Impeccable customer service with each employee I spoke with. I expressed I was concerned about how long it would take to get a full set of tires because i needed to go to work, and they fit me in and had it done very quickly. Excellent experience!

Never, not once have I had any issues with Discount Tires. Do not mistake them for Tire Discounters, I cant say whether they're as good or better than this establishment but so far I have had excellent service & quality here at Discount Tires. Great job guys!

It's always a pleasure to come to this location. I've been coming here for years with various different vehicles. And I've also recommended them for friends and family. And they've never let me down. I appreciate it and will continue to come here.

In a time when most people complain about poor customer service, this store stands out in that area. Blake and his crew do an outstanding job of communicating to customers, quick service, great prices all with a friendly, yet highly professional, attitude. If you need tires or tire service, look no further. This is it.

I was in a bind after Walmart and Tire Discounters couldn't help me, but Discount Tire showed me a different solution that the other places didn't suggest and had my wife's car back on the road quickly. Great service and communication.

The customer service is beyond amazing. I've never experienced such a kind and helpful staff anywhere before.They will match any competitors prices and even got me back on the road for what l had in my wallet.I will never buy tires from anyone else.

Thomas and Blake were fantastic! They bent over backwards to help fix a problem another store in another state created. The employees at the Hixson 153 store are 5 star and I wish I could give them more stars! I m forever grateful for Thomas and his team for helping me! And my baby looks great in her new shoes!!!!!

Excellent service. I needed one tire replaced to rescue my niece who had a flat and was waiting on the side of the road. Brandon got me taken care of in a jiffy. I will definitely be coming back when I need tires.

Shout-out to Discount Tire, once again! Professional and very friendly service! Highly recommend! Always have quick and great experiences there!They have repaired flats for free! In addition, they took the spare tire back off the vehicle, put the repaired tire back on, and stored the spare tire back under the SUV for free! Zero cost for their time and labor!(They didn t want to take a tip but I did tip.)

We made an appointment for a tire rotation. This was a free service since we purchased the tires from this location in June 2022. We were at the shop at the appointment time (10:45 AM) and got checked in. There were several open bays and we thought one of these was for us since we had an appointment. We were wrong. We received a text from Discount tire that had a link that shows progress and the estimated time for completion was 11:44 AM which was almost an hour after the appointment time. We asked the counter tech if this was correct since we had other obligations we needed to be at and getting our car back in an hour would had made us close to being late where we needed to be. The tech told us the system automatically sets estimated time and it should be much less than expected so we decided to stay. After 45 minutes our car still was not brought into the shop. We again approached the counter and was told it was going to be at least another 45 minutes before completion. Not happy since rotating tires should be a 20 minute task give or take. There was open bays the whole time we were there. I can understand if they were short handed, but we should had been told up front there would be longer than expected wait times.

I have been going here since they opened and I couldn't be happier! I recently had a blowout on a 2-day-old tire and they got me right in and got my tire replaced at no charge. I highly recommend purchasing certificates for replacement warranty on your tires. They will price match!

Even though they were very short staffed and I didn't have an appointment, Thomas was able to get me in and turned around pretty quick for what I was getting done. He was also very friendly even though he was insanely busy.

I had a 1145 appointment pulled in at 1130 they took my car in at 1143 and 1215 i was on my way home and it was packed with cars. Real friendly service too.

I showed up right at opening hour and was immediately helped by a nice man named Jadon who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get on the road for a long trip. I blew a valve in my tire and they had it done in less than 10 minutes and also only charged me 10$ couldn t be anymore happy thank you Jadon and thank you Discount tires!

Prices are good to great. Customer experience is a zero. The appointment system is an absolute joke. Show up at 8 am and told 45 minutes to change 1 tire. 1.5 hours and my vehicle hasn t moved and I watch numerous customer vehicles get completed prior to mine. Somehow customers with 8:45 appointments get bumped in front of customers that were checked in prior to them. Interestingly the day prior it was explained they don t take appointments until after 9.I don t mind as much that it takes 2 hours but don t lie to me and set false expectations. Unless it s a warranty issue, I will not purchase any more tires from them.

I had issues with what I thought was my tire when I drove from Louisville, KY to Chattanooga and stopped at this Discount Tire to get help. I had recently had a tire replaced at a Discount Tire in Asheville, NC, so thought maybe this would fall under the warranty of the new tire. Thomas helped me. After looking at the tire and then driving my car for about 30 seconds, he determined that it was most likely the wheel bearing and I needed to get it to a Toyota service department (it's a Toyota lease vehicle). He stayed over his departure time from work for about an hour at the very least, made phone calls to friends and colleagues at Toyota and Lexus to help me to know what to do when in reality, this wasn't even an issue that he could address at Discount Tire and could have very easily sent me on my way. I got worked in with the Toyota service department the next day (Saturday) and it was determined that the issue was exactly what Thomas thought it to be. A very dangerous one at that had I continued to drive the vehicle. I cannot thank Thomas enough for helping me with way he did. I would have been completely lost being out of town, knowing no one in the area had he not came to my rescue. He was late for a gathering with friends and his wife because he was helping me!! That is true customer service, but more than that....a caring heart. (Sorry if that seems over the top, but that's how I feel. :)) If anyone in the Chattanooga area needs services that are offered by Discount Tire, I would strongly suggest using this location!!! Thank you so much, Thomas!!! (and Thomas' wife) :)

This is the best tire shop anywhere!! The manager, Blake, is so helpful, accommodating and professional! Every single employee that we interacted with, such as Michael and Thomas (I believe was his name), were friendly and efficient. They all made buying new tires a very pleasant experience!Also, the prices are super competitive and they either have the tires in stock or can get them very quickly.

I've been here a few times, and pass by to get tire pressure checked occasionally. Each time(x4) I've waited literally 20 or so minutes for anyone to notice me. I'm sitting here now waiting, some employees have made eye contact but not even check In and see the service needed .

My wife's ride needed new shoes! Was headed to Ga to purchase them. Stopped in for a price, 30 minutes later, out the door with new shoes! These guys rock!Update 2 years later.... New ride needed new tires. SAME GREAT SERVICE, SAME GREAT PRICE!

Went to Discount Tires on Hixson when my tire pressure monitor came ON driving on hwy 27. 'Jadon' was very professional and efficient in processing my info. I was clearly informed that my tires were good and don't need replacing. Was very surprised when another tech came by to give me the keys and refused payment for taking out a nail and applying a patch. Apparently, minor repairs are free. They have my business next time my tires need replacing
