Travelling from Canada two weeks ago on way to Florida. We experienced tire troubles with our tow dolly. Called the shop and by luck they happened to have two new trailer tires in stock.They had enough room for our motorhome to get in. They were able to balance and mount in no time and we back on the road. We were treated great and quickly. Highly recommend this shop their service and peopleAnd we were told to have a blessed rest of our travels when leaving. Thanks so much for taking care of us

Had engine swap done at another shop. Truck went to three more shops local and nobody could figure out the problem from initial engine swap. Took truck to this shop, gave them the history since swap and all parts that had been replaced since with no luck. Mike Stagnolia took on the challenge at tire pros. He actually took the time and listened to the issues I stated to him. He went above and beyond by going through from A-Z completely and found the issue that no other shop in area could find. Took over six months to find the right mechanic for the job but now I know exactly where I ll go from anything as simple as a tire to any complex job needed. Mike, I can t thank you and the shop team enough sir!!!

Highly recommend. Great people great customer service with the best mechanics in town. They ve fixed everything from transmission to pulleys on my truck. Currently not living in Campbell co but still drive from Clinton to them if that says anything

I had a slow leak in my tire. I took it back 2 weeks ago and they patched it again. Still not fixed. The big problem I had was they didn't tighten my lug nuts. You could turn them with your fingers. My truck started making a thud, thud noise. I called a tow truck. They saw my problem with lug nuts. Towed me to my mechanic. They checked tire and found leak in the sidewall. Called Mgr. He said he wouldn't pay for Towing if I left a negative review. BUYER BEWARE

After a terrible afternoon with a flat tire and stranded on the shoulder of I-75, with lug nuts that wouldn't come off, we were finally rescued and our car was taken to Eagle Tire Pros in Jacksboro, TN. It was late and they were already closed, but the next morning when we called from our hotel, they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Eagle Tire Pros immediately took care of the problem and got us back on the road and headed home within the hour. Excellent service!

Top notch service and professionalism!We were in town visiting family and noticed some issues with our expedition. They got it in and fixed in the same day.The shop is very clean and organized and looks utmost professional. Service writers are very courteous and keep you informed.If you find in Jacksboro, TN and you need tires, alignment, troubleshooting, etc, definitely go to Eagle Tire Pros.

Switched to Eagle Tire Pros after using another repair facility and so happy I did. They are always courteous and get you right in when you have an appointment. I ve never had an issue with any of the work they have done. Done right the first time and reasonable costs. Highly recommend them.

I noticed my husband s truck tire was losing pressure so I decided to try Eagle Tire and I m so glad I did! These guys were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the lobby/waiting area was immaculate!

I posted a negative review last week which I am now retracting. Manager DID come outside and after discussing the issue at hand, I realized I was wrong and misunderstood what he was asking of me to do in regards to my dogs. He actually asked me to take them outside if I couldn't get their barking under control. They are dogs after all, they bark. I was certainly not going to tie them outside alone in 35 degree temperature, so I sat outside with them.

Could not help with a balance problem. 3 weeks wait to balance a tire. We had an emergency, and we think we lost a weight stopped in, and it looked like no one was here. We ask for how long a wait to balance a tire they gave us 3 weeks we ended up going elsewhere and getting it done.

I had a blowout on the interstate. Called and they gave me the options, and said they would be in by morning. Gave me a 9a.m. appt next morning. Showed up and we had a miscommunication. They only ordered 1 tire when I wanted 2. They immediately got another one ordered and said it would be in by 2, and to show up around then and they'd get me in. They didn't lie! Got me right in and had my tires replaced asap. I was stressing the bill, being from out of state I expected a bit of a price hike. Nope! Was actually much cheaper than I expected. I appreciate yall, you saved our vacation.

These men went above and beyond to repair my husband s wheelchair walking device. Needed wheel replaced and they did it in no time flat! They wouldn t accept any payment and I will definitely be back and will spread the word to go visit them! Great crew!

While vacationing in TN, my car broke down. We had it towed to Eagle Tire Pros. They got us right in and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were very kind and helpful to us. If I lived near this place, I would be a loyal customer for life. They are top notch! A+++++. Thank you!

Had a blow out on the interstate. Tire pros was nice enough to find a replacement tire and hold it for me when I got back on the road. I arrived at the shop 30 minutes before close but they got right on it and fixed us up in no time. They took care ofnrhblown tire and put the spare back, too. Could not be more happier. Super nice staff and service and helped me get back on the road to home instead of spending the night in a hotel. Highly recommend
