I had front brake pads replaced. Tommy was great. He did a first rate job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.

NuBrakes is nothing short of a live saver. I first discovered them during the pandemic when I was very pregnant and hesitant about going out. They came to my home in Nashville and fixed my front brake pads. It was quick and easy, and they were very upfront and transparent about all costs entailed. I just used them again to replace my rear brake pads and rotors and I have only good things to say. I highly recommend NuBrakes for honest, easy-to-schedule, quality vehicle service and repairs.

Brian was honest, friendly, & thorough. Went the extra mile and put some air in a low tire for me. Job was done pretty quickly as well. Will be using NuBrakes again.

Michael was a COMPLETE breath of fresh air!!!! He was very prompt and communicated VERY well!!!! All around NuBrakes is a AMAZING company especially Michael, WHO NEEDS A RAISE bc of how well he handles his customers! Very respectful AND allowed me to watch because I ve never had the opportunity to do so!! Sooo yeah, GO WITH NUBRAKES FOR NEEDED SERVICES! Thanks NuBrakes and SPECIAL THANKS RO MICHAEL!!!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I saw a NUBRAKES van in an apartment complex and was very much in need of MOBILE BRAKES SERVICES and approached the NUBRAKES van for assistance. Unbeknownst to me, a technician named Michael took it upon himself to give us his personal number and chose to charge us something unassociated with the actual NUBRAKES prices? Because of all this considered us a side job . He then took our money, messed up the job and refuses to return. My back left tire won t rotate after having my BRAKES worked on. He has convinced his company we were an agreed upon side job, and I m not sure this company even has rules against their technicians giving out their personal number in place of the company so please be aware your services might not even be coming from Nubrakes. The photos posted are the AFTER PHOTOS shared with me once I got a different technician to come take a look at the work that was done. No one warned me so I will warn you: PLEASE BE CAREFUL THERE MAY BE A SAFER BUSINESS TO USE.

Michael was very professional and he communicated very well with me and he also walked around my whole vehicle just to double check and make sure everything was fine with my brakes I highly recommend him!
