone that help me get in my new Chevy Trax. Good day to all, my experience at Car-Mart has been one that I would place on a high value list as they were introducing their new system I was the first one to be inducted into that new system between Eric and Tamara they made this experience an enjoyable one. I've bought eight cars from them and they've showed me nothing but love while making the process as simple as possible. I would really recommend shopping with him just be honest with them and they will work with you and get you what you need I really thank them for treating me as a valued and repeated customer. Kudos to Car-Mart

The staff in sales was SO friendly. They have cars, trucks, and SUVs. I told the sales girl what I was looking for & how much money I had & we quickly found exactly what I was wanting. The GM came in & spoke with me personally instead of hiding in his office just making calls. The payment process could have gone a little smoother & those staff could have been a little friendlier, in MY opinion. Overall, good car shopping/buying experience. I will recommend to friends/family & look forward to continued business with Americas Car Mart of Jackson! HUGE HUGE shout out to my sales lady! Melissa Elliott

I ve been doing business with car mart for an about a year now, my car had quite a few issues for that year. They paid for the engine and trans to be replaced as part of the warranty, later on last year the engine failed again. I didn t know what I was gonna do. Tamara helped me get a nice upgrade with zero Monday down. She s extremely helpful. Funny and easy to work with I 1000% love car mart and will always go to them with my auto needs!

Megan was an amazing help to me. I couldn't ask for anyone to be more understanding. She went out of her way to assist me with my account. As a former Account Rep from Car-Mart it was a learning experience having knowledge from both sides of the spectrum.Eric and Tamara were Aaaaaahh-MAAAAA-zing thought the whole process. Also the blonde headed plant lady at the end of the building was the best, awesome closing! Props as well to Johnny for seeing us up with insurance!

I have been with Carmart for years and recently my motor went out. I had a hard time at first until God sent Eric!!! When I tell you stress beyond belief I prayed and I tell you I don t go into the office unless I have to seriously! My rep Kristy my angel said come in see what he can do . Not even 5mins I was in tears!!!! Long story short y'all rock and I can t leave out Tamarra is awesome ,she is genuine and her kindness and honesty over and beyond!!!! Thank you guys for everything!!! Go check them out!!! Blessed beyond measure!

Great Buying experience they helped us and got us in a car and had an issue with it and took it back and they took care of it to get us back on the road they will get my business and I m sure they ll get more people to come in they are awesome with the car buying experience if you need a car go to Car mart they are nice and very helpful and if you have an issue they will take care of it

I was very pleased with carmart my car was torn up by kids and Eric and the lady's was so very nice to me I didn't think I would have a car but they put me in a car of my choice and I went home so happy and I want to think carmart

Crooks, they don't stand behind what they say. I will never do business there again. I took my car in for service and it was towed to them. When I get it back, the car has damage in the front but know one knows who did what and to top that off the service contract says the pay 75$ on the tow bill if the repair is covered under the way over priced service contract and it was but I as a out the 75 dollars and Mr Prater stutters and acted like he was clueless and said "we can work with you on that" .........do what? The contract says it in black and white. I told him to keep that 75 bucks and guess what. He did cause I still haven't seen it. I wonder how many other people they do this way. You would think they make enough on the cars they mark up 300% and wouldn't have to do that

After dealing with other car lots buying broken down vehicles, that didn't last a year , I decided to see what car-mart had to offer.I was so impressed with ther'ye teams quick and friendly service. I got the truck of my dreams for a reasonable price . I'll never deal with anyone else.

Very clean place. Sales lady Tamara was very polite and attentive to my needs. I felt as if I was family when I sat down at the closing of the deal with the site manager. His energy explains why the ladies have good energy. Friday and Saturday the customers are fed. You Guys Rock..

My kia had a engine lock recall kia of jackson took forever like 4 months out , kia of Memphis was like they can take it tomorrow but I couldn't afford the tow, Eric Prater is having it towed tomorrow.

Honestly I could shed tears of joy right night. Thanks to Eric Prater from carmart in Jackson Tn. After( THE KIA BOYS) stole and vandalized my car Mr Eric with no problem helped! me get into a new vehicle with no hassles oh wow I was carrying around my 5-month-old baby girl I am so grateful for the Carmart in Jackson you guys are truly family
