They are the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They stayed open longer cause we were looking for some extra part while we were in town! We can t thank you enough for being so kind.

Excellent people and location. Looks like every other atv and sxs place but what sets them apart is the people there. Purchased a trailer, Honda sxs and some other stiff and couldn t be happier.

Wish I could give a zero rating! If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go!!! The sorriest repair shop around period! They have no idea what good customer service is...they never return your calls. Never update you on status of your side by side. Do NOT call about any progress being done. I took my side by side to them in August and didn't get it back until December. It wasn't like there was much wrong with it. Three parts cost me over $1,500! This is just a few of things done wrong: My skid plate was left off, led connectors to my lights were torn off, used my ratchet strap that wasn't theirs and broke it (didn't bother to replace it). This is first and last time! I wouldn't take a bicycle to them now.

Called ahead to verify an axle was in stock, drove thirty minuets one way, got back to camp only to find they sold me the wrong axle. Called them and was told "well that happens, feel free to come exchange it" drove all the way back only to be told they don't have the correct axle in stock and sorry they're not perfect like me, don't waste your time with these incompetent rude people. Wasted two hours of my time.Edit 3-22, turns out they didn't refund me but charged me twice then after finally getting someone on the phone argued saying it was a return, my statement says otherwise, was supposed to call me back after he "figured out what to do" but never heard anything. Disputed both charges, will report back. They did end up sending me a check for both transactions, still would not do business again.

This place is wonderful. They are very helpful. The Service I received there was A+.If you ride Brimstone you really need to stop in and see what all they have to offer. And remember if you get a flat... they are right there and are fast at fixing things.

Honest Review. They charge way to much, they will skrew you over on just about anything, and the use cheap parts so you have to come back and keep paying and their son Ryley was absolutely rude, not to mention their son Ryley kept calling my son names over the Internet, and cyber bullied him till he just gave up, and to me that's not how you run a business. I give them 1 star rating.

Good hometown store that helps in any way they can they have parts for all kinds of machines they don t have every part but they are there to help as much as possible we needed help with a recovery and Aaron the store clerk gave me all I need to get the job done so big shout out to Aaron, and his buddies for coming out and checking on us and lending a hand and giving us advice on how to get a rzr up and out of a 40 foot washout !!!

I am staying at Trail's End and my fourwheeler had an issue so I limped it over there. Theywere super helpful! They let me use their tools and also gave advice as I was working. Thank you all so very much. If you have problems just go talk to them.

Very questionable customer service and practices. Refused to give a price quote on repair, dodged questions, gave me bad information, and gave me no paperwork or itemization of repairs performed. BUT, got my machine up and running in a pinch and didn't gouge me too bad on price.

Great transaction, I was able to trade my 40 year old motorcycle in on a new CB 1100. Am enjoying the much lighter smaller bike. All I could do with the CBX was look at it and dream of days gone by. Have not needed service yet, but except it to go as smoothly as possible.

Went in for. 1 inch long 3/8 Bolt for a Polaris , right then they were confused 15 minutes later .....she still couldn t understand what I needed , needs to be managed better , two teenagers sitting behind the counter with no shirt on playing Fortnite on their phone , nice people but not help full !

Had a wheel bearing put in my machine to get back on the trails. 50 miles into brimstone, wheel bearing comes loose, lost brakes. Apparently service does not have a torque wrench. Paid a premium also to have it done ASAP. Paid 2 hrs labor came back in 50 min and it was done.

I wouldn't take a bicycle to them. My husband took his side by side to them and it took months to be fixed. It still isn't running correct!!! I would suggest going somewhere else.

Talked with a super sweet lady about SXS. She explained they have a Honda store in LaFollette. I was able to test drive a Honda 500 SXS to experience their paddle shift design. Wonderful customer experience and service!

Beyond poor customer service. To bad this is the only place in town to get parts when in town riding because they know it...Older lady working the counter was beyond rude and has no considerations for someone's time..
