I've been in this O'Reilly Auto Parts many times. You are always greeted, with Professional Friendly Service. I have purchased other items odds , and ends. These were not necessary auto parts. I've gotten items such as oil for my lawnmower. I also purchased a spark plug. The store definitely have everything to meet your car or truck needs. They have always been able to address all of my needs. They will do the same for you guys. If they don't have it in stock, they will gladly order it. They can also make recommendations in your best interest, about your car or truck. They know just about everything about your vehicle needs. If it's not readily available, they will go the extra mile to look it up. Thanks for your service ! You will thank them as well. I love Chatt Town Mr. C.

Outstanding you man at approx. 4:30pm on Friday 12-2-22 comes out to parking lot and replaces air filter in my 2017 Ford Edge with a great attitude. I just got out of hospital day before, could barely walk.

Needed a new battery. Sam checked it & when he went to check what lind I needed the computer flashed a warning that I had to take it to the dealer due to the computer. By this time it was completely dead. I called a wrecker. Sam was so very nice & tried to help. I really appreciate how nice & helpful he was.

Clyde went above and beyond for us! He set us up with everything We would need to fix my burnt out headlight. When we asked if he could help us install them he jumped into action. My car proved no match For his stellar service and superb handiwork! Couldn t have done it without him!

This particular O'Reilly's is the best one around our area. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always will to go the extra mile to help you find just what you are looking for. They usually have the parts that you need in the store and if by chance they do not they can usually get them very fast. In fact sometimes they will get a part that you need and they do not have in store that very same day. If you need a part for your car, equipment, or tractor this is the first place to start your search. More than likely they can get you going again.

I went into this location recently with a part and low expectations on being able to find what I needed just by nature of the information that I brought them. The guys in there worked a miracle and told me exactly what I had. I got unrushed service and a smile and more help than I asked for. Will continue to work with this place. Thanks for he help!

There is an older gentleman named John who is fabulous, he has twice gone out of his way to source very specific parts for me, he trains the younger, newer staff and generally runs the show very well. He probably deserves a raise, very helpful and a pleasure to be served by him.

Those guys helped me catch my dog in the parking lot. Awesome !! My Dog got out of the car, when I was replacing a cabin light bulb. Thanks Hixson Store.

Received fantastic service from an employee there regarding headlights last week. (Young tan Bulky guy with slick black hair). I usually receive terrible service from auto parts stores (advanced auto by Lillie Mae's was the exception till they shutdown). This young man was very honest and it's the second time in a month he got me the right product or diverted me from buying something I'd be disappointed in. I make it a point to check here first now.

Always friendly and willing to help. Also usually have the parts I need in stock if they don't have it they can usually have later that day. Stores always clean shelves are always stocked.

I'm not sure why my history ends 3 years ago. They are part of the holy trinity of auto parts in the area. Since pricing is competitive, all they can offer is knowledge and customer service. This, they have in abundance.

Several associates just standing around. No greeting. While assisting me with my car, no conversation at all. I tried to engage in small talk. They need to have a refresher course in customer service.

When I know of a do it yourself repair or upgrade that I know I will need to get, the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hixson is where I prefer to go. The staff are friendly AND they know their stuff. If they don't stock what I need, they try to get it for me. If they can't get a part, they try to help me by making suggestions on where I can try to get a hold of whatever I may need.

The guys at this store are fantastic. Considerate, patient, all-around good dudes. Very knowledgeable. This is the only parts store I go to for my car, and if they carried bike parts it would be the ONLY parts store I use

Their customer service is the best over Auto Zone & Advanced Auto. If they happen not to have the part you want they direct you to who my have it even if it's a competitor. Can't ask for any more then that!!!

ABSOLUTELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE. ASSOCIATE WAS EFFIENT & INFORMED & VERY PLEASANT & FRIENDLY.HE LOOKED AT THE PICURE I SHOWED HIM , CHECKED THE ITEM. BROUGHT IT TO RING UP THE SALE. WE GOT A PAIR OF WIPER BLADES AND I ASKED IF HE WOULD INSTALL THEM. HE SAID HE WOULD BE GLAD TOO. MY HUSBAND FOUND A SUN SHEILD WE NEEDED THAT WE BOUGHT ALSO. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called Oreilly's and was told they had the part I needed in stock. Turns out they didn't have the correct part because the wrong sticker was on the box so the guy told me he could reserve the part at the next closest store for $57.00 (matching advance auto price). I told him that i would just ride over there and make sure the part was correct. I get to the 2nd oreillys and the part is correct but the guy laughs at me and says he didn't know who i talked to but its against company policy to match the price and that he wasn't going to lose his job over that. $7 just lost you a customer for being rude and wasting my time. I ordered the part online at advance for $57 and guess what.... They had the correct part and i didn't have to drive all over creation to get it!

Other people may not have ranked this location so high but I went in for transmission fluid and they thought they knew of the top of there head what I needed. Got home and checked, well they were wrong so I went back. They apologized a lot and gave me tube more expensive fluid I needed at the same price. Great customer service

Best customer service in town! I went there again yesterday and the staff is always on point and extremely helpful and you just can't beat their service!
