It s difficult to find good mechanics you can trust but these guys are awesome! I brought my car in two weeks ago and the time and the care they took to thoroughly figure out the issue and take care of it was incredible! They kept me updated on the entire process they are always so friendly and their prices are amazing. I will be taking my car here to be serviced for many more years to come.

I used to love to take my car to Jones Automotive, but I stopped due to the old Yogi Berra adage: "Nobody goes there anymore; it's too crowded." You can't get service if you can't get it. Marshall's is more or less the same company under new ownership. I'm actually hesitant to do this review, because this will bring more people to the business and it'll became impossible to get in again.That being said, I've been twice in the last month, and both times, the service was quick, the prices were great, and the care was well beyond expectations. I brought it in one time because the radiator light turned on, and when they looked it at, it merely had low fluid. I asked for an oil change, and once they did so, they informed me they weren't charging for the added radiator fluid.Excellent service: first class.

Best Repair Shop in Hermitage area... I couldn't believe the honesty and reasonable low price... Somewhere else would of charged me twice for the work they did.... I will be back for my next repair.

This used to be my go to shop but until recently they ve given me an impression that they ve just became a part changer without giving thorough check up and merely asking to replace the entire thing without giving in too much thought into it. Sad to see what this place has become and I m in the market to find a new go to mechanic.

Excellent service. Honest people. Very fair pricing. These are the guys I recommend when another shop messes something up and you need it fixed right. They do get busy, but that's what happens when it's a good Shop with a good reputation.

Did a diagnostic on my vehicle I assumed it was something else and they gave me the correct answer on what was wrong with it I was very surprised how well run the shop is and with getting an answer quickly it s stressful when calling the dealerships and they say they can t see me until a month later when I am having issues with the car now and I only have one carFrom here on out I will be taking my vehicle to Marshalls for all automotive needs that they can handle

Our truck broke down during a traffic jam on Briley. The tow guy suggested this place because we weren t close to home. They looked at it twice and couldn t find a reason for it to have died. NO CHARGE!!!! Things happen, trucks die. They easily could have swindled us, but didn t.

I took my car here three times, and it is still not fixed. They wanted me to wait five days to take it back to the shop. I had to take it to the dealership. Save yourself some trouble & headache. Please go somewhere else.
