While on a trip from Alabama to London, KY. Had a spark plug blow out of the head on a Ford truck. Jack and his team were very accommodating and done the repairs quickly and for a fair price. I would recommend them for any kind of auto repair.

Jack and crew are amazing! Thank you so much! My son and I broke down on our way back to Michigan and they took great care of us. Went right to fixing our car and getting us back on the road. Even coming in on the weekend and working through a snowstorm. Great work at a great price. Highly recommend!

We were in a bad predicament towing a wrecked car back to Michigan and blew a belt on our truck. Pickle was amazing!!! Got right on it and had it repaired in minutes! Affordable and first class service, I would recommend these people to anyone! Family Road trip from Toronto Canada to Orlando, Brakes made sound while on I-75 in Jacksboro area. After google review few auto repair shops around, went to Jack's. Fixed the issue with reasonable price. Save my trip with safety. (White Lexus RX)Thank you and strongly recomended.Service: Brakes

Really was tired of getting ripped off by other mechanics. While visiting the area, on our way to the lake, our car started missing. We quickly turned around and drove to Jack s Precision auto care and we were met with great service. Even though they were covered up, they were very attentive to ou needs and worked hard to help us get back on the road as quick as possible. I left my car in the shop for a weekend in Michigan before I left town they tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Jack found my tie rod was bad in the first 5 minutes even squeezed me in to get it fixed cuz I was on the road! I couldn't be more happy with the service and prices tended here today!! Godspeed !!

My car broke down halfway through my road trip from Ohio to Georgia. Jay was so helpful to repair my car as quickly as possible and even taxied me to and from my hotel. He made what was a scary situation so much easier and is a terrific guy. Wish I lived closer and could support his business more!

We were driving from Ohio to Florida and had car problems on a Sunday morning. We had to get a room for the night until we could find somewhere open on Monday morning. By that time, we were desperate for a mechanic that could diagnose and repair asap. We spoke to Jack at Precision Auto Repair and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. We were prepared to have to pay a high repair cost because we were from out of town and needed to get back on the road. We got to his shop and he repaired the car immediately for a third of the cost that we thought it was going to be. It was so reasonable that we paid extra. Everyone there was so nice. Offered us lunch and would go get it. I'm truly impressed with shop. I wished they were in my town to go to for all car repairs and maintenance. If it had 10 stars, I would give them a 10!

Nice employee by the name of Willie. The entry has a little bit of terrain. Someone unfamiliar with the area could have an accident if they aren't careful. Please fix. Then give 5

Very affordable!! White's tires ripped me off then quoted me $900 for other work, I called precision and he quoted a third of that! And it turned out I didn't need brakes, just cleaned so total was $150!! Saved me $750!!! Also came out when I locked myself out of my car!! I was just down the street but was life saving and barely charged me!! Great guy, great place!! (except for Trump propaganda in the office)

On our way from Cincinnati to Gatlinburg, the alternator on my car went out. It was 4pm on Friday night when we called Precision. Jack was able to get us a tow truck and waited at the shop until we arrived and even dropped us at a hotel for the night. By 1030 Saturday morning we were back on the road at a very reasonable price and salvaged our weekend.

Best all around mechanic in town! Has fixed my old truck multiple times for a reasonable price. I am an out of towner, and Jack has been flexible with picking up and dropping off vehicle. thanks!

This place is AWESOME! You will NEVER find a better place to get your vehicle repaired. You have an emergency while traveling in this area? This team will do all they can to get you back on the road as fast as possible. This place is a Godsend to the area. There are NO WORDS to say how amazing these gentlemen are. NO WORDS!

My car broke down on a Friday night on the way to Georgia. Jack answered my call at 6 pm and worked on my van first thing Sat morning. I was back on the road by 10am. Good price too. I was ripe for gouging but that didn't happen. Wish I lived closer so I could bring my cars there all the time.

Wal-Mart put 4 new tires on my van on Friday. On Monday, my back tire came all the way off with all 5 lug nuts breaking. Jack was able to fix everything and get me back on the road within an hour. Magnificent service!

Was driving from South Carolina to Kentucky, car misfired going through the mountains, bad spark plugs and coil. Attempted to reach other mechanics but had no luck. After spending the night I rolled up to precision auto repair, they took care of the problem in less than an hour and it was very cost efficient. These guys are the real deal. Wouldn t have made it without them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great Service! We were from out of town and our water pump went out. They got us in right away. We were back on the road in 2.5 hours. Reasonable price too.

Took a car in for prepurchase inspection. It took less than 15 minutes, was cheap, and the mechanic obviously knew what he was talking about and told us to run. The service was WELL worth the cost because it saved me $11,000

Jack has always done us right from day one. He knows what he is talking about and always honest. Even when it's a situation where auto parts supplier is trying to take advantage of a customer, which almost happened to us, he didn't stand for us and let us know.

Took my fusion in to change cv axle and they couldnt get the axle out of the hub so i got a used hub and took back and they said they couldnt get the old axle out of that hub either so i took it home and got it out with a sledge hammer and took the hub to them and got my car back when it was finished just to find out they put oil in my transmission fluid. My transmission leaks so i add to it everyday and i checked ot before it went to the shop so it was them definatley. Do not take ur car here. transmission leaks

Dealt with a thought to be dead battery on a road trip and stopped by out of the blue to get a quick check and fit me RIGHT IN! Highly recommend because caring is definitely their top priority.

I was told to take my vehicle somewhere else because they don't do warranty work. This if you ask me is a very bad thing for any shop to say. So now I had to have my vehicle transported in additional 85 miles just to get the repair done this still going to take 2 weeks
