Just had service done. Jump start in VERY COLD temperatures. Yikes. Wayne was my service provider. Great guy and very thorough in explaining pricing and very prompt in terms of service. I do recommend this company if anywhere near Hurricane Mills, TN area. Thank you MUCH Mr Wayne

Me and my 5 year got a flat tire and an officer stopped to help us because we were in a dangerous spot. The officer helped me locate a wrecker to get us off the interstate so I could get my spare put on. I was told it would be $150. Once my car got towed and I made it back to the office I was told it would be $411! Once I told the man the price I was told $$150 he said yeah it use to be $150 not anymore and kicked his feet up on the desk . The whole encounter felt very racist! I would suggest anyone that has a darker complexion to stay away from this place !!

I had a sheet metal screw in my tire on a Saturday night. EVERY place was closed. I called Pilot Travel Center, they recommended Barnetts. Jerry, at Barnetts had the tire repaired before I could get the spare filled with air and mounted back under the truck. Superb service. AND.....it wasn't a semi truck. I have an F150 pickup. Most people think that Semi Wrecker Services don't service passenger vehicles. But Barnetts does.

From out of state here we had one of our trucks go down pretty late in the night and out of the many companies we called Barnett's had an amazing ETA quick to help and amazing service on the phone Keith was amazing to work with as well. If ever stuck in a pinch call this company ASAP!! :)

amazing! we called to let them know we had a flat, on the way with our spare. the squeezed us in immediately & and plugged our tire. friendly, quick, so affordable. cant recommend enough!

Literally saved us!!! Couldn t be more grateful for this crew who last minute saved us after we had a blow out an exit away from them in our travel van! Insurance wa hours and hours away and we called them, and they said we ll be there in 15!

I will recommend this shop ,very professional and amicable. I had a leak issue with the coolant and Wayne explained everything in detail thank you Wayne and the other guys because people like you makes a difference I will never forget you guys you put a smile on my face even though I was frustrated I wish you the best

I needed a TLR tire replaced. The old school technician came through in a clutch situation. I can't say much for New aged tire shop at the Pilot, he'll they were closed before sundown. Thanks a lot Barnetts you guys rock.

The alternator went out and we were stranded. Called Barnett's and Keith arrived about 3 0 min. later on a Sunday. I am disabled but he got me up in the tow truck. He was very nice and kept in touch with us throughout the day. He also took us to a motel an carried our luggage. About 10 pm he called to say our vehicle was ready. He came to the motel , loaded our luggage and we took him back to the shop. He was so concerned about getting grease or dirt on the seat. Keith, you are the best as is Barnett's. Can'tsay enough good things about them.Service: Car towing

Had a couple blowouts pulling a horse trailer, including the spare. They had new tires on the rims pretty quick and were able to get on with our trip. Nice people, great service.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

My sister and I were stranded with a busted tire out on interstate 40 about 66 miles from Nashville. We had come to an emergency stop just before a bridge. I googled wrecker service. Talked to a man named Jerry. He came and rescued us. Helped get us to a local Holiday Inn. Called and found a tire as we didn't have a spare. The next day Wayne came and picked us up so we could be on our way. Thank you so much fellas!

I was told that it s was going to be 460 for a 61 mile tow from linden to Columbia. So I decided to tow from linden to parsons 21 miles. My bill should have been $171 dollars but the guy called me once he dropped of the vehicle and told me it was going to be $364. He told me if I didn t pay it he was going to pick my vehicle back up and drive it back to Linden. The owner called me the next day and apologized. He said that should ve happened. 6$ a mile (from point a to point b) and a $45 connect fee. Don t let these towing companies price gouge you!!!

I stopped by to have a repair done to my truck since there was no mechanic available at the Pilot. My truck is running great again and the price was fair. I will definitely return if I m in the area and need to have work done to my truck.

This place is amazing! I'm a long way from home (CA) and I got a flat tire on my cross country road trip. I was lucky to find this auto shop right off the highway and they fixed my tire right away and put my mind at ease after I panicked alittle. Just the best customer service!!!! Honestly, I felt at home! Thanks again for saving me!!!Service: Tire change

This guys are very professionals on what they're doing, they get you out very quick they don't play around or let time pass by like other shops to charge you more they are fair with prices they also do roll calls so call them for tow or on side road repairs. I went to replace a water tank for my Cascadia and motor belts they did a great job. Will definitely recommend anyone with small problems on their trucks to repair. Will keep you guys in mind and will recommend fellow colleagues that are cruising through I-40 Tennessee, exit 143 on the other side of Pilot. Thank you guys.

We were traveling through in February 2018 and discovered a bad tire on our camper. They had a tire and swapped out the bad one. I don t think we were there for an hour. Very friendly but a little hard for us Yankees to understand what he was saying half the time. The price of the tire was a little high but I get the supply, service and demand thing. I was glad to pay it and be on our way.

My car broke down right across from their office. Within 30 mins we were picked up with our car and taken to a mechanic shop. The guy was very nice.

They're a good company they try to take care of their customers as best as they can the mechanic had a really hard time removing the tires from the rims but he got them done and checked all my tires to make sure they were fully inflated so I didn't have another blowout I felt confident and I felt like they did a great job

Everything I called this company, I was told that the person who towed my vehicle was not at work and that was the only person that I could speak with. So, I called again Wednesday and asked a very simple question concerning retrieving my personal belongings in my vehicle. The person that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He started yelling at me and he told me that I was ambiguous. I told him that I was highly educated woman and he wasn t going to disrespect me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The insurance company sent a wrecker to pick up the SUV and they told a lie that they didn t have the key to my SUV. I had to contact the Deputy that was on the scene. He advised me that he gave the key to the guy that towed the vehicle. He called and was told that the key wasn t there. He went to the company and searched the office and called me and described my key chain with the key on it. I asked him to retrieve the key and I would pick it up at the Sheriff s Office because I refuse to go to the towing company. I had to drive 3 hours to retrieve the key to my vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional!!!!!

Couldn't be more thankful for Barnett's Wrecker Service & Repair! Our truck tore up and they were more than helpful to get us back up and running. Wayne went above & beyond to get our part expedited so that we could be on our way. Thank you Wayne & Barnett's Wrecker Service Crew for a great job!

Would not recommend. Left coworker on the side of the interstate for roughly 3 hours with two young children and did not show. When we called the office the owner said he couldn't locate the driver and didn't know when he'd never back. Happened last night 01/05/18. This is unacceptable for someone who provides an interstate service.

Motorhome lost brakes on interstate. Called Barnett's. Wayne came to the rescue, replaced ruptured brake line, bled brakes, cleaned up, and got us on our way to make it to our destination on the same day. Great job, effort, professionalism, integrity, was displayed by Wayne. Also, reasonable invoice.

My van' s wheel bearing went out while we were traveling on a family vacation. - Late Saturday afternoon. They towed me back to their shop, dropped my family off at a hotel and then the guys came into work. They worked late Saturday night to have me back on the road early Sunday morning. I cant say enough for all the crew. Thanks again. You guys really bailed us out of a jam.
