A+++ Mobile Mechanic in Nashville Seriously, call these people if you are broke down!!! Went to Nashville for a fun weekend trip and on our first night our car broke down in the parking garage by the Ryman Auditorium. These wonderful people came and saved our weekend. Not only did they fix my vehicle completely, but also at a very low low cost. They were super nice and very knowledgeable. They checked multiple different things just to make sure it was what they thought it was. You could tell they took pride in doing the job right. Not only did they scour multiple Auto parts stores looking for an engine fan, but they also took it upon themselves to find our vehicle s part much quicker and cheaper at a salvage yard like an hour south so that they could get it installed the same day. They let us go have fun on the Nashville strip while they went and pick and pulled the part at the salvage yard. I really feel like Jason and his wife must ve been angels. If they lived in Northeast, Kansas, they would be my permanent mechanics. This happened several weeks ago and I am just now getting to write this review. My car has not had any issues. It was a total fix. They know what they are talking about. It was very apparent that they were only doing what was in our best interest. True customer service No worries, this is NOT someone that is going to rip you off or not fix your problem They truly saved the day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I called him out to do an alternator repair. He got the car running. 2 days later alternator goes out again. Left me stranded on road during snow storm. Called him several times to come out and fix the problem. Said he would. That was January 2024 it is now March 2024 guy hasn t shown up. Would not recommend. Find someone else.

We were very lucky to get in touch with Rescue Wrench. Our car wouldn t start on a Sunday Afternoon and Andy and Jason got to us as soon as they could. They did a thorough job, got us started again, explained everything well and did it all for a reasonable price. Friendly attitude and got the job done for us. Thankfully we could get that all done on a Sunday night!! Appreciate it guys!

Jason and his wife stayed thorough on my car. It wasn't charging. There was also a thunderstorm. They worked in the thunderstorm for an hour. Finally figured put after reading all the codes and testing my battery and alternator. That it was a loose nut that fell off while checking it. If that had been any other mechanic I would've spent 499 on an alternator but they wanted to make sure. And that's why I've continued ued to use rescue wrench.Service: Electrical

I was traveling through Nashville and my alternator went out during a severe thunderstorm, they got to me within an hour and got me back going during cold rain and tornado warnings all around. Great people, great mechanics and my Heroes

Horrible service. They lost our anti theft key for our car which ended up costing us way more time and money if they had only been somewhat competent to begin with. Complete shade tree mechanics. Do not trust them.

DO NOT USE THEM!! They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They took my car apart and never put it back together, and lied about working on it. And to make matters worse they stole my car key. If i could give 0 stars I would.

The throttle control went out on my jeep and i was stranded. He was at dinner on a date night when the call came in. They responded back quickly and even boxed up their food just to come and make sure I was able to see my kids. He was professional, timely, knowledgeable and got it done quickly. Took a trip to Nashville from Atlanta, Georgia with my wife for a wedding in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and all of a sudden one mile away from the hotel we stayed at my Jeep started shaking. My Jeep is leased and I m the only owner of the vehicle and took it in for a check up two weeks prior to this trip. The hotel we stayed at was so nice that they actually took the time to help us find a mechanic to help us because we was only there for 2 nights. The clerk at the hotel got in touch with them and they was willing to come out to check on my Jeep. They came and found out what the issue was and came the following day to fix the issue with the Jeep. They wanted to make sure everything was good for us to go back on the road back to Georgia and we made it home safe and sound. They are truly amazing. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area.

I needed headlight replacement for my Yukon Denali and received superior customer service. Andy was most helpful in finding the unique bulbs required for my truck. The service was mobile, bulbs were changed in my driveway. Service was convenient and labor was quick, bulbs were successfully replaced.Happy Customer!Service: Electrical

Our daughters car battery died and we were nowhere close to help her . We contacted Rescue Wrench and spoke with Andy who responded promptly. They went the same day and replaced her battery and did the reprogramming. She was back up and running. Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable and efficient. Correction to my previous review:Sadly, I would NOT recommend this business I received a headlight bulb change and now my remote starter doesn t work, check engine light is on and truck dies as if there is an electrical issue. These guys did something electrically obviously incorrect and will not answer the phone, return calls or text. I even tipped Andy. I got scammed.Please Beware!Service: Electrical

Jason and Andy were the only ones to answer our call when we broke down on Mothers Day while 4 hours away from home. Although they weren t able to fix our car (to no fault of their own) they tried for hours until they exhausted all of their efforts. I was in town for 2 days to visit my daughter at Vanderbilt. My daughter's car would not start, so we called Rescue Wrench. The team came out on a Sunday, on short notice, no less! They were quick, thorough and professional, helping swap out a battery and fixing a leaky washer fluid line. Will call again if we have anymore issues with my daughter's car. Thanks!

Andy and Jason were phenomenal in helping me replace the radiator in my car. They came to me and worked on my car until 11 pm on a Sunday and came back on their day off to finish up. Andy was very good at communicating what was wrong and how they were going to fix it, running everything by me before going through with the fixes. I highly recommend this company!

Great Duo that came and helped me! I saved so much without having to tow my truck they came to my location very quickly. Response time was rapid and they literally took 15 mins to change my serpentine belt that came off!!! Very Genuine and Above all pricing for labor was definitely affordable ..especially after getting into a car accident and only relying on one vehicle that failed on me. I would Definitely recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be calling them for any future inconveniences!!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS". They came to diagnose our issue and it took them 4 hours to figure out. They found out what the problem could have been which was the alternator, they got one from pull a part and rigged a wire from it to help it charge the battery. They wanted$500 for this and didn't even want us to drive it before we paid them. We ended up driving it a couple miles and the same light came back on that they said was fixed. So they told us it was fixed and it wasn't and still wanted their money. They piddled around for HOURS on the phone, eating food and just sitting in their car. The next morning the battery was COMPLETELY dead, which they said would not happen bc they "fixed it". So we take the battery out to get charged at Auto Zone, it was a brand new battery we had just put in there and we look, and it's not even our battery. They took our brand new battery and replaced it with one of their old ones. We can tell bc the sticker has 2022 on it, ours had 2023 on it. I would not recommend them for anyone unless you need a jump or something super simple, because they do not stand behind their work. They will not answer our calls or texts. Had an issue with my 1988 Mercedes on a Saturday night. Jason came out within only a couple hours, fixed the issue, and even helped with a couple other small maintenance issues around the car. The price was very reasonable. I can't recommend them enough!

These guys were very responsive and helpful. The issue with my vehicle wasn t resolved after their first trip (this wasn t their fault), but they stood behind their work and came back in a timely manner to get everything squared away. Prices were very reasonable, and I didn t have to put my vehicle in a shop for days on end. Will definitely use again!

I'm a hotshot truck driver and I had a wheel bearing on my trailer get hot and blow out my hub assembly so I was stuck on the side of I-65 Northbound just south of Nashville from 2:15am to 12:30pm when Rescue Wrench was able to get to me. I was able to move the trailer to a safer area and that's when Jason and Andy went to work. I was exhausted and they took care of absolutely everything when it came to getting parts for the trailer. It turned out to be somewhat difficult to find all the parts but they got the job done, they continued to tell me they would not give up on me and I knew they were telling the truth. So after a full day and a half of running into issues, they were able to put the trailer back together. I am so thankful for them. Andy had every receipt for every part and was 100% upfront about pricing and very honest. I will definitely be giving them a call if I'm broke down in Nashville again.

We did the park sleep fly option at a hotel near the airport. When we got back from our trip, our car would not start. We tried traditional jumper cables and that did not work. The mechanic arrived within 10 minutes compared to a wait time for an hour or more for roadside assistance and possible towing. He changed the battery and got our car good to go in about 30 minutes!!Service: Battery
