I have a old car and have been keeping it running on a hope and a prayer. After a diagnostic they had me up and running the next day! Not only are they honest and reasonable, but FAST! My Uncle takes his car there and I'm so glad I took the recommendation. I will be back for the rest of my services!!! Thanks Josh and Asa!!

Highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs! I originally had an oil change and air filter change at Jiffy. A week later my car started acting weird and my check engine light came on. I tried taking my car back to Jiffy to see if they could check to see if they left something unplugged. They told me it wasn t their fault and to go somewhere else. I saw Total Automotive had great reviews, so I tried them out. I felt very welcomed, listened to, and safe (as a 30 year old female who hates going to car places). They quickly found the problem: Jiffy did not secure the new air filter box on and was causing new problems that wouldn t have existed if they would have done the job right or actually looked at my car when I gave them a chance. I only have one day off a week and I m a full time grad student. I don t have the time or money for problems that shouldn t have even been a problem. Thankfully I was able to take my receipt from Total Automotive back to Jiffy to refund me for having to take my car in to get fixed. I m so appreciative of Total Automotive and would be taking my car in for all future oil changes/car needs there if I wasn t moving back to Texas in two weeks!

I am so grateful to have found Total Automotive! I tend to get a little anxious dropping my car off to an auto shop and waiting for the dreaded "that'll be 1 million dollars" call. Well that was not my experience with Total Automotive! They are so professional, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonably priced. I particularly had a great experience with Josh and Brian. I would definitely recommend :)

11/10 stars! We have gone to Total for all our car needs and have never received anything less than spectacular service! They are efficient, friendly and reliable. We recently needed new brake pads and rotors for our 2013 Hyundai. Dropped the car off before work and it was ready the same day.

Josh and the team are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They handled our truck with care and communication was top-notch. I appreciate their open communication, clean shop, Patience while we decided what to do, and helpful knowledge. I will bring other vehicles to them in the future. Highly recommend.

Brian and the staff at Total automotive are awesome!! I was recommended to Total Automotive form a colleague at work who has used them many times. They are the only ones I use now for mechanic and oil changes. They are honest and dependable. No funny business. They tell you exactly what is the problem and how they are going to fix it. Guess what if there isn t a problem they will tell you that too. Total automotive is Awesome!! Keep up the great work Brian!!

I brought my Mazda in several times last year with an issue that had been ongoing they told me it was the ac, spark plugs, other things that needed replacement etc. The last time I brought it in after they checked everything I drove it home and it was still giving me the same issues so I took it back and they said there was nothing wrong with it I don t think they did a thorough job or even took it for a test drive. I didn t feel safe driving my car because of this problem. I took it to a different repair shop and they did a really thorough job going over everything with my vehicle and they figured out the issue. I feel completely taken advantage of by total automotive they didn t do a thorough job of my car at all and they charged ridiculous prices for things that didn t even need to be fixed. I will not be going back again.

The staff at Total Automotive are very friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to car repair. I've brought my car here a couple times, and they have always been quick fix any issues with my car. They also tell you all costs up front so there is no surprise how much it'll cost. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I want to say that I appreciate all that Total Automotive has done for me. I moved to TN 4 years ago. I do have an older car that I have taken good care of, so I had it transported 2000 miles in hopes that I'd find someone to continue being honest and taking the same good care that it received over the past 23 years.Well, I did find a great place like that with Total Automotive in TN. I found Total Automotive almost a year ago. Every single problem that has come up with my car has been handled with honesty and they do not over charge me. When my car goes in for anything, I am kept informed of what they find, the cost and they let me know how long it'll take them to fix the problem.I can't thank them enough as I know they are honest and do quality work. What more can I ask for?I highly recommend Total Automotive to all my friends and neighbors!

Total Automotive is an amazing business and I feel so lucky to have found them. They have taken amazing care of my car which is getting older and have taken extra time and care to ensure my needs were met. They always find time to fit me in and even follow up via text to ensure everything is good after each appointment. Great sports good business. My friends car quit on them in a less pleasant neighborhood in Nashville at 2am. I went to help the two women and see if I could help. They swore they had plenty of gas and without much fuss the car looked as if it could be possible charging issue. Well they had a relative to pay for it so they decided just to get it to the garage for repair. Eventually they did get it there only to have them find they were out of gas. Thankfully Total Automotive diagnosed the stupidity free of charge. Thanks yall, you really showed your honesty and integrity

This shop is amazing. I dropped my truck off at night and they had it fixed the next day. I couldn't believe it. They gave me updates while I was at work and gave me a great price for the job. They are the best auto shop around. They do good work and were very professional. Thank you so much! Getting a read out of everything that needs to be done, before being charged was awesome, 1st off. 2nd Josh both patient and transparent in person and over the phone which was also greatly appreciated. Thankful I have a these folks near by, came in clutch for me.

We just had Brian and his crew replace the brakes and the timing belt on our 2015 Honda Minivan. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I know the price was reasonable as I had called to get some quotes from other automotive repair shops.They did a very thorough inspection of the car and kept me updated as to what the inspection showed and when the work would be completed.We just moved to Hermitage a year ago and I was hoping we could find a reliable place close by to get our cars serviced and now we have! We had been using Firestone but they are limited on the services they can do on a car. So glad we found Total Automotive! I know I will be needing to be replacing my transmission soon and I will be taking it to Brian and his crew. I highly recommend Total Automotive!!Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Every time we bring our vehicles here we get A+ work. Very fair pricing. As business owners our vehicles being on the road is imperative for our business, we had a water pump go up and they were able to squeeze us in on short notice. They had to put extra effort and hardwork into the service and they made sure to take great care of us. We definitely recommend bringing your vehicles here.

josh is the guy you wanna see if you re having car troubles. went in the afternoon on a friday with a nail in my tire and josh plugged it in less than ten minutes and had me out the door. super honest and hardworking group of guys there at total auto, highly recommended

We took our car to Total Automotive for brake work and new tires on a Friday. They repaired the brake-line same day, ordered tires and had the car ready to go Monday morning! Brian and his crew have worked on my cars several times over the last couple years and I ve always been very pleased with their service. They ve replaced a radiator, brakes, wheel bearings, and done other maintenance. I moved a few months ago, but I ll still travel 40 minutes to Total Automotive.Their pricing is fair and their feedback is honest. When asked about quotes they ve always told me what was actually necessary and what was recommended. Their warranty coverage is excellent and they have taken care of any issues quickly and fairly.I make a point of recommending Total Automotive to anyone in driving distance.
