Mark Quinn was excellent. No pressure. Let us take our time. Answered all my questions. As for price. Unbeatable. I looked at the unit and went home and researched the model, features prices, A & L could not be beat. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Everything things was explained. Could not be happier.

We have been looking for over a year for just the right camper. We wanted to upgrade. I spoke with Jon Mayberry & told him what I was looking for. After several trips, we finally found it. We are SO Happy! From the beginning with Jon, , Allen & Marty to the time we drove off the lot, was the Best! Great Customer Service. Marty did a great job with our walk through & very helpful! Our 2023 Wildwood Heritage Glen is 40 ft & ready to go! Thank you, A & L.

Working with Ty at A&L RV was a great experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When you drive 1500 miles to purchase an RV it is nice to have a great salesman like Ty Sullivan.

This was one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. Everything was so easy and Jon was the best. We could not be happier with our new Brinkley. Anyone looking for an RV should stop here and ask for Jon.

We spent a year searching online and visiting other dealerships before deciding to purchase from A&L. Would highly recommend this dealership! Our salesperson, Renee was great to work with! She listened to our needs and found us the perfect camper at a good price. Did not feel overly pressured from the finance staff to buy extras. Marty did our walk through and was awesome! He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about our Rv.

Our salesman, TY Sullivan was THE BEST! He was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and took the time needed to find the perfect travel trailer for our family.A&L is 100 miles from our home but was definitely worth the drive for the service that we received. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived.

What can I say about A & L RV Sales in Jackson,Tn. First our sale lady Renee Greer was so knowledgeable and fun to work with. She was able to answer all of our questions. Then when we did our walk through Marty in Service was top notch. He explained everything in full detail. So I m giving them 5 stars for the best service from start to finish. Looking an RV go see them.

Amazing customer service, upfront pricing and excellent walk through. No pressure to buy, and found something in our price range. Financing was easy to deal with and setup was all done in house. Lifetime warranty is always a plus. Mark Quinn was our salesperson but I'm sure all the other salespeople will treat you the same. Much better pricing than Camping World.

Renee, our sales person was very helpful and courteous. She even helped us on her day off as we made the decision to buy our new RV!Caleb our technician was so knowledgeable and thorough! We have bought many RVs in our 48 years of marriage and we have never had a technician as helpful, patient and thorough as Caleb. We highly recommend A and L in Jackson, TN!

We had a great experience here - Ty Sullivan was the sales rep who helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We had a very bad experience in another dealer in Texas who hid lots of flaws in the trailer in the pictures online - we drove 5 1/2 hours to look at the trailer and left very disgruntled with the attitude of them telling us we were saving enough to fix most of the issues. After telling Ty this he took the time to do a walkthrough video that was very detailed and zoomed in on the few little flaws. Ty listened and knew we had a 10 hour drive to come to the dealership and wanted us to have no surprises like we had in Texas. Allen Martin handled all the paperwork for us and he also did an excellent job answering any questions before we drove all the way so we were satisfied. Ty and Allen both were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. Caleb did the final walkthrough explaining how everything worked and even making some small adjustments. All in all we would definitely recommend A&L RV in Jackson TN and Ty Sullivan if you are looking for a new or used RV!!!

The service at A&L RV sales has been the absolute best. Top notch. Could not recommend more. Renee is so professional and helpful. Caleb worked SO hard to make this a great and quick experience for this. He was so knowledgeable. Mr. Allen went out of his way to help make the deal happen. And Ms. Debbie closed it all out with a smile on her face!! I can t recommend them enough.

Renee took great care of us! We felt right at home. She was able to answer any questions we had. Caleb gave us a tour of the camper after purchasing. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely do business with them in the future.

The moment we put the deposit down on the Brinkley that we bought Jon Mayberry s communication was on point. He was very knowledgeable and I couldn t find a question to stump him about this fairly new branded trailer. Marty did an amazing job on the walk around that lasted about a hour longer than any of the other three RVs we had bought. Great job to the team and I would recommend A&L RV sales to anybody looking for a RV.

Just bought a fifth wheel wheel from A&L. Could not ask for any better service. Thank you Renee Greer for answering all of my many questions honestly. Renee was great to work with on the phone and after we got there. She didn t make you feel pressured or hurried.. Thank you Marty, who did the walk-through with us. You couldn t have asked for a better person to explain how to use everything. Thanks also, to Debbie Bailey in the finance department, very knowledgeable and efficient. I highlyI highly recommend A&L for anyone who s looking for a new or are used fifth wheel, trailer or motorhome. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Everyone is deserving of 5 stars.

Jon Mayberry was great to work with from a sales standpoint and helped in every way possible. Delivery was a simple morning and the service dept Marty went over and above doing a walk through and educating us on our new unit. I would highly recommend A&L RV in Jackson Tn. We will be back.

Ty Sullivan made buying our first camper so easy! We will definitely be seeking him out in the future. He never pushed or pressured and was very helpful with our many questions! I really appreciated his helpful tips along the way since we are completely new to the camping world. Ty's the guy to go see! Oh, and a big thank you to Caleb for being so patient and helpful so we could take our camper home!

Renee was very thorough on all aspects of the camper. We did not feel rushed. She answered all the questions that we needed. Marty did an excellent job of the walk-through, showing us how to operate the camper from the inside and out. We found the RV we wanted at A&L. Put our dogs in the truck and drove from St. Louis to investigate. What a wonderful facility and staff!! We can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and kindness from our salesperson Joe, to Marty, who showed us everything about the RV (including how to winterize) and Renee, who was so kind and attentive to dogsit while we shopped! Such a wonderful and memorable experience!! Thanks to All:)

We purchased our new new Grand Design Reflection Fifth Wheel. Jon Mayberry was wonderful to work with making the decision to drive 4 hours from home instead of working with closer dealerships an easy one. The walkthrough was very helpful and informative! Ty Sullivan helped us find our full time camper. We got a new 2023 Keystone Sprinter 3670fls. Ty was very patient and helped us get a camper that fits me and my husband needs. Ty kept us updated with shipment times from the factory. All A&L staff members were very professional and polite during the process of finding a camper. I can't recommend Ty Sullivan enough. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service. He checks in even after purchase to ensure we are still doing good and to thanks us again for choosing A&L.

Jon Mayberry was the greatest salesman! He listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and showed me ones to chose from based on that. He offered to show others but wasn't pushy about it and let me decide if I wanted to look at other options. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with after him was also great and knowledgeable. I have never owned a camper before and they made sure I felt comfortable and educated about everything envolved. Marty did a wonderful job explaining the camper and all it's features to me. Shannon is a great parts and service guy as well! I will be back for future business and hand their cards out to anyone interested in getting a camper.

A&L made our first camper buying experience very easy and smooth. Ty Sullivan hands down is the best sales rep my husband and I have ever encountered, and worked with us to meet what we were looking for and the best prices to meet our price range. Mr. Allen made financing part easy to understand and the the crew was very informative and friendly in showing us how to take care/use/maintain our new camper.

We had a great purchase experience at A&L RV in Jackson. Our salesman Ty was professional and was very efficient in coordinating all the parts of our trade-in and purchase, and negotiated a competitive deal for us. The finance person Debbie did a fine job with the business side of the trade and purchase - very organized and covered all the details. Marty did our walkthrough - he was very knowledgeable about our specific trailer model, and gave us some very good maintenance tips and other useful info. Also appreciate the time he took resolving some hitch issues we had and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up right.We had to drive a ways to get to Jackson, but it was worth it. Great team effort by A&L to make sure everything went well for us.

Very pleasant purchase! Charles Lester was so patient with us in the shopping for our camper. He was very pleasant to work with, he was not pushy. He made arrangements for us to use a vehicle to go get lunch.All of the staff were helpful, curtious & made sure all of our needs were taken care of!

AMAZING!!! The crew at A&L in Jackson was unbelievably helpful to us when our trailer broke an axle on our way out to Colorado. When it was determined that the part to repair it would take 6-12 months to obtain from the manufacturer, we decided to take take the camper home to Charlotte. A&L let us keep the trailer at their site while we continued our trip to Colorado.We rented a car hauler to get the trailer home but it was a real struggle to load it. Without request and without hesitation, the A&L team came out to help us.You guys are unbelievable! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
