Sure wish this was still a locally owned supplier. Now that this is Amerigas the service and customer support is HORRIBLE. Cannot reach anyone locally with requests or concerns, have ordered twice now in the last month (almost out of fuel and it's freezing), both times the driver arrived without the proper equipment (despite the fact that I called and specifically asked to remind the supplier to bring an adapter nozzle to fill the tank-- something they had been doing for us automatically for the past 10 years!). Each time we were assured they would get the adapter and "be right back"- then we found our request for fuel had been CANCELLED! All handled by an 800 number and customer service reps that can't answer anything and no chance of speaking with a supervisor. If I could give a half star, I would.

I have now waited 3 weeks for my gas delivery and the company can not give me a delivery date. I paid the day I ordered - 21 days ago. I had 15% left in my tank at that time - and they were told that as that is one of the questions they ask you when you order - how much do you have left? I ran out of propane 8 days ago. I called 7 days ago to check on delivery, let them know we were now completely out, and I was told "I'll let the drivers know". Another week has gone by, I call today, and I got the same response as I got Iast week. "I'll let the drivers know". They would not give me a delivery date - but they were sure fine taking my money for it 3 weeks ago. Time to find a different company. Very dis-satisfied.

Lewis Gas, propane is a place needed to keep your home warm in the winter, when freezing temperatures come. They have a route and drive up in your yard and fill up your tank. It is nice to have this service. They have computerized the system, and will send the statement in the mail for you to pay.

I've been trying to get someone to come do the site survey for over a month. They keep telling me a date and never come. Then tell me no one is in my area. Worst company ever to deal with.

. Automated scheduling system is not reliable. No communication from anyone. Waited on them over 2 weeks. Still no show.

Horrible service..tech came out 1 yr ago to have tank checked..said couldn't repair it till was on 20%..called them when was another tech came out said he repaired it still leaking..I asked for a new tank and agreed with me after tech said aS not fixed...customer service...no
