It was Saturday, March 30th, at 5 pm. We had blown a tire on the interstate. Was able to get towed to WalMart, where the staff was wonderful. Had us back on the road in no time.

Cat and Justin are awesome employees. They are very customer service friendly and provided great service (both times we had to visit about tire issues). Excellent product knowledge. Wish there were more people like them everywhere. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again and keep up the great work-From Ohio visitors 8/7/2022Service: Tires

The manager was really down to earth really nice man willing and wanting to resolve any issues.. I had a valve stem go out and they fixed it for free plus put tire back on and they even put my spare back on truck... They are all really good ppl.. God bless them for everything they provide us with

Very slow. Took 45 minutes for an oil change and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I am spoiled by the guys who run the Quick Lube in front of Walmart in Middlesboro, KY. They could have had the job done in a fraction of the time. Never even have to get out of your car there. They can change your oil and have you on your way in what seems like about 5 minutes.

Jacksboro walmart auto care is fast everytime I get oil changed!!! I'd recommend but I don't want it getting too crowded,lol,seriously the guys are fast !

A good place to get tires or oil change. Other services include fuel injection cleaning, headlight restore, bulb replacement, rotate and/or balance, and flat repair. Staff are friendly and helpful, but under staffing can lead to longer wait times.

Had an oil change 6-11-19. Wake up and had a puddle of oil on my driveway. Took it to GT Tire in Andersonville, TN. They took a look and said that the plug to my oil was 2 turns from falling out. They also noted that because the plug was obviously not screwed in correctly there was a gap...and that the Walmart tech used a blue substance to fill in the gap rather then just screw the plug in correctly. The plug was not stripped and they were able to tighten it for me and clean all the oil from underneath my car that had sprayed everywhere due to me driving it while it was leaking. I even told the tech at Walmart I was getting ready to drive 1,000 miles and to please check and make sure everything would be safe for my family. The manager at this location is extremely polite and helpful but the employees are obviously not trained properly.

I give a one and truthfully that's me being generous. The lady was very rude to me. I don't know if she just needed help back there in auto/sporting goods but not a good way of directing your anger.

It was ok but I asked to have my tire pressure looked at and it was not done the paperwork said it was but it was not

Save some time go to Clinton, TN Walmart if Billy is still there I've had better customer service from a brick wall than him. But, its Walmart what can you expect the standards aren't so high in the first place, especially around this town.

Very happy. They got all four of my tires mounted and balanced with in 20 mins when I was in a rush.

Had a battery go dead that was just 3 months old. The people there were very helpful. Had no trouble with replacing it.
