Mike is great at what he does! He knows his craft like the back of his hand, and gets it done QUICK! Safelite was quoting over $600 for a windshield replacement on a Toyota Highlander with several "safety cameras" attached to the windshield. The auto insurance would have paid it, but after reading reviews on the shop and seeing so many very recent complaints about the job taking much longer than quoted and seemingly most of the vehicles leaving with damage to the dashboard, pillars or headliner... I decided to get another quote and found Mike's number online. So I called him. He quoted me half the price! I couldn't believe it but the glass is just as good as the manufacturer's, and his reviews online are stellar. Plus, I always try to support the local small businesses when I can. He didn't have this particular windshield in stock, but was able to order it and get it installed within 3 days of my initial call. Not a big deal for me, I'd already been driving around with cracks that started from a chip for a few months anyway... (though it did get much worse after the deep freeze in January), I just didn't have the time to go to a shop and get it done sooner. So imagine my delight when I found out he could come to me!Him and his assistant arrived to my driveway well within the window of time I told him I would be home, and they got it done within a HALF HOUR! I was truly impressed! Before he left he advised not to drive the car for an hour or go through a car wash for 3 days, so the adhesive can cure really well. And no ugly strips of tape needed anymore. He also took the old windshield away for disposal.Needless to say, his number is getting saved to my contacts and will be shared with everyone I know that needs auto glass.Thank you Mike (and your assistant) for being professional, prompt, and clean!

After being told by 4 different companies they couldn't install a new glass in my truck. The glass guy showed up same day and and installed my new back glass. Proving all the other guys wrong. Showing that the good companies will go the extra mile and provide the ultimate customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I own an auto glass shop in upstate SC. I replaced a windshield for a local customer almost 2 years ago and his rear view mirror came unattached from the glass. He had since moved to Signal Mountain, so I called Michael to see if he could help me out with this warranty. He went above and beyond and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix it for me and save my customer time and headaches. We need more people like this in the auto glass industry. Thank you, sir.

Mike, the owner and operator, did a fantastic job on a particularly hard install on my jeep with a safari rack which limited access to the windshield. His price was super reasonable and he was able to get it done same day. I would recommend him to anybody any day. I will recommend this guy to any and everyone. I called him past hours and he came out the very next morning. He charged me $200 less than what everyone else wanted. It took him less than 20 minutes to take off and put a windshield on, I will never go to anyone else again!!!
