My review is based on not being able to request a conventional oil change on a high mileage truck. I did speak to the manager and still don't agree. I've been getting conventional oil changes there and also using competitors' coupons, and neither were allowed the last time I went. I drove 2 miles and got an oil change where I wasn't told what oil to use, and I also only paid 25$ using a coupon. I hope Speedy's changes their policy to invite people back who had to leave based upon this change. Sad to post this here, but also hoping for change. The employees were awesome and service great.

I really like this place and the customer service is really good. I have been using them a very long time I went in today to get my second car which was not synthetic oil and it was almost $50.00 with a $15 coupon.I took my Honda to the Honda dealership and got synthetic all for just a few dollars more. I really cannot believe how expensive Speedy s has gotten. It looks like I m going to be using someone else or changing my own. Sorry too expensive now.Service: Oil change

These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! Never going anywhere else from now on!

They could not rotate my tires because my small SUV they said was too big for their lift. They did not check the air in my tires not offer any other fluid Fill ups. such as windshield washer fluid or check the air filter at all. They were way overpriced for the simple oil change. The guy was very nice which was the only good part of the whole visit.Service: Oil change

Awesome customer service. We came here after being turned away by a competitor. Even though they were close to closing, they were patient and kind. They will top off your oil for free of you are low or fill up your tires if you are low as long as you are a customer. I have a new place!

Love this place! The staff there is awesome! I was able to plug a tire, have cabin air filtersinstalled and get an oil change all in one visit. Very convenient....for a busy mom.

Super helpful and very generous. Most recent experiences was getting a small nail out of my tire. They removed the nail and plugged the tire, free of charge. I make it a point to bring my business to them because they have shown this kind of kindness.

Very friendly, efficient, and detail oriented. Great place for regular maintenance. Great teamwork and communication with each other and the client. Showed before and after dipstick and oil levels, lights check, and replaced a drain plug washer. Will keep comming back for all my basic needs.

I have been using this place for years. Everyone is always friendly. The service is fast and good quality. They offered to check my lights as well as let me know that they accept considered her coupons and even told me about a local coupon one of their competitors had so I can save money. My service date was August 5th 2021 at 5:10 p.m.. Great job team! I'll see you guys in 3 months nService: Oil change
