I was traveling to South Carolina and my car broke down. Danny at Bowlin's was great. He got my car Monday and had it up and running Tuesday at 1pm. He even came and picked me up at my hotel to get car. Great people and fair prices. Thank you again Danny!!!!

Our Suburban broke down and we were stranded 3 hours from home, with no idea what we were going to do. SO thankful we contacted Bowlins Auto Repair. The owner made sure we got to a hotel, fixed the car the next morning, and then brought the car to us! They did an excellent job on the car for an extremely good price and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are the absolute best!

Fast service: same day service 2016 Camry alternator fixed same day... @ affordable price!!! We highly recommend Bowlin's Auto Repair. We dropped our Toyota truck off on Monday for diagnosis and it was repaired and ready for pick up on Tuesday morning. It was a great experience and will return whenever we need service.

My wife's jeep was shifting strange, they took it for a quick test drive and scanned it. Turns out there was an ABS code that was stored in there even though the cel wasnt on. Cleared the code and sent her off, seemed to clear it all up because it shifted right again after that. Didn't even charge any fee. I brought my diesel truck in to have them change out a bad NOx sensor, didn't take them anytime.

Our car overheated when we were headed back home from Florida . We were at the Hilton 3.5miles away and called in before we headed that way. Not only did Dan tell us he would check it out for us but gave us guidance along the way as I called a couple times because we couldn t make it a mile without the car overheating. From the second we arrived him and his mechanic were on it. Very friendly, professional, and you could tell they knew their stuff . After taking a quick look at it they were thinking water pump because the coolant was just going straight through the radiator . After taking it in and confirming they got the part ordered and told us we would be out of there by noon and it was on the dot noon everything was done. Phenomenal customer service ! I was recently visiting Tennessee from Canada for a family matter, and my motor blew. Danny was kind, caring, and reasonably priced. He recommended a great towing company and offered to help me find a rental until my vehicle was repaired. The engine replacement on my vehicle was completed when he said it would be, and He even took the time to call and check to make sure I made it home to Canada safe and sound. I highly recommend dealing with these fine folks. Thank you Danny and team for taking such good care of everything.

I do not say this lightly, dealing with this shop was the best mechanics shop experience I have EVER had! The owner Danny was incredibly helpful with finding the part I needed for my wife's car (an AC compressor) for a great deal and was so incredibly fair on labor costs! His mechanic, Steve was great and efficient. Honestly, I felt like a friend or family member. Seriously, if ANYONE has any mechanical issues they need taken care of, I would highly recommend these guys. Can't imagine i will ever go anywhere else!

This places owner has a heart of gold. He repaired my van though I didn't have enough money...even covered a busted window for me which he didn't have to do. It was 17�and snowing. He has no idea how helpful he was. Definitely a What Would Jesus Do business. I will pay the remainder of my bill as soon as I am able. This business and it's owner was right out of Mayberry,I mean that as a very sincere compliment.

My car overheated while I was visiting from out of town for the holidays. The crew at Bowlin s replaced the thermostat quickly and at a fair price. They even offered to give me a ride from where I was staying nearby back to the garage to pick up the car, although that wasn t necessary. In short, friendly, fast, and fair service.

The owner took me right in and performed a diagnostic. I was stressed about possibly having to spend a lot on a repair, but in two hours and a small fee, all was good and done. This guy is a straight shooter and I could not be more pleased with the service.

Wheel bearing went out traveling from Michigan to Knoxville. These guys had me back on the road very quickly. They are very friendly and made it seem like we went to high school together. Labor rate was fair and honest, no gouging the travelers. The actual repair was professional and works great.

Car overheated on our way home from FL to OH, AAA towed us to Bowlins and they were very prompt and wonderful! Danny even drove us to McDonalds while we waited for the new thermostat to arrive! They had fair pricing and fast service and we were back on the road quickly!

Went there for some major work on my car... these guys knew what they were doing! They knew exactly what was wrong and went above and beyond to fix it (the right way). The price was affordable as well. Would gladly get my car serviced there again! A+

The fuel pump went out on our 2004 Yukon on the trip from the smoky mountains in TN to Dayton, OH. Danny suggested a towing company that was fair and reasonable, and then correctly diagnosed and changed the fuel pump in under 2.5 hours. Then he picked me up at the hotel and brought me to my car. Salt of the earth kind of guy. Wish I had him in Dayton.Duane Scott

Sorry to have to report that my experience could have been disastrous... picture shows blue spark wire that had rubbed raw and stole power from engine. This being discovered after the Car was released, after test driving by the owner after installing a Power Steering pump. Engine issue was immediately apparent before I reached the main road so draw your own conclusions about if it happened in the four mile (odometer --693 to --697) test drive... Further, alternator had to be removed for repair so as picture shows had to be seen... further, bolt to affix alternator to bracket was installed from back of alternator opposite of correct way... further, power steering pump whined the whole nerve wracking 57 mile trip back... paid cash, tipped mechanic & gave owner a jar of Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce from Anchor Bar, Home of Buffalo Chicken Wings... On the positive side, friendly enough & communicated Ok except for the headsup on engine power loss... UPDATE 030619: fixed engine power issue by replacing TFI ignition control module, along with complete tuneup & timing. Wire, though rubbed raw, was not the main issue.
