Definitely would not take my car here again. Brought my car in to install 4 new tires. They were informed, and I watched the girl put it in the instructions, that one of my tires was a (brand new, full sized) spare and that needed to go back in the trunk and the tire that needed to be replaced was in the trunk. Well they replaced my brand new spare and didn t touch the tire that needed to actually be replaced. Oh and they left my windows open in the rain! My passenger window was completely down when i picked up, and the driver side was obviously down because the little ashtray thingy on my door had water in it. We took back and made them fix the problem, but it shouldn t have happened in the first place.

Jonathan, Thomas, Michael, and T provided me with the most unprofessional, and disrespectful customer service so far for this month. There was something going on between the employees, prior to my arrival, that had a profound effect on their ability to provide me with quality customer service. I have posted a more detailed review on Yelp if anyone would care to view it. I will be filing an even more in-depth and formal complaint with the corporate office at Walmart. Oh yes, I most definitely will.I intend to post a review regarding the Automotive Dept. at this store, on every platform available because I am so sick of employees that act as though their name is on the business, rather than the business itself. This definitely gives the business a bad name due to your inability to positively reflect and represent them.You DO NOT have the right to take it upon yourselves to mistreat or disrespect THEIR customers, and I refuse on any given day to bow down to such behavior. I will definitely post a bad review on you!

I had been pulling my hair out over a used tire I had bought for our car. But walmart fixed my problem right away. Did not take But an hour to get all fixed up and on my way. Very satisfied with service and employees were super helpful too. Great place.

They did a great job installing my tires I was in desperate need of some tires and the prices they had were not only super affordable but they were straight to the point. you know exactly what you're going to pay here and I like that

If I tell you I want the $44 oil change, I mean I want the $44 oil change. Not the $54. Don't tell me you don't offer it or online prices are different, when clearly you offer the same prices in store. Then proceed to do the $54 option anyway and then after the fact tell me "it's all the same anyway" so when I ask for the $44 option and you donthe $54 option, you should only charge what I asked for. Thats not how you run a business.Poor customer service. Does anyone even work here? I've been on hold for 30 minutes, hung up and called back to be disconnected 3 more times. This i is unacceptable. If I didn't do my job, I wouldn't have one.

This is the Best Auto related experience that I've ever had at Wal Mart. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The manager, Jay was the best that I've ever encountered! My hats off to Jay and his team! May God Bless them, Always!

Short review: It's Walmart -you get what you pay for. Lots of run around to just get my merchandise ordered on line. The auto center never answered their phones. Instructions in email confirmations were incorrect. And customer service was lacking. But, service was cheap, so I was willing to deal with problems to save a few bucks this time around. Will only use again when I'm prepared to deal with headaches and frustrations.

Great price on car batteries if the battery is good. I purchased a new battery that was totally dead. When I returned the battery the service mgr said it was the post that was bad & not the battery. Well that makes it a bad battery ! I think his name tag said Jay. He never once apologized for my inconvenience & selling me a BAD battery. They did swap the battery out.

The staff and crew were awesome! Jay, Candy, Jose and another super nice black dude (sorry I didn't get his name). All 4 did a wonderful job on my White Camry. It was much appreciated!

Awesome service, Jay and his team were quick and professional, didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get all four tires and have them put on and balanced! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend

They are always short staffed, unorganized and takes over 2 hours for an oil change minimum. My daughter's car has been sitting for 6 weeks in the garage. I called about the mileage on the last oil change since it wasn't on the windshield sticker and they didn't have it in their records. The guy who answered told me they always recommend an oil change every 3 months regardless of mileage. The car was only driven a max of 1000 miles in the past 3 months. Why don't they have a record of the last odometer reading? Synthetic blend oil changes are routine every 5-7,000 miles, not every 3 months. This place is terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The absolute worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited almost 4 hours to get my tires rotatated and balanced. Then I just said no thanks and got my keys and left. Every time I asked I was told oh you are next . Completely disorganized, rude staff. Never ever go here. I guess it s my fault for taking my vehicle to Wal Mart.

Went in for an oil change. Disappointing. They a money grabbers. Tell you one price that you decide on and then like "magic" aren't able to do the price you picked but one 2x more expensive. With no logical reason other than "we just can't". Poor customer service. I paid more at another place to have it done but at least they are honest people. Honesty is worth much more than a cheap price.

The staff has no idea what they are doing. Expect extra costs because they know nothing upfront! Terribly slow. Was told 40 minutes for an oil change as I was second in line and am still here waiting after an hour and a half with two toddlers and warm groceries. Hopefully get my car sometime today and may need all new groceries.

I usually try to visit a place twice before making a judgment call. Now that I have had two terrible experiences at this place, I can do just that. The first time I took my vehicle in I needed four tires. The tires were not mounted properly which caused them to wear unevenly (the inside of the tires had a good amount of tread, but the outside was bald).I made the mistake of trying to give this place a second chance and went in to have the aforementioned faulty tires replaced. I arrived at 9 a.m on a Saturday. There were two cars in the bay, almost finished, and two cars in front of me. Upon entering, the guy at the desk informed me that I was looking at a 2 hour wait. Because I didn't have anything else planned for the day, I said that was fine. He said that they would give me a call when it was done.Around 11:30 a.m., I returned to the back to check on my car. I couldn't get a single tech to come in so that I could check the status of my car. At 12 p.m. I finally saw my car out back. There had been no page, no call. I finally got a tech to come, he rang me up, and I walked out.I made sure to inspect my car. Part of my hubcap was missing, and my instruction of putting one of my old tires in the trunk had been ignored. This required me going back in and took an additional 15 minutes to resolve. If you value your sanity, I would not advise dealing with this Walmart Tire and Lube.

Purchased car tires for installation. The associates were helpful, attentive and got the work done on a reasonable time.Getting a full set of tires installed under $350 feels like an extension of Christmas!

Always closes much earlier than posted hours. DO NOT get your oil changed here, they have a history of forgetting to put cap back on engine. Full of non-certified "mechanics".Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I cannot cannot describe the level of incompetence here.It took three hours and two times of taking to staff to get a tire replaced.The second time they called me back because they were 'confused' which tire.There was literally a donut on the car.I will never go here or any other Walmart service center again. And will actively avoid shopping at Walmart in general.

Took more than 2 hours just to mount 4 tires. I watched as my car sat on the lift for 75 minutes while two "technicians" casually worked. During that time one of the two spent 15 minute spin balancing 1 tire. The worst part not one PLEASE or THANK YOU did I hear. Serves me right for going to Walmart. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.

Took over 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Told it would all be done in an hour and half. This is typical service from this place. Go anywhere but here. Also stained my car seat with oil from their hands.

Horrific experience don t waste your time or money. Three times to get battery check and three times told nothing was wrong. Found out that it was obviously never checked. Thank you Firestone! Walmart service center deserves a negative star.

Ridiculous!!! I went there three times. Once I was turned away and the other two times, I was told nothing was wrong with my car. I asked them to check my battery several times while I was there it had not been checked. Huge thanks to Firestone for replacing my DEAD battery.

Attempted 3 times to get an oil change . First 2 times was turned away bc of how busy they were. The 3 rd time I was there at 9am and still no techs to do an simple oil change. Never will I give my business to a walmart auto care.

First let me say that to be thankful is far fetch i will never find a better experience then this walmart auto care Mr Jay and Joe and Mr Michael are the most kind workers I have ever encounter I needed two tires and im transitioning from oklahoma to different states and I needed a fast job done on my tires the kindness I received was uncanning please past this to Jesus and the president so they can buy this staff a new car and house thank you again friends Walmart Lebanon pike Hermitage TN

Had to warranty a bad car battery. It was not busy in this department, however, It took 30 minutes, mostly waiting for a manager to do a key turn for authorization. It shouldn't take this long.

No wait and it took them over an hour to repair a tire. I was given a wait of 30 minutes and instead am late to get my wife from work when I thought I'd be on time. Next time I need tires, I'm going elsewhere.

Put four new tires on SUV. Had to pull over next morning off highway because left front tire almost came off. Its awful you can't trust anyone anymore working on your vehicles. It's a shame.
