Horrible customer service! I ve done business with Ben many times before in the past. Took my car to him to fix an issue with the AC/heat. Upon dropping off the vehicle I gave him a description on what was going on and stated that he would have to diagnose it because I m no mechanic. He called a couple days later and stated what the issue was. Picked up the vehicle after paying $700+ but noticed that air was blowing out of all of the vents no matter the function I selected. Took it back and he stated that I fixed what you told me to fix . Most likely he was going to try and charge additional funds because he didn t check to see if everything was working properly before it was put back together. If you take your vehicle there it s best if it s something simple. Beyond disappointed with Ben and how he handled this. Do not take your vehicle to this place. Do not get fooled because his quote is less than a dealership or someone reputable. Bite the bullet and pay elsewhere. An honest individual would ve fixed the issue and you tell a customer that I fixed what you told me to fix . As a mechanic they are supposed to diagnose, call the customer and let them know what the problem is. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I was quoted over 900.00 to replace a back up camera. Ben took some time and found one online and installed it for less than 100 bucks.He is top notch and solid 5 stars for his business.

They are one of the most affordable and down to earth mechanics I've ever had. They really make sure you understand what's wrong and the best way to fix it. I only go to them for my auto needs now for over 4 years.

Amazing place! We came in with a van window that wasn't working. Ben got us right in. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. We left 15 minutes later with a working window. So impressed with how fast and friendly Ben and the other employees were. Fair price and quality service...what more could you want? Definitely recommend this place!

Ben did us a solid by swapping out a busted window regulator on the fly so we could continue on our road trip without a window falling down everytime we hit a bump. He had us pull right up and had us fixed in 15 minutes. I really appreciated his positive can do attitude and getting us fixed up even though he was swamped with other work. I would absolutely use these guys again if I ever had the need in Jackson TN.Service: Body & Trim

Jackson's best kept secret in auto repair. Ben Jessie and staff will go the extra mile to get you back on the road. Their labor rate is reasonable and their knowledge and skills are top notch. Often Ben can save you some money with their inside knowledge. Instead of replacing an instrument guage panel, I've seen him find a bad solder connection and repair it, saving hundreds for the customer.

07 escalade was brought in because of a po0011 code they put on a duralast vvt for $300& didn't fix the problem so they suggest it's the oil pump which was a $1000 so I go get a second opinion from the dealership and they said my truck need a a/c Delco vvt & camshaft sensor to fix the problem I personally put those parts on and now my engine light haven't came back on this place is a rip off they don't no nothing about fixing a carService: Auto engine diagnostic

I've called probably two dozen shop's. Andrew answered and immediately knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient. Even though I'm not using this shop, due to timeline constraints. I would recommend and consider in future repairs

I took my chevrolet caprice there. They never told me what's wrong my car. They had it for about an month & a half. I called them they never contacted me. Once i called to ask about my car they said "yea its been ready we lost your phone number ". I go get my car it barely starts idk what they did but my car isn't running to this day. I wouldn't recommended BJ&M to anyone because of my experience with them. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Took very good care of my classic car....left inside of the garage every day, like I requested and made sure everything was working before I drove it off the lot. Great prices and even better service and actually care about the car getting fixed properly and not a quick fix....

I was treated as though I was a stupid bumbling old lady. I went there to have my air conditioning checked; a mechanic returned and said 'oh I pushed a button and it's blowing icicles.' In truth, it works sporadically; I will take my car elsewhere to get it fixed. The worst part? They were all watching me with laughing smirks on their faces as I was backing out (as in look at the old lady drive).

Had a coil pack at on my truck call them and ask could they check it out they told me bring it by but they couldn't get to it but they would check it out when I got there I explained I had to do in Memphis take my daughter to LeBonheur that week and I needed to try to get it fixed ASAP the man took his time stepped away from a job that he was already working on and replace my plug and coil pack I really appreciate it

This is the best mechinac i have been too in over 10 years I had a big job water pump timing belt cam shaft seal value cover gaskets they had my car fix by the next day and my car been running better than ever and they are so friendly and nice love this place
