They usually have all the parts all the other parts stores in the area don't. I have not met one person at this location who isn't helpful and polite, I usually make the 20 minute drive just because I like the way I'm treated here.

Some auto parts stores get a bad rap as having a staff that doesn't know anything. Not the case at Hohenwald O'Reilly. The staff and manager are top notch, and help me keep my expy in great running order.

They check my battery their machine determined it was bad so they sold me a new one. One of their cashiers gave me a phone number to really good electricial/mechanic. I called him and he found my problem in 10 seconds! Thank you O'REILLY AUTO PARTS.

Didn't appreciate someone bringing in a dog, and the dog was growling since I had a mask on. But the owner was never asked to take the dog out.
