By far the best location for Chattanooga and Hixson. Never had any issues with this location and they often go above and beyond to ensure the services are done correctly.

I will never use Valvoline again. I went to the highway 58 store and want it to be known to everyone I would not use Valvoline. Took my car in for an oil change then decided to do my own oil change the next time, the drain plug was so tight I couldn't get it out (I believe this is due to being over torqued the last time they performed an oil change) . I took it back in and they loosened the drain plug. They said they torqued it back to the minimum torque spec per my request. I drove away and when I got under my car to perform the oil change I was able to loosen the drain plug but then it just spun in place. I took it back in and they told me they told me they have video evidence of the torque wrench clicking when they torqued it back down and that they didn't do anything to it. When I asked to see the footage the Store Manager pulled it up for me to watch and the video evidence of them torquing it down is magically missing. The store manager told me he would talk to his area manager and have him call me and he never called. I then called customer care and they told me they are denying my claim and they do not have to show me video evidence. I asked what the proof was that made it not their fault and she just told me they have video evidence. When I asked what evidence because the video was missing she just stated they could deny any claim and my claim had been denied. So apparently they can do whatever they want to your car and the moment you drive off it's not their fault. I would recommend going elsewhere for oil changes. Valvoline will comment on this apologizing for the experience and saying if I have any additional details to contact Customer Care. Well Customer Care already denied my claim due to video evidence as the Customer care representative stated yet the footage is conveniently missing. Hard to argue something when they can deny any claim for any reason and I don't have my own video evidence.Service: Oil change

Fantastic service from the staff. Great team work! We just moved down to TN and these guy really know their job. The safety procedures are filled to the book. The team members were awesome. They were able to get my car serviced ( oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement) within just 10 minutes with no wait time at all. Thank you very much. Highly recommend it to everyone

Service was fine in the sense that they successfully changed my oil. In terms of customer service... not so much. The manager was preoccupied with telling his employees they could be fired anytime, and they were standing around making small talk instead of actually finishing up the job. I live closer to this one but will be going back to the one on Dayton Blvd. for the quality customer service.

I have gone to this Valvoline since I bought my vehicle. It can be a bit difficult to get into if coming from the north. I did not wait very long in line before I was able to get into the bay to get my oil change. The manager helped me. He was very friendly and asked me all the questions I needed to make sure my service was complete. I got my oil change and my windshield wipers changed at no additional charge. I would recommend them for anyone else and I would go again.

I get my oil changed at this one and Hamilton place. My service is always courteous and this last time was just something incredible. The guys there were efficient and gave me all the details about what I needed and gave me some tips and tricks to maintaining my vehicle. I have been to this location before and my tire went flat coincidently. The guys fixed it on the spot at no charge. They have multiple services available here and they have top notch customer service.

Friendly service. They did their best to speed things up when things got backed up, topping off fluids and doing the light check while the car in front of us was still in the bay. They were very thorough and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary maintenance.

I went to get two new belts and got them replaced. I had to go back the next day to have them fix it because the belts were making noise. Then I had to go back for a third time to get them to fix it again. Since I have gotten the new belts it has caused my car to have even more issues. Honestly do not recommend at all.

Had a oil change and tire rotation the other day. Very efficient and professional staff. The tire rotation was $29.00 above the cost of the synthetic blend oil change. I've been to my valvoline in cleveland often. Today I was in Hixson and used this location. They were absolutely great! Very professional, nice, and super friendly! Josh was great! Willie the manager really helped me out and took great care of me and my truck. I will be back just for these two guys!

These guys are always polite and helpful when I come in. They work quickly and efficiently and are never pushy when it comes to recommendations for my car. My daughter and my dog love to come through as well! They definitely make errands with a toddler easier!

Went in for an oil change and they told me I didn't need one yet!Could have easily swindled me for a quick buck a bit sooner, but they were honest with me. Great customer service, always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience. I needed a battery but did not want to change it in 10 degree weather. The nice folks at Valvoline got my new battery installed in about five minutes. Altogether a very nice experience as it has been every time at this location.

These guys are absolutely WONDERFUL! I felt like my needs were cared for and taken care of in a timely manner. They helped me understand what was going on rather than just rushing me out the door. I used to be a Pep Boys customer, but I am now a customer of Valvoline on Highway 153. I am extremely pleased!!

This is the only place I go to get oil changed. I feel like I can trust them when I ask questions and they may tell me things that may need to be done sooner or later. But they are never pushy. Very friendly and helpful!

These guys are awesome! The assistant managers Chris and Roger are always super professional and polite. The technician, Sterlyn, gave us super fast service. We were there for about 12 minutes from start to finish. No unnecessary upgrades were pushed nor upcharges given. I will always trust Valvoline with our full service oil changes, and we save a lot of money on high mileage oil replacement here. We spent $95 total this trip including fuel injector cleaner for $9. We had a coupon which expired yesterday and they still honored it. The Hixson location is definitely the best in terms of speed and professionalism.

Very professional with no hard sell. My daughter could not remember when she last had the oil changed in her 4-Runner. When I took it in, they checked the oil and found it was fine and I did not need an oil change. I did get an air filter and wiper blades.
