Very pleased with the service I received from Robert (Mickey). He does excellent work and I will be back for any car repair needs. My car shut off while driving and we were unable to get it to crank back up. We had my car originally towed to Christian Brothers automotive but it had been there for several hours and no one even touched my car. I gave Robert w/ Buddy's Auto a call and he was very professional and also looked at my vehicle the same day. Not to mention, he very through and knowledge about cars and explaining to me my cars' issues. My car was back on the road/driveable within 48houra and the issues was simple that didn't require an expensive repair bill. Y'all, give Buddy's Auto a try. You won't be disappointed, I highly recommend Robert for any of your car repair needs

I appreciate his upfront standard pricing in line with other certified mechanics in the area. The work was done when he said it would be done. When unforseen issues arose that were no fault of his own, he fixed the problem at no extra labor cost which he did not have to do. And because of that, I am truly grateful Additionally, he kept me abreast with the entire process which included, but was not limited to, video footage, photos and text messages which was very reassuring. I would recommend Buddy's Auto to anyone.

Robert is the kindest Man. He noticed I had a flat and literally pulled me over at Malesus Park. He aired up my tire and offered to put my spare on to make it home. He did this while it was spitting snow, the wind was cutting through him just to make sure I was SAFE!!! He gained a new customer along with several in my Family Today for being such a wonderful person. Thank you Robert!!!!!

I try not to take my vehicle to a mechanic if I can keep from it. Last year, my Ford F-150 had some serious issues that were way above my pay grade. I couldn t diagnose the issue. Robert graciously diagnosed my issue and told me my options. My truck turned out to have several issues. Robert always asked before he made any changes or did additional repairs. He was open and honest throughout. When I got my bill, I felt like I cheated him rather than feeling cheated by a mechanic. My car has been running well for months. I greatly appreciate the quality of work and the fair prices. I couldn t recommend him more.

Robert saved me nearly $10,000 after mechanics at a larger, higher-profile national chain suggested that I needed a complete motor replacement in my son's pickup truck. I had the truck taken to Robert's shop, and after a quick inspection he suggested a $300 repair and I was back on the road. Integrity is hard to find in this business, where you are at the mercy of not only your mechanic's expertise, but also his sense of right and wrong. Too many shops are looking to take advantage of customers and just score a quick payday. Robert has the utmost integrity, communicates clearly, and cares very much for his customers. I enthusiastically recommend him!

A mechanic with integrity and incredible work ethic. He is the only person we trust with our Subaru, which many mechanics won't even work on. He is always transparent about every detail when fixing our issues. We have moved two hours away and still come back here to have our car worked on. We will continue to use his services for a long time and value his time spent on our vehicle.

I did a doordash here to Mr Robert and he was willing to help fix a major issue with my vehicle I put too much oil in it and I needed some took out before I mess up my transmission, I thank him so much. he was very knowledgeable and professional so if you need any help with your vehicle please stop by here!!!

I'd taken my truck to two different shops who'd charged me while not addressing my issue. I then took it to Buddy's Auto where I was shown how the issue had been misdiagnosed, and it was fixed at much less cost than others had charged. I'll definitely keep doing business here.

I got this auto shop recommended, I needed my oil drain plug replaced because it was no good, at Buddy's he took care of it right then and there, which it was great because I couldn't leave my vehicle. I would definitely 100% recommend Buddy's Auto.

Robert does great work here! He is polite, professional, and hard working. Replaced my serpentine belt and did a complete diagnostic check of my vehicle. It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic around Jackson but I will definitely do business at Buddy s Auto again! Mick was great. He s a straight up guy and treats you right. Called him up when me and my wife were stranded on the way to the beach, he saved my car and the trip. He also did a great job diagnosing the issue when we returned

Oh man where do I start!! No one wanted to take the job of putting a rear main seal on my 2002 Z71 4 by 4. I took it to buddy s he fixed it and he was reasonable! I would definitely give him a 10 rating!!!!!

The owner went above and beyond the call of duty in his service to me. My car gave out on me away from home and I had no way to get the keys to him for it to be towed or repaired. He came to my house and picked up the keys in order to service my family. I am so grateful to and for him. He was truly GOD sent!!! Thank you Robert!!!

Went In For A Oil Leak And He Took Good Care Of My Car.
