I bought a car from Alexander Motors 4 months ago and it is still working. I m currently making upgrades to my car but I love it and I love how these people does business. They are understandable and they will work with you. It s a honor to do business with them.

Very nice and friendly people. I bought a car there in February. Only had Minor problems like the interior and I had to get some new tires but it was worth it. After I bought the car I had it looked and and everything was perfectly fine. I will be getting there service again and for the people that say never buy from them. Just next time take someone with you that Know about cars. Cause that's exactly what I did and I'm very happy I did. Understand people it's a used car lot everything out there won't be perfect. They will be getting my services again

I was tricked to think the car only had two problems and it has a major oil leak that I can t find after I spent 3-400 dollars replacing things and paying mechanics tried to get it fixed without tell the car lot or making a big deal but once I did all they could say was it wasn t doing that when it was on they lot but I drove the car 4 days and notice the smoke was getting worst to find a oil leak to changing the belt gasket and cover it s still leaking and all they could say was I gotta find a good mechanic for these new cars never again

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They are super friendly with great customer service but there cars are trash!! I bought a vehicle from them and have had to put 500 dollars into it in less than 4 months. I can understand simple repairs as in starter, battery, or spark plugs but having a blown head gasket in less than 4 months is ridiculous. Anybody and everybody I have talked to from Jackson has said DO NOT BUY.

The salesman said he knew the vehicle I bought personally, and every vehicle there. He said was nothing wrong with it. I drove home on a Saturday and it sat till Monday when I was ready to go to work the driveshaft started making grinding noises, the power steering started whining it dings for no apparent reason. And the rear end is making a weird noise from time to time. Iv only had it 1 week and 2 days now. If he knew the vehicle why did he tell me nothing was wrong with it? It's a death trap.

Great service, the nicest folks I ever did business with. Very easy process, reasonable prices on cars, but also very reasonable cost to finance. Flexibility in payment dates and methods can be a real help. Would like a way to pay online or remotely, that would be another plus!

Do not buy a car from these people I bought my husband a car February 28 2019 and today is March the 19 it caught on fire and Burnt everything under the hood. The police and fire department team said by law they have to give us Our money back since it hasn t been 30 days so I called and the lady want to get smart and hang up on me that s not how u do business at all we don t even want the money back they could at least let him get some else since it was a wire from under the hood that caused the fire how do people expect to get a good reputation if they don t help they customers I spent my last 1200 dollars on that car and now imma have to get a lawyer to get my money back the lawyer said I can file a Quit claim for cancellation of debt for selling a faulty or life threatening device or vehicle and it hasn t been 30 days but hey they don t want to corporate so I gotta do what I gotta do and they gone have to pay all that money if my husband looses his job Communication is the key

My son Brandon purchased an SUV from Alexander Motors.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The vehicles are very nice and dependable and priced very reasonable.. We will definitely recommend Alexander Motors to any one looking to buy a good used dependable vehicle.

They have a wide selection of vehicles to chose from and inventory changes weekly! Great customer service and really nice! Highly recommend!

Me and a friend visited this place yesterday and I was surprised how the young white guy acted after looking at the cars my friend went inside to tell them she was interested in a car so once outside she showed him car then he said I dont think u wanna buy a car why would he say that she told him she had money then he said he didnt wanna do business with her why is what we trying to find out then he starts with me havent I seen u before do i have a sister which was irrelevant I've gotten cars from them over the years and when u go to a car dealership u are ready to see drive and spend money.this was not right at all I feel like the guy was racial profiling.

Bought a car from here a few years ago and they were friendly worked with me on payments and when I noticed a gas leak after first purchasing the car, they fixed it no charge.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE I GOT MY CAR FEB 03 AND FEB 05 THE CAR STARTED CUTTING ON AND OFF I WENT BACK UP THERE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO
