Been going to them for over 25 years. They listen to you explain the problem. They ck your car out then tell you what is not working , and what needs to be fixed now ( some things can wait ). I've had only GOOD experiences with them. I've referred others to this garage. The family own and work in it.

While Employed by them I literally overheard them selling services to the customer that I did not perform on the vehicle. If you can be exploited and over charged, then best believe that they will try.

Hard to contact, terrible working hours, over priced and unprofessional on the phone. It was $250 for a tow just a few miles. Call someone else or push it yourself.

Thank you once again for rescuing me! Helen and the team/family are the best garage in town. Customer service was EXCELLENT! The two women I encountered were very helpful. They provided me with tools needed to get my tag off my car, gave me a bag for my belongings, showed me the potholes to avoid to get to my car and didn't rush me to get my belongings. Very nice and personable. Thank you ladies, from the silver Kia owner.

Had a great experience on my tow. But......had them fix a electronical issue but picked up collateral damage. Back window randomly roles down on its own. Usually happens when I start the car now.

There is one woman here that just left a bitter taste she knows who she is and why(and I'm sure she knows my name here as well) I won't go into detail about the situation however I'm just saying if you're going to have a person behind the desk representing a company I'd hope they understand they are the face of the company and to behave in a manner like so. Rude customer service and hate that things went the way they did. I'm sure the rest of the company is great but I wouldn't know just the one person is who we delt with.

I've known the gudel family for 50years they are good people I would recommend any body to them they're honest very nice friendly folks I take all my vehicles to them because I want it fixed right the first time, you so be very pleased with the kind helpful folks there and the service's you receive tell them Bill sent you tell them you want the cousins discount good works not cheap your paying for over 40 years experience and knowledge that makes them one of the best in The business hope you take your vehicles to them ,they also offer a great dependable wrecker service in case it won't drive there

I got in a wreck and I didn't know any towing companies so I asked the officer if he would just pick one. And by the fires of hell, he chose Gudel's. The woman behind the counter tried to get me to GIVE her my car for free with no discount on the wreckerbill because I am young and i guess she wanted to take advantage of that. Later I found out that my car was worth a few hundred dollars and that the lady from gudels was really trying to get my car for free... Any way, the service was horrendous. They neglected to mention they only take cash despite having signs saying they take card. They overall were rude and manipulative horrible people. We had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for the lady to even come to the counter

I needed a water pump and timing belt replaced. They did the job in a few days. It was a really nice experience.
