This group of gentlemen were raised right! I came in for an oil change and was waiting in line. Another car came in and cut in line. The attendant very presently asked the women that cut in line to change places with my car. WOW. How great are these guys. Eddie is a true gentleman. And of course the oil change was super. Hats off to Eddie, Branden, and Tommy. Thank you

I visited Valvoline this morning for an oil change since I had a full day ahead and time was short. I expected some wait, which was fine. But when it was my turn, an employee (an older lady I ve not seen before) told me to back up and let another car go first. I was frustrated because I had been waiting for 45 minutes. She said that the other car had been waiting longer in a different line. I decided to leave, because it wasn t my fault the other car s line was moving slower. On my way out, I mentioned this to another employee, who was surprised and couldn t believe it.I went to Jiffy Lube instead, where they took care of my truck s $150 oil change, along with wiper and air filter replacements. The car that got ahead of me at Valvoline was an older Honda in rough shape and missing a front bumper. I found it a strange choice by Valvoline and a bit amusing.Jiffy Lube was happy to serve me, and I ve decided not to return to Valvoline. There are plenty of other options, and they don t seem to need my business anyway.

They were very nice people but ended up having to go to 3 different Valvolines to get an oil change tires rotated and then air in the tires after the rotation. I shouldn't have had to do that. Just a few minutes after pulling out of the parking lot the low tire pressure warning light came on. My wife called back to speak to the manager whoever it was she talked to was less than cordial. I'm just going to chalk it up to a not so good experience.

Just took my car here this past Saturday and can honestly say it was the best and most professional oil change experience I ve ever had. The crew was quick and very professional, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was performed before I left. Great job to the team and I will be back!

Had a great experience at this place, the people are always so friendly and professional. I didn t feel pressured to do any extra services at all but they informed me on what my car needed

They were fast, friendly and so helpful! I need a last minute oil change, maintenance and inspection at 6pm, before I had to go on a trip the next morning. Although they were busy, they took great care of me and my car! I felt much safer driving long distance and I had a safe, stress free trip! Thanks guys!!

The sign says "got 5 minutes get a oil change". I came in this morning to get my oil changed. I arrived 12 minutes after they opened (8:12am) and didn't leave until 10:52am. It took me 2 hours 40 minutes to get a simple oil change. I would never have gone there if I had known it was going to take that much of my precious time. I paid $113 for this. From now on, I will just go to my regular mechanic. At least there I can just drop it off.To be clear, the young men who are doing a tough job, put out a lot of effort. I've never really seen anyone just standing around. I noticed they were clearly understaffed.Service: Oil change

It has been a long time since I came to Valvoline, and now I remember why. All I needed was air. None of the employees were directing incoming cars as to which bay would be available next. No one was checking with incoming cars to see what they needed. The reason I was going just for is because I am in a wheelchair and needed assistance. They only have three people working. Being efficient with the staff you have, and provide good customer service.

Always double-check under the hood before leaving or once you're home. Had to return to this location a few days after an oil change to make the tech properly close my engine air filter box - it was left unlatched & they did refill the power steering fluid container that was left open as well! Simple mistakes & simple fixes!

Arrived 30 minutes before opening time and was first vehicle in line for oil change. When the doors opened, oil changes on the two cars behind us were performed first. Was in bay for 52 minutes for routine oil change even though there were 5 employees who did not much more than talk. Will never be back....worst Valvoline location I've seen in years.Service: Oil change

professional oil change-- Did a great job and responded to my every question and need. The last few times I've been there they're extremely understaffed. No fault to the amazing folks working there. What ownership/management needs to do is figure out a way to hire more folks (read: pay) to work.

"Got 2 hours? Get an oil change!"They were very professional and friendly. But 2 hour wait early monday morning? I know it's hard to get help these days, but step it up a bit, please! 5 people left while I was in line.I'm not particularly fond of places offering services such as "windshield wiper", and "air filter replacement" (tool-less maintenance) that can be done by anyone buying the part and spending 3 minutes. Also, transmission flush? Recommended every 12,000 miles?! I've never done that too any vehicle, nor know anyone who has! These are good people. Just look at what they try to sell you, and damn. Tell a friend to apply if they need a job!! Please, these people need all the help they can get!!

Took forever for some reason which you know whatever things happen. Finally got my turn. Ask the man repeatedly to make sure to check my tires please I think they may be low. After they said I'm good to go I asked 'Did you check the tires?' CSR guy asks the dude doing the work if he checked the tires (he didn't) and the guy says literally nothing. CSR guy says 'I'm not sure he's ignoring me. If they aren't right just come back'.No thanks my friend, don't think I'm ever coming back.Got home put the gauge on and all tires including the spare were low.

First time here. So far i been in line for about an hour now, seriously i have checked the time. 2 bays open. The other side has serviced 3 cars in the time i have been in this other line waiting. They appear well staffed. I would have left earlier but too much time invested plus cars behind me. Incredibly frustrating. Any place can have an off day but i don't see me returning after this experience

Terrible. Sat in a short line behind 3 cars. For 2.5 hours! When it was finally my turn. It took so long. I could Change my own oil alone on the ground in half the time or less than it took 4 people to do mine at this store. There was also greasy fingerprints and smudges all over my hood and fenders now! I just wish people would work with purpose and pride. I typically Would use a place like this just to save time because with a coupon it costs the same to do it myself. But this slow service is just a big inconvenience.Service: Oil change

I don t understand why this place is always slow! This is my 4th time here and I even came earlier and the same thing. Express Oil Change gets you in and out with a lot more service than this place. It s just oil! Definitely won t come back and sit in a car for an average of 97minutes for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Freaking ridiculous my husband went to go get an oil change and they broke the connector to the Coolant line! Like do you guys just grab people who clearly don t know what there doing? Do you not train your people?! I guess they don t. I went to go get my oil change last week and my experience was terrible people were just standing around looking at me I got asked twice if there was something I needed help with like this is your job know what your doing?! It s really not that hard. My husband and I are never ever coming back to this business again since you guys just like going around and breaking things that don t need to be tampered with in the first place! And honestly I can do without the hour wait thank youService: Oil change

My wife took her car to this location to have an oil change. They only had one lane open when she arrived and eventually opened a second lane, but she ended up waiting almost 45 for service. The employees went through their checklist and pointed out she needed an air filter replacement and battery replacement. They used heavy handed sales tactics and one even said, "Husbands don't ever get around to completing honey-do lists, you might as well get this stuff done now."The air filter is a K&N washable filter, so pointing out it is dirty and needs cleaned vs trying to sell a disposable one doesn't make much sense, but okay, up selling is probably required. The battery, however, didn't require immediate replacement. After testing at home and having another test done on the battery, there was no need to replace the battery. My wife came home very concerned about the battery, please skip the scare tactic sales. Here's why I'm writing the review: I typically do our car maintenance at home. I didn't have time for the oil change this time, so the wife came here. I just changed the oil yesterday and found that the drain plug bolt was tightened so much that the threads on the bolt are torn up. It still threads but horribly, so thanks for that. But the real angering thing is how FREAKING TIGHT they put on the oil filter. Stop it!This is basic stuff the technicians aren't doing correctly with heavy handed, scare tactics sales. Go to one of the other close by spots and hope for better.Service: Oil change

Such a great location. Recommend to anybody. Didn t really try to sell me on anything other than what I came in for. I had an air filter I had purchased I was gonna put in but he said he would put it in, So kudos to him! I would say it s an average wait time. I had 1 car in the bay and 2 more in front of me and I was there an hour total, so not bad. Overall great experience and will be back

Did a great job. Didn t try to hard sell me on any additional (unnecessary) services. Even said my air filter looked good. Never have I ever had that.

I viaited during a Saturday and yhere was a long line. I did take a while to actually get my car looked at, but once it's was my turn, it barely took like 15-20 minutes. I got an oil change and they checked my car, aired the tires and I used my coupon.I will be getting there to change the oil but perhaps not on a weekend.

The staff was professional and quick. There was a line, so I was there for about an hour until I got into a bay, but the oil change itself was 15-20 minutes. Lines are unavoidable nowadays, and this place is worth the wait. I'll be coming here for my next oil change.

Took a lot longer than 15 minutes (nearly 40 on a Sunday). Very little communication between the techs and myself about what took so long for an oil change. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.

They did a decent job, but they advertise an oil change in 15 minutes, it took us an hour. We had to wait a half hour( we were second in line) and it took them a half hour to change my oil. I won't go back

Fastest oil change I have ever had! I feel like I wasn t even there 10 minutes. Nobody tried to sell me stuff I didn t need and they helped me find a coupon I didn t know I had! Joshua and Sophie were fabulous and Joshua was very friendly and helpful. And although I didn t see, Brooke underneath must be super efficient as well :)Service: Oil change

Line was three cars deep when I arrived, but the whole experience ended up taking roughly an hour and a half. I drive a Volkswagen, which has some quirks, but an hour and a half is still pretty ridiculous for a instant oil change . I usually go to Jiffy Lube right up the street, and I think that s what I ll be doing from here on out.

The boys never upsell me and they always take there time to do things right and show me the oil level and cabin filters and explain everything.
