Very knowledgeable staff, made sure to walk me through everything over the phone. Very well taught workers and never had any issues out of them other than having to wait on parts to come in.

I'm glad that I went to the one out south to check if my battery was good or bad and got an answer. The guy that helped me was a wonderful help to resolve my issue. I'm very pleased with dealing with friendly and professional people behind the counter.

Mike Utley, a conscientious, caring, and outstanding AutoZone 0231 store attendant, greeted me when I entered your store asking how he could help me. I shared with him that I needed some dark static tint to apply to my sunroof to protect my wife s light sensitive eyes. He showed me his small product to apply to side windows but he did not stop there, he searched his inventory for other similar products. When he discovered there were none, he called Parts Plus Store next door, his competitor. They had a 24 x 60 dark static tint product. He sent me next door. I purchased his passenger side window product because he had been so helpful. I found Mike to be outstanding as a store assistant. I hope his manager doubles his salary and at the least raise his pay by giving him a position to teach store attendants how to meet the needs of the customers. I will long remember his kind acts.Thank you again, Mike Utley! You will go far!God Bless!Jerry D. Woods, an appreciative customer

For a woman, this store is awesome. Josh Ballard is always helping me know when and how to get top performance from both vehicles. He is definitely a Godsend for the average customer. Excellent care and service. Thanks for your time and help

I went to the Auto Zone store on S. Highland and was very pleased with theservice and courtesy I received. They checked my battery and told me my battery was dead. After checking further, they found it was under warrantyand gave me a new one. I was VERY HAPPY to hear that and so thankful for the service and courtesy I received.

I have done business with this store for 6 years and the staff there now is childish and u informed about anything they have or offer. They're always on they're phone play and cutting up ignores the customer and cussing all the time

Young guy at the front desk acts clueless about everything. Meanwhile on highland they assist you not ring up items and act like they don t know and send you on your way. Why are you working at a auto part store if you re not handy at doing things but standing at the register.

Everyone who works here has the best personality and always helps me with what I need. 99.9% of the time they have what I need. But if they don t it s here by the next day or even the same day. I will always shop here for my automotive needs!

You very seldom ever get the right part the first time. Very inconvenient since you have to drive all the way back. What is really bad is you have the part with you and you still get the wrong part.
