My car was vandalized and a new window needed to be installed. My car also had tinted windows and, after getting the window replaced, we went to High Caliber to get an estimate to re-tint the window. First let me say that if you are thinking about any window tinting other than ceramic, don't! The ceramic tinting is what saved my car when they couldn't get the window to smash so they didn't get into my car.Second, if you are thinking of any place other than High Caliber to do the tinting, don't! Mikel was able to look at the existing tinting and make suggestions on an economical solution to the window tint. In my case, the previous tinting couldn't be matched exactly; so, we replaced the tinting on both front windows and left the back with the original tinting. To be honest, I cannot tell the difference. Mikel matched the new tinting to the old tinting so closely, only he can see the differences.It was a pleasure working with Mikel on repairing my car to its previous condition. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and his insight, recommendations and directions on taking care of the tint were invaluable. He was even able to provide us with a contact to have the hood damage looked at and repaired.In fact, we were so happy with the results of our experience with Mikel that we are now taking our truck in to have the ceramic tint put on these windows as well.Save yourself the run-around and just go straight to High Caliber. You won't be sorry...especially if you want to work with a professional and get an expert job done at affordable prices.

My father suggested that I get my windows tinted here because he got a dash cam installed and was very pleased. Fast forward a month or two, and I am just as pleased! My car looks amazing with the new tint! Very professional from start to finish and they are passionate about what they do! I will definitely recommend to others!

I have not done business with them, but wanted to leave a review of tue phone call I had with them. I was trying to get information on the sound system I had, which I had bought somewhere else, and the guy who answered the phone really took his time to answer my questions, and was super friendly and knowledgeable. It goes a long way to have good costumer service, and if I ever have any audio needs, I m doing business with these guys.

On 10/20 I had walked into his business to discuss a radio install I wanted to have done on my girlfriends car. The business owner went over options and told me what he thought was best. I elected to go with his recommendation. I paid $658.26 (approx $19 and some change went to a debit card fee) that day, in advance of the install. I did this because I felt bad because he told me he was closing but despite this he allowed me to come look at his store. I was scheduled to have it put in the following Tuesday. I had some things happen between the 20th and the 24th where I didn't need him to install the radio anymore. Instead of just asking for my money back, and figuring he was a nice guy, I told him can I just put that balance toward some window tinting that I also wanted to have done. He agreed. He told me it was $250 for the basic film and $350 for the, better, ceramic film. I was interested in getting the better of the two. When I dropped my car off on the morning of 10/31 I asked him what percentage of tint we were gonna go with because we hadn't locked it down. He pointed to his Jeep sitting in the parking lot and told me that was 20%. I asked about 15% instead. He informed me they didn't have 15% in the ceramic. I said, ok, then 20% is what it is then. He told me it would be around 4 hours and he would call. He called and when I went to pick up my car he told me the actual charge for the tint was $560 because they used an upgraded tint (that I never even knew existed). He claims he tried to call me and I didn't answer. I know this to be a lie because I have no missed calls and no voicemails. Despite him claiming he tried to call, and admitting he never got in contact with me, he chose to "upgrade me" to a price point of tint I didn't even know existed. When I tried to resolve this over the phone he told me "I don't know what to tell you" and "I don't have time for this" and hung up the phone.

Mike took the time when I called for a quote and answered all my questions and was extremely professional.On the day of my arrival, he immediately jumped in and started doing my dash cams. His work was impeccable and he showed me everything he had completed. He went above and beyond my expectations and I would absolutely use him again. I was referred to him by Wilson Performance and Off-road as well as Total Image window tint and I m extremely pleased. Do business with confidence!

Their name definitely fits them. Could not have asked for better service than what I received. My new radio has been having issues since installed in December. Have returned several times and they have gone above and beyond to get the issues resolved. I bet if they ever see a 2015 Chevy Suburban come in again wanting a new radio they will think twice before doing it. Have never had better Customer Service from any place like High Caliber Auto Sound. Would recommend them to any one. Thank you for your dedication to getting my radio fixed.

First off we started with a remote start for my wife and I and he found what I wanted. A remote start we could use our factory key fob. (So annoying to have an extra fob in your pocket) Mike did an amazing job on that. Job two my back up camera messed up on my Ram 2500 crew cab long bed. He ran me a whole new system with a 10 inch screen under $1000. Great service and affordable prices. Can't go wrong with Mike! He's the man and his horse/dog at the shop is pretty awesome too!

The owner was so patient and polite. I had a radar detector installed, the suction cups were used for front window, after they kept falling off, I sent an email to the owner and he resolved all my issues.Tiffany Rankins

Could not be more pleased. They do an awesome job and the craftsmanship is top notch. Something went wrong with my amp and one of the speakers but they resolved it quickly and didn't charge for the work, they stand behind what they sale and will make sure you get the sound exactly the way you want it. My car was a real challenge and Mike went above and beyond on figuring out the best way to make it work. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for affordable yet professional work done.

I'm a DIY guy but as I get older (and somewhat wiser) I realize some things require a professional. My work commute is about 45 minutes one way so having a quality audio system in my car was high on the list. Michael with High Caliber was recommended to me so I stopped by one day. I could tell he knew his stuff and ended up going with a Alpine HU, Hybrid Technology speakers all around powered by a Audio Control 5 ch amp and Audio Dynamics sub. The install was outstanding and the sound quality went beyond my expectation. Thanks Michael for hitting the bullseye and setting me on the path of audio excellence.

Fair pricing for installations, and they're even willing to correct your mistakes if you try to do an install yourself. I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff, and are technically proficient at their work. Not to mention professional.I know nothing of their wares, though. Seems they have a good selection of items for automobile audio, to me.

Had the windows tinted in my truck. Unbelievable service at this location. Mikel and his technicians have gone above and beyond to be helpfull. Installed my radio system in my truck that is incredibly easy to navigate and use. These guys have what it takes. Honesty and great prices with proffesional service.

Precision work done by great people. HCAS tinted my front windows on my Encore and it looks wonderful. They did a fine job and have a knowledgeable & experienced team. Mikel is a pro and I think this shop fills a need for honest and professional car audio in Chattanooga.

Took my 1977 Trans am to these guys. Did everything they said they would do. This was a tough job but these guys are great at what they do. Highly recommend. Great service, very friendly couldn t be happier with the sound either.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Mikel is a true professional who makes his customers feel appreciated. I called at the last minute and asked if there was any possible way he could squeeze in a stereo installation for a birthday present. Although they were busy, he fit me in and did a fantastic job. I would recommend High Caliber Auto Sound to everybody!

Installed 2 dash cams in our vehicles. Very professional. All wires are hard wired and records while parked. Installed head unit in Ford Sport Trac and a 2016 Hyundai Veloster. Amazing quality and fast install.
