Professional, extremely helpful and super fast. And the prices are super fair. The parts are above part store quality and delivered really fast.I came to this Midas shop in a very challenging situation. A car owned by my friend who is working overseas got retrieved and was no longer street safe. The Midas team fixed all issues including complete break job in less than a work day and really worked with us with the payment situation.My friends cards don t overseas and I don t have that much money at hand.They worked with us for 5 days until everything was set and done.Great team.Thank you Midas Team, from both of us!

Same issue previously described here. Manager very friendly and attentive. People working there far from knowledgeable. They inspected my tire and said can t be repaired. Needs to be replaced. $300. Went to Costco and it was repaired without issues for $15.

Midas in Hixson was the ONLY shop able to tell me what was wrong with my car and have it fixed same day. Other shops let me leave without fixing the main root of my car s problems. Daniel s team took care of my car quickly and carefully and really gave me back my peace of mind. Great shop and great employee!

Amazing place !!! The manager daniel and the technician Cody found my problem during a free brake inspection. While all the other shops around here tried to make me buy everything over the phone and I came in and Danielle explained everything to me and I ve never even heard of lifetime brake pads. This is amazing. Thank you so much guys.

Daniel was amazing from the time I entered the door! He got my vehicle right in and diagnosed extremely fast!!! He also got the needed repairs completed the same day and me back on the road. I have never been to a shop that was so customer oriented and honest before! I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs and will recommend this Midas to anyone and everyone! Absolutely the worst customer experience I ve ever had. Took my Toyota Tundra in for some routine maintenance and two weeks later while I m driving down the highway my tire almost flies off. The lugs and studs were all chewed up. Anyone that knows cars would tell you the most obvious reason is an improper job reinstalling the tire. Had to get my truck towed and fortunately I was able to get on the road again with no major issues. The shop I took my truck to stated this had to be a bad job on the tire install, which is the only rational explanation to begin with. When I went back to Midas and talked to the Manager Daniel Esslinger, he was very chastising and defensive and had no interest in helping make things right. I was simply asking for $270 to cover the cost of replacing my studs and lugs. Didn t even cover the tow truck. My wife and I have both done brake jobs at this place and thought we would be treated as a customer for life. This was the most intensely bad customer experience I ve ever had. Do not let these guys touch your vehicle. With the way they were talking to me I feel I need to go make sure they didn t purposely damage my vehicle. If you are looking for a local touch here in Chattanooga stay far away from this place.

A couple weeks ago I went in for an oil change and tire rotation diverting from the usual place i go because of a promotion they were running which was a better price. Because it was before business hours, I filled out the form online requesting an appointment and received a call quickly and set the appointment easily while accommodating my schedule.When I arrived, I informed Anthony that I had been experiencing some issues with what I thought was the front right tire, possibly both. Upon inspection, they found a few things wrong, went over everything & emphasized the issues of the higher importance for safety reasons. I was pleasantly surprised that they completed the repairs & I got my car back by the end of the day. I was so happy how it drove & felt safe again.Anthony listened to me attentively, asked questions to clarify, and addressed my concerns in a polite and professional manner. He helped me with discounts for the services received and went over additional services that I needed to consider in the near future. Anthony was awesome on all aspects of customer service and because of how he treated me I will return for future maintenance services.Thank you Anthony, I appreciate you.

Daniel and his team did a great job on my car. They treat their guests very well and kept me informed about issues that they found as they did their inspection. I appreciated their great customer service and expertise when it came to explaining the issues they found. What a wonderful experience I had at the Midas in Hixson. Daniel, Cody and the their team were exceptional. Their customer service was amazing and they were so forthcoming and honest with the repairs that needed to be done. I highly recommend going to see the team in Hixson.

Replaced a wheel stud and diagnosed and repaired a simple problem created by a different mechanic at no cost. They preach moral and fair treatment of their customers, and that is what I experienced.

Great customer service and automotive knowledge!! Anthony and Daniel went well above and beyond both in sharing their expertise and friendly customer service skills. Not to mention that my Jeep Compass runs like a different vehicle now. Anthony even brought me to work while my car was being repaired and brought my car back to me. Okay this will be a mouth full! Let me start at the beginning! I m new in town and where I moved from there is no Midas! But we did have a Meineke and up there they were awesome. The one here in hixson thought that s a different story. I called the Meineke here in hixson and the new manager (from what he said) answered the phone. He was snappy and was telling me all these services like coolant flush and brake flush and I was asking for exhaust repairs. Btw my car had less than 15,000 miles but my exhaust was stolen. I definitely didn t need these services. He quoted me so outrageous number and I really don t think he understands what he s talking about. Right after that I called Midas! Cody answered the phone and immediately I was met with an upbeat and friendly voice. He was really understanding of my situation and he told me the best way to get an accurate quote is for me to come in, which to me says this guy knows what he s talking about. He talked to me in a way that I could easily understand and I could repeat to my husband! We scheduled my appointment and I can t wait to meet Mr Cody. Just by a phone call I can tell I will only go to this shop.

Before even touching my car (oil change) the tech came in and showed me what a previous place had done (Christian brothers had punctured my muffler and then did a poor patch job, unbeknownst to me-this is after they destroyed my engine and had it for over a month fixing their mistake) Oil change was quick and easy. They have always been very helpful to stay in top of needed work. I've been coming here for years since they went the extra mile & found a recall on my previous car that got much needed repairs done for free at the dealership. Needed brakes changed and had a great experience. They followed up after to make sure everything was ok. I had to bring my car back because I felt needed to push the pedal further to stop the car and they checked it immediately. I had an amazing experience at the Midas on Hwy 153. The general manager Daniel made sure that I knew everything that was happening to my car, even made small talk with me and some other customers. The employees were nice about everything. We had an impromptu visit to have the shocks and struts inspected. We were able to be seen, have all work done once the inspection was completed, and were able to carry on with our day while they worked. Midas in Hixson, TN has always been so helpful and knowledgeable about my car and any maintenance/ repairs needed. Daniel was super helpful today in working me in for an oil change near the end of the day on a Friday, after I kept forgetting to make the needed appointment. Brought my car in after taking it to economy Honda multiple times without the problem being diagnosed or fixed. Midas immediately diagnosed the problem as a front right caliper sticking. They worked with my warranty to get everything approved and immediately started the work on my car. Absolutely will be back if I ever need service again!Service: Brakes
