The customer service here is phenomenal. Our Uhaul s tire flew off the truck when driving due to a negligent maintenance check prior to us renting it. That being said, Javier over at Southern Tire Mart was called for roadside assistance and was quick, efficient, and friendly. He informed us that the truck was unusable, but he made as many calls as he could to help. In the end, we asked for the report he was going to write up, and we were surprised to see a response saying he sent it by 7am, before business hours, to ensure we had as much time as possible to work with.

I purchased tires Monday in Lafayette,LA and I blew one of them this morning near this facility. The salesman/manager made my experience with southern tire mart pleasant. He far and beyond his duty to keep me as a customer. A big huge Thanks to you Sir and your Southern tire mart location.

Southern Tire Mart is by far one of the best tire places there is. My driver came in today and when i tell you EVERYONE was so very courteous and customer service was more than five stars. We were able to get the tires changed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Southern Tire Mart to anyone who is looking for an excellent tires and service. They will always have SK Transport, LLC business. Thanks again you guys!

Great service and pricing. The staff is very friendly and professional. We go to the Hermitage TN facility. They get our dump trucks back up and running quickly.

All around great people make sure your taken care of and road safe before they send you out the door. All the guys work hard and are trustworthy and they will go out of your way to make sure your taken care of

On a family trip when a rock went through our tire. They came to us and had a new tire on there in no time with no scratches on the rim.TWO THUMBS UP
