Stopped in with an urgent check oil light and was afraid to continue driving so stopped at NTB. They were very quick to work me in and get me back on the road. They came highly recommended by a friend who loves his cars. I have used them before to purchase tires and I will continue to use their service.

Very polite and knowledgeable with helpful information. They worked fast and I felt they were very honest.! They gave me a good price on replacing all 4 tires, even gave me a discount! I would definitely use their services again. Also, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Very pleased!

My experience was exceptional. Aaron was my service advisor and he was amazing. Customer care was superb. I had a nail in my tire and it was taken care of immediately. 5 star experience, indeed!

Highly recommend this place! Not only did I get a great deal on tires but they were also able to fit me in the same day despite being busy with other appointments. The customer service was amazing and the man I worked with was very kind and personable. The service was also faster than I expected!

Came in last minute on a Sunday for a brakes and they were so nice and accommodating!! Explained everything to me and I will always appreciate their hard work. New brakes and new tires. 10/10. Thank you!!

Eric this one s for you buddy! I don t know what was up ya a$$ during my families members interaction with you with trying to receive service with a flat tire . If you don t like your job get another , but there s no reason you should be telling someone trying to fix a flat tire there taking up space. And then to have a good interaction and a bad interaction inbetween customers is not professional! Your job Eric at all time when you walk in to work is to be professional not matter the circumstances. And you have failed.

I had a wonderful experience this morning with an alignment. They pulled my car right in and performed the service in a timely manner. They were all very friendly and another plus is the window to be able to watch the service be performed my son loved that and it kept him entertained! This was my first experience at this place and I will definitely be back when needed.

I have been coming here for years because of the great customer service and reasonable pricing! Yesterday I stopped by to have a brake issue fixed and the team was very helpful and incredibly quick. I highly recommend them for your car needs and maintenance.

I brought my car here after the dealership charged me almost $200 to assess but not fix my car. I explained the situation to the tech when I checked in, and after looking at my car they told me the dealership was at fault and incorrect in their assessment. They fixed my car and didn t even charge for the service. Will be back!

Stay away or you will regret! Technicians here have no integrity! I took my truck here to have spark plugs replaced and to have the coolant drained and refilled, since it just turned over 150,000 miles as part of scheduled maintenance. I asked before I brought it for genuine AC Delco spark plugs and Dexcool for the coolant. I was ensured by the gentlemen answering the phone and the one at the counter that is what they would use. I noticed my coolant a little low before leaving and asked for it to be topped off which the technician brought out the cheap (use with any make or model) antifreeze/coolant. I questioned him about not using Dexcool and he said that's what he was handed to use. About 2 weeks or so later I had a check engine light come on and the code read misfire on cylinder 7. I took it to a shop closer to my house and they showed me what happened. The technician at NTB cross-threaded my spark plug and when I also saw the spark plug was a NGK and not a AC Delco like I was promised! Needless to say, it cost me way more money and time to have this corrected! This was my first and only time going here! The only reason I didn't rate them a 0 star is because 1 is as low as you can rate a place!

Relatively quick and painless, they actually told me the price of the oil change with tax before they did the service. Not sure I've ever seen a place do that before.

I purchased four tires a year or so ago and one had a screw in it. Was without road hazard i was going to pay to have the flat repaired. Dale Wilson was able to get charge waived. Thanks

Why isn't there a 0 star option. I took my car here close to a month ago, they diagnosed as a wheel barring and an axel. Replaced, few days later the wheel barring needed to be replaced again, last week the axel had to be replaced again, I did an oil change with the original repairs, now my car is leaking excessive amounts of oil. The people at the shop continuously say its the year, make and model of my car. Unture!!!! I've never had an issue until they started "fixing" it. Do NOT take your car to this place!!!!!!!!! My car is still NOT fixed in the slightest and worse than it was before I took it there.

I purchased my tires from here in 2020 and had a good experience. Yesterday I stopped by due to tire pressure sensor coming back on and Aaron was very attentive. He checked my tires and found a nail in one. He was able to get me right in and had it patched within 30 mins. I was very pleased with his customer service and his professionalism.

Updated 2024. My family just received Excellent Service from this company on 4-17-24. My spouse car problem presented a serious safety hazard. The Professional gentleman by the name of Lamonte along with his staff addressed this problem immediately. Shout out for your continous professional, friendly service as always. This National Tire & Battery business is conviently located in a very busy area. There are more of their competitors moving into the area. However, NTB have continued to hold their own . They have shown no indication of slowing down. Shout-out to the staff. They continue to provide Professional Friendly Service . My family had some tire, and alignment issues. The staff took care of us. We had two cars needing fixed.The staff addressed both of our cars needs very reasonable . Thanks . I am Highly Recommending their services to you guys. Our Scenic City is the Number One Tourist Attraction attraction in the World . We in Chattanooga welcome all visitors , and tourist. They will do the same. Go them out for yourself. On 12/21 I had 4 BFG tires installed on my car. I also had 4 tires installed on my wife's car. I took both cars home after the install, parked them in our garage and felt good about the service. I woke up the next morning and found all 4 of the tires on my car were flat. There were no punctures, no nails, nothing, just 4 brand new flat tires. I will never use NTB again!

Great service! We were traveling and picked up a nail in a rear tire. I had no appointment, but they got me right in and out.The only complaint I have is... corporate made them quit having coffee available for customers. Whoever the idiot is that made that decision should be fired!

What a way to start your vacation, as we headed to Tennessee from Florida we found that our front passenger tire was loosing air. I just finish putting four brand new Michelin tires on my truck. After 8 hours of driving I pulled into a Ford dealership, but they couldn t help.They did not have the tire and the one on the truck couldn t be repaired. They recommended to go to NTB tire and service center down the street from the dealership. Upon pulling up to the place a sales representative by the name of Aaron Melton greeted me at the door. I explained my issue with my truck. And immediately, without hesitation, he looked up the tire I need it. It was in stock, and within 15 minutes I was in and out on my way to my cabin getaway. Aaron Melton showed a loving, caring concern and sympathy for the issue and hardship my wife and I were going through. I have never seen such. outstanding service and professionalism, five star and thumbs, up for NTB, tire and service center and a valuable employee, Aaron Melton.

Fantastic experience! It was time for an oil change, and being new to this area I looked for the nearest NTB since that is where we normally go (free lifetime balance and rotation since we bought tires from them). I made an appointment, but arranged to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up after work.Two good things happened today that NEVER happened at our previous store:1. Even though they knew they would have my car all day, they completed the work ON TIME during my scheduled appointment time.2. Even though they knew I wasn't going to pick my car up until the end of the day, they called me to let me know that it was completed.Outstanding customer service, and a great first experience!

When spending time at hospice with my mother-in-law during the recent cold snap, my low pressure sensor popped. I checked & filled my tires at a station and somehow messed up the stem. I kept loosing air every time I checked it or tried to put more air in. It was down to 17! I knew I had to do something and figured I would have to buy a new tire which I did not have time to do. I called at nearly 5pm, explained, and was told to come on in. A wonderful man named Aaron, straightened my valve stem and filled all my tires while carefully explaining why the sensor went off in the first place. I promised to keep all the tires at the correct pressure in the future. He didn t charge me a dime. Mr. Aaron was so kind and helpful; I thought I was going to cry! Thank you for your help, your knowledge, and for making a difference in a sad, sad week.

Terrible service. Over an hour for a patch. Been here an hour and I m sitting here looking at my tire sitting on the floor for 20 minutes so far. They tried to tell me they couldn t do the work after they started. Nail on the tread. Not ever side walled. Told them to put air in the tire I ll do the work my self. Then the story changed to we can do it. I mean, I m looking at the hole on the inside of the tire. I m not stupid. I just didn t want to do the work this morning.

My car has over 200000miles on it. A day ago it sounded like it had a spark plug fouled out.I went and got a full inspection. The staff were quite helpful and knowledgable and helped with the laundry list of issues (old car).To have no appointment, I must say they got to me in good time. Al'so for the amount of work they were as fast as possible.Budget wise they did their best to work within my limits.
