Arrived on time and they immediately took my vehicle back to service. I have used this particular store 019801 store for years.They continually deliver fast friendly service. Have the customers safety at heart. Make recommendations for other work to keep the customers safe. Have used other Firestone stores but this one is by far the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Customer service was great. From the office personnel, to the floor staff, to the manager. I got a lot of stuff done and was in and out in an hour and a half. They got me in right on time for my appointment even though they were really busy. There was an issue with my Firestone card and they worked with me to get it resolved and were very patient and extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely go back to this location and tell my friends about my experience.

As always I appreciated the cleanliness of the operations. Also, the phone call prior to visiting was flawless in that the representative was welcoming and efficient in setting my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and check in was fairly painless. Although the associate initially helping me with the service pricing was new, I appreciated his effort and understood that as he continued to work and grow with the company, he'd become more proficient in servicing work orders and communicating with clients. The turnaround time was less than expected (I also love getting service updates via email and phone call) and the check out was rather painless as well. I truly enjoy receiving the service receipt both physically and via email. Again, I'm grateful to have found a reputable and reliable auto servicing business that truly looks out for the client. Thank you.

I used Firestone for a Tire Rack installation (purchased on Tire Rack, delivered to Firestone), scheduling was fine, in terms of time and date, but they had no idea I was there for an installation (they thought I was scheduled for a rotation). Better interface with online purchases would be helpful. Tires are actually a complex enough purchase (much like electronics today) that I would prefer to handle the purchase online ,so that I can study the subject, make comparisons, and have confidence in my decisions. I opted for a Firestone alignment for life program, as it does make sense. Overall Firestone preformed well, thanks.

I moved from Memphis to Chattanooga and honestly, good people at Firestone are hard to come by. I loved my Firestone crew in Bartlett and was hoping I would find another nice one here is Chattanooga, and I did. This time I want to give a big shout out to Silas and Mike the mechanic because they made this expensive transaction easier to cope. Silas was very helpful and definitely a people person and he'd just started a few weeks prior. He's one to explain to you what you need and why you need it. He introduced me to Mike so he could explain the issue with my car and the parts I needed which is rare for a mechanic to do back where I'm from. I felt super comfortable with them and normally I hate going to the auto shops because they take advantage of women, but I never felt that way at this Firestone. In fact, I felt the opposite. Everyone was friendly here doesn't matter if they helped you directly. We even played a prank on the manager, making it seem as if I was going to complain, but he caught on to the joke. It was good experience. Made the time pass. They're always busy so plan to be without your car for at least 3 hours. I always take my car to get serviced when I have a few hours to spare. That way, I'm not upset about the wait time.

They are polite and professional. They let me know what additional services were recommended for my car based on the mileage and what wasn't necessary based on testing and lack of issues but which ones they would actually advise. However they did not pressure me at all on any of the extra services.

I booked for an appointment that was granted on the same day. I used the website to make the booking. I got an email to confirm the appointment time. I was told my booking was not listed when I went to the shop! I showed the email to the attendant. He went looking for a mechanic to work on my vehicle. He could not find one the same day and told me to leave the car or return the next day. I returned the next day. My problems were addressed, but I had to spend three hours in the shop! There is too much time for routine tasks such as oil and filter change and tire alignment.

I ve had two services at this location and each time I ve had to come back to get them to fix an issue caused by their work. They ve been kind and willing to do the work again after each error but the wait time is insane. They don t seem to do repairs in under 4 hours, I m so disappointed.Between just an alignment and brake service, I ve waited 15+ hours. If you want consistent work and value your time, consider going elsewhere.

My car battery was completely dead as corrosion had destroyed the connection. The location where I purchased the new battery recommended Firestone to replace the connection and I was very pleased with the manager and service. Appreciated also that they were open on a Sunday for this personal emergency.

Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Came in on Sunday Morning, December 23 at 8 AM as soon as they opened. Had a leaking front left tire. Very nice service personnel. Gabriel got me in right away, the tire was repaired quickly and I was on my way.

I was driving to another appointment when my water pump failed in my Jeep. The firestone crew took care of the issue but I believe there was an unreasonable amount charged and borderline criminal upcharge on services and parts. Also I was informed my radiator was leaking but there was no previous sign of a leak, there was no fluid anywhere around the location of the leaks yet all the sudden there were 2 major leaks. Like I said, borderline criminal and very suspicious. I was stuck, the jeep was inoperable without it, and I feel they took complete advantage of my situation.

Great for tires but their prices for air filters and wiper blades are outrageous. Why would you mark up these items so much higher than the market rates? Its like you're relying on people being ignorant which is a rotten way to do business. UPDATE: THEY REFUNDED THE MARKUP.

Took our Rouge into have rear bearing s changed. They called and said both front axels were leaking grease. I told the gentleman they just replaced those in March of 23, only 9 months ago they advised me that I had put 15,000 miles on the car and the warranty had expired and wanted me to give them $1500.00 to replace them again. I began to question the manager and he told me it was out of warranty and that was it and nothing could be done and walked out into shop. All the mechanics I ve spoken with said they don t just go out in 9 months. We ve used this location for the last 15 years never again!!!! Bunch of lying crooks!!!

This place is full of absolute crooks. Always recommending services that aren't needed, parts that aren't required, etc.I got lazy and told my wife to take her 4 Runner there for an oil change because I didn't want to have to deal with removing the skid plate and all when it's this cold out and said I'd eat the $100 vs the $60 to do it myself... Well I was wrong. One missed phone call from the wife later, they told her it needed new spark plugs, tires rotated/aligned, oil changed. Bill ended up being $700+ and now my wife and I are in a fight.Save your marriage. Avoid this place.

I bought the lifetime alignment and lifetime brakes from them when I got my Jeep 3 years ago. I went by and asked them to check the alignment and brakes a few weeks ago and they said I needed rotors which aren't covered and would be $1,100. I didn't have that much money and took the jeep elsewhere to get a second opinion. They just told me the brakes are fine. I don't even need pads. They were just trying to get money from me. Get a second opinion on anything they tell you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my mom's van in for a new set of tires that they already had in stock. We waited an hour before they called us.They got the van pulled in, got the old tires off and for the next hour and a half, the guys sat back there talking while we sat there waiting for no reason when we could have been on our way to Gatlinburg to celebrate my husband and I's 8th wedding anniversary. We finally got up and spoke to the man at the podium about what was taking them so long. The man went back in 5 minutes, came back out and in five minutes, they told us we were ready to go. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Good service with no hassle or up sale pressure tactics.Appointment times are met, so you can meet your day's schedule.Staff are courteous and knowledgeable.And the location is surrounded by dining and shopping areas. So there are plenty of options, to pass the time while waiting for service.This is their new location, so the entire facility is brand new.

They were very friendly and helpful. I got a new vehicle checked out and they found some issues. Their prices are still too high (over $700 for one part that I bought elsewhere for $76) and they automatically suggest services whether there is any need for them or not. This is all Firestone locations, not just this one. They are still a great place for tires, rotations, and lifetime alignment service.

If you value your money, vehicle and time, don't go here. Operation is a sell,sell,sell. Over $1200.00 to replace spark plugs and coils, not including the hundred something to diagnose why check engine light was flashing then the next day it happened again.

Please read the other reviews below about this location trying to rip people off, after I share my experience here. YES, this place runs quite the scam telling customers they need services they actually don't need. I went with my 80 year old dad to this Firestone location a couple of weeks ago to have his brakes checked on his SUV. They told us that YES he needed new brakes AND ge also needed his tires rotated as the front tires were "showing some wear on the inside edge." Here's the ridiculous part... The tires were BRAND NEW and had been installed at another shop, driven home, the SUV sat in my dad's garage one week, then driven to Firestone. Yep, one week old tires with less than 50 miles on them! But they "show signs of wear?" LMAO... My dad and I told them what we thought of their business practices and left. We took the vehicle to a professional shop and they confirmed our suspicion that NO the brakes didn't need replacing (still had at least 1+ year life), and the tires were fine. If a place like this will try to rip off an 80 year old man, they'll do it to you too! Now, time to go spread the word on social media about this location's business practices.Service: Brakes
